"Much better way to send referrals and keep track of your bonuses"
What do you like best about ERIN?

We did not have a system in place to keep up with referrals. I was able to get 2 people hired and now I can keep checking on the status of everything. I do not have to hunt down property managers to get my referral bonus. ERIN tells me when I get paid. Sending links for applications is sooo much easier too! What do you dislike about ERIN?

Maybe would like to see when amounts get added to which paycheck? I can see when they get approved but it would be nice to see when we get paid on those amounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good for Referrals, But Lacks Seamless Integration"
What do you like best about ERIN?

I love how ERIN tracks data and provides visuals, making it an excellent hub for managing our referral process. The platform setup was straightforward, allowing us to integrate employees without company email addresses efficiently. Overall, the solution meets our needs in managing referrals effectively. What do you dislike about ERIN?

I find getting the adoption of the new platform was really tough since our team was already used to Greenhouse, which was more user-friendly at that time. Additionally, ERIN doesn't integrate well with Greenhouse, creating issues with referral tracking. Sometimes referral submissions in ERIN aren't reflected in Greenhouse, leading to missed notifications. I would also appreciate if there were options to prevent users from opting out of messages. "The easiest referral service ever used!!"
What do you like best about ERIN?

The process was very easy and simple to use. Erin did most of the work for me as long as a knew a few quick questions. I didn't need customer support portion so I'm not sure how that is. I really liked how I was able to see where things were in progress. I have used Erin a couple of times to send out referrals. The ease of implementation and integration was very smooth, and I would highly recommend other companies to use Erin for their referral program. I keep using ERIN because it was so simple!! I honestly if someone talks to me about being interested in a position i tell them to hold on and go to our ERIN referral site and send it to them so everything is at the palm of their hands and no need to do any searching so it's easy for them as well. What do you like best about ERIN?

One of the things I like best about ERIN is its user-friendly interface and how seamlessly it integrates with our existing workflows. It makes referring candidates quick and intuitive, and I appreciate the transparency it offers throughout the referral process. One challenge I’ve encountered is that I have to access the ERIN link through my company intranet in order to log in properly. It would be more convenient if login access were more direct or streamlined, especially for users working remotely or accessing the platform from different devices. What do you like best about ERIN?

I don’t have any complaints about Erin, but I’m unsure how to track the bonus amount after taxes since it’s combined with my salary, and I couldn’t find a detailed breakdown on my statement.
