
The system is highly automated, and the most important elements are customizable. It’s also compatible with on-premise environments (as opposed to cloud-based calendars), which matters a lot to us. I’m glad to see they’re improving the Reporting and Analytics features and putting real attention into what has been one of the weaker aspects of the system.
