I also love that so many employers specifically use Handshake to hire college students, so the opportunities feel more targeted and relevant. Sometimes the job recommendations feel a little random, like they don’t always match what I’m actually looking for. A lot of postings are also super generic or repeated, so it can feel overwhelming to sort through everything. Another thing is that some employers never respond, even when you apply through the platform, which makes it hard to tell if your application is really being seen.
