Basically, the message character limit feels restrictive for detailed communication. No keyboard shortcut to send messages makes texting a bit slower, I would say. We have been using Grayscale for over and year now - we have a much better response time when texting candidates then we were when we were emailing them. People have their phones in their hands all the time - they will look at a text when it comes in and may not look at an email until later in the day or even the following day. Texting works!
