**What do you like best about ERIN?**

Overall Experience with ERIN
I do not use ERIN in my day-to-day work, so my exposure to the platform is somewhat limited. When I do access it, however, the interface feels intuitive and easy to navigate. Finding open positions to refer candidates is straightforward, and I haven’t experienced any frustration while moving through the system. Overall, it runs smoothly and performs well during the time I spend using it, with no noticeable technical issues.
Day-to-Day Use & Interface
Although ERIN is not something I regularly use within my department at the hospital, my limited use has been positive from a usability standpoint. The platform is easy to navigate, and information—particularly open positions—is clearly laid out. Because of this, even infrequent users like myself can quickly understand where to go and what actions to take.
Integrations & Performance
I’m not familiar with ERIN’s integration capabilities, as I haven’t connected it to any other tools in our technology stack. Similarly, I don’t have insight into how it handles heavier workloads or high-demand scenarios, since it is not actively used by our department. That said, during my individual use, performance has been reliable and fast.
Value & Pricing
I’m not involved in the purchasing or pricing decisions related to ERIN, so I can’t speak to whether the cost aligns with the value it provides. My role doesn’t include evaluating its return on investment.
Onboarding, Training & Support
I have not interacted with customer support, nor have I gone through any formal onboarding or training for ERIN. I believe additional training would be very beneficial, as it would help users better understand the full range of features and how to use the platform more efficiently. Having structured guidance or resources would likely increase confidence and adoption.
Smart, Automated, or AI Features
I’m not aware of any smart, automated, or AI-powered features within ERIN. If these capabilities exist, more education or visibility around them would be helpful so users can fully take advantage of what the platform offers.

**What do you dislike about ERIN?**

I was unaware of the ability to update my settings to filter to a certain distance from my location, and then I could refine or change that filter if I wanted to search outside my area.  If we had a better onboarding process then maybe it would be more beneficial when we are using ERIN. I also can’t speak to whether the pricing is a good value or whether we’re getting our money’s worth, since I wasn’t involved in purchasing ERIN.

**What problems is ERIN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The sole purpose of ERIN, to which I am aware, is to be able to refer friends and family for positions that are open. If there are other purposes for ERIN I would be interested in further training. I am trying to learn some things on my own, but it would be more helpful if there were just a simple work flow sheet if a training procedure is not an option.

**What do you like best about ERIN?**

I find ERIN easy and simple to use for referring someone since it doesn’t ask for a lot of information, which is great. I appreciate being able to see in green if there is a referral bonus for a position before sending it to someone. It’s very convenient to track on the app if the person got hired and I was awarded the bonus. I also like how it's visibly easier to see the position and the bonus pay. Thanks to ERIN, I've earned a few bonuses by referring people through the app.

**What do you dislike about ERIN?**

Seeing more details about the position itself could be improved and I’ve had difficulty gaining access but once I got access, it’s easy to use. It was OK. It could’ve been easier to get it set up.

ERIN makes it easy to refer potential employees and see bonuses. It's simple and doesn't require much info, and I can track if my referral gets hired and if I get the bonus.

**What do you like best about ERIN?**

I like that ERIN provides an easy experience, making it straightforward to track my referral progress. When I referred people through ERIN, it was pretty easy, and I received my incentive for the referral without any hassle. It’s simple for my friends to access my referral and apply to the company, which made the process nice. Compared to other referral programs that are often harder, ERIN stands out as a much better solution. It's easy to use even for first-time users, and the company-wide experience has been positive.

I don't think there's much to improve with ERIN. The only thing I would say is maybe for a way to have the referee see the progress and as well as, like, maybe have the company be more monitoring about ERIN's progress.

I like that ERIN is easy to use and has a friendly interface. I'm able to refer applicants and candidates within a few minutes, which is great. Having one website where we can refer open candidacy positions for our organization is really helpful. It's user-friendly enough that anybody can use it, and I've encouraged my colleagues and employees to try the ERIN referral program. I also appreciate that the initial setup was straightforward, requiring just one click on my cell phone or PC.

The process is super simple, and I believe my 10-year-old could use this without my instructions. I appreciate that the company has locations all over, allowing me to refer all over.

I like ERIN because it made the referral process very easy and fast for me. I found the accessibility good and it was relatively user friendly, making the whole experience quick, simple, and straightforward without having to jump through many hoops. The initial setup was perfectly fine and very easy.

I didn't really have anything specific. But when I initially submitted the referral, I didn't attach it to a job, and so then I had some hang ups there. But I don't think that that was ERIN's fault.

I’ve really loved how easy it is to generate a link and send a referral to someone I think would do an amazing job where I work. I was able to send one to my sister, and she filled it out quickly. I’m actually in the middle of sending another referral to someone I’ve helped several times here in the branch!

The initial setup was more difficult than I anticipated, but after a quick review of the registration steps provided by my employer, I was able to fix a few things and was all set to go.

The instructions are clear and it's easy to input information. ERIN gives information to potential referrers in a clear and timely fashion, which I find really useful.

We did not have a system in place to keep up with referrals. I was able to get 2 people hired and now I can keep checking on the status of everything. I do not have to hunt down property managers to get my referral bonus. ERIN tells me when I get paid. Sending links for applications is sooo much easier too! I was able to send

Maybe would like to see when amounts get added to which paycheck? I can see when they get approved but it would be nice to see when we get paid on those amounts.

The biggest problem was we had no idea if we are getting paid on the referrals. If I didn't remember to reach out to the property manager, then I would lose that referral. There was paper work involved. Managers weren't readily available to answer about the referral bonuses. ERIN literally took over and we do not need to hassle anyone. I love it.

I find getting the adoption of the new platform was really tough since our team was already used to Greenhouse, which was more user-friendly at that time. Sometimes referral submissions in ERIN aren't reflected in Greenhouse, leading to missed notifications. I would also appreciate if there were options to prevent users from opting out of messages. These integration issues and user adoption challenges are key areas I find problematic.

ERIN is incredibly user friendly. Clear and easy instructions. Multiple ways to refer potential employees including direct link sharing of specific job postings, or inviting via link, text or email. Simple!

There isn't anything that comes to mind!

Making referrals easy with the ability to earn referral bonuses and points through my employer

Standout feature is how incredibly easy it is to navigate. Whether you’re setting up a referral or tracking referrals the user interface is clean, well organized, and beginner, friendly!

**What do you dislike about ERIN?**

The reporting dashboard shows basic metrics but deeper insights like referral breakdowns, or a journey tracking would be beneficial

**What problems is ERIN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Generating more referrals and sending them to potential best fits has been smooth

The upside to the site is that it is user friendly and has everything the applicant needs to determine if they applicable or a good fit for the position.

**What do you dislike about ERIN?**

Many of the candidate's that applied are still in pending mode. Turn around if applicable for candidates should turn over in a timely sequence.
