**What do you like best about Findem?**

It’s a seamless integration with Greenhouse, and they continue to roll out new features that help with current recruiter challenges like candidate fraud and overapplications. The functionality to narrow down candidates who meet the job description is great and really helps cut through the noise. It even includes a feature that helps identify suspicious applications, which is a growing challenge across talent acquisition. Overall, Findem is staying on top of its game and delivering features that make a real impact. 

Findem's support team, CSM, and Account Manager have been amazing! They care about their clients and building a strong partnership.

**What do you dislike about Findem?**

It can be a useful tool, but it isn’t very intuitive for first-time users, so you need to invest some time to learn it.

**What problems is Findem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Findem has been great for rediscovering existing candidates in our ATS. It offers robust filtering options and useful functionality that helps recruiters identify both existing candidates and external prospects for roles, based on the skills they’re looking for.

**What do you like best about Findem?**

Findem is keeping pace and/or ahead of the game with using automation to surface profiles we normally would not find in our normal sourcing workflows. They build with a recruiting mindset and are always launching new features and optimizations. The recent launches with the Candidate Authenticity Suite and being able to search using Natural Language are huge and better than what competitors are doing! Our CSMs go above and beyond what I've experienced with other vendors and we will even get the opportunity to speak with Product Managers. It's evident how much they really care about working on the right things that customers really want and need.

**What do you dislike about Findem?**

Not much to dislike. In the event we encounter a bug or something not operating as expected our CSMs work on our behalf to get it resolved. We are still hoping to gain more success. There is a learning curve with understanding the built in logic (does adding skills default to AND or OR etc) of the search functionalities within the different places of the platform (projects vs crm). Without very detailed instruction or a lot of time dedicated to watching the learning videos, it's easier for users to hop into a competitors platform that they are used to. Without education + lots of practice implementing the practice, it's easy to revert back to old ways/tools.

**What problems is Findem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, we never had a talent community. Right now we are testing how building out a talent community helps us to get the right jobs to the right people at the right time! Results TBD :)

My favorite feature is how Findem can integrate with our ATS allowing us to quickly review inbound applicants. It’s been a game changer for efficiently sourcing and working through existing candidates.

**What do you dislike about Findem?**

Given the complex nature of the features Findem provides, it isn’t always the most intuitive to use, but they have great CSMs who are always happy to help and guide you through anything that’s unclear.

**What problems is Findem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Findem lets us quickly identify and review top candidates from all sources—whether they’re inbound, in our ATS, CRM, external channels, and more. It’s a huge time-saver because we’re no longer stuck trying to filter within our ATS using out-of-date or poorly designed search functions. It also provides Talent Insights that we can share with hiring leaders as we kick off calls.

It's a great resource to inform our hiring managers on search efforts, can pull numbers quickly, can pull pool information quickly to provide to hiring managers, takes the manual work out of sourcing compared to other platforms

I love the ability to quickly curate customized searches for talent with the copilot AI feature they have rolled out.

I wish our ATS (ICims) had a better integration with FindEm so we could more efficiently bulk action candidates.

**What problems is Findem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FindEm is helping us step out of the comfort of using just LinkedIn to search for talent and helping us meet qualified candidates where they are and then sending them automated but targeted campaigns via email to garner interest in opportunities with our company. It is streamlining sourcing and outreach efforts, sharing details insights regarding recruitment statistics that drive faster business decisions, and leading us to find very highly qualified talent globally.

The talent data is easily accessible and can be organized in a useful way when reviewing candidates.  I am able to do plan, hire, and manage the talent flow at ease.

**What do you dislike about Findem?**

At this time, I have found on areas I dont like.  There is probably some areas that I have not explored yet as I am continue to learn about this tool.

Reviewing volume of candidates in one sitting.  I am able to get back to managers in realtime with feedback after reviewing.

**What do you like best about Findem?**

Findem provides top notch support via their CSM team, as well as leadership team.  I appreciate that they have a formal way of providing feedback and are quick to action on it.  They are a newer platform, so I expect there to be areas that need improvement, but what I love is they value the voice of the customer. I also appreciate that they are very open to integration with other platforms beyond just our ATS.

**What do you dislike about Findem?**

There is so MUCH intellgience that Findemcan bring through their use of attributes versus keywords, but due to this it is sometimes difficult to know which filters to use, and where to click. Getting up to speed quick is difficult if you aren't in the tool often.  But, once you get comfortable navigating the platform, there are endless opportunities within it from sourcing, keep warm, candidate rediscovery, simple dashboards to view team KPI's, etc.

**What problems is Findem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Findem is helping us automate tasks and introduce AI within recruitment. We use AI such as: providing custom attributes and having the enriched profile summarize our needs, providing screening questions based on the candidate, providing talent insights to share with the hiring manager.

**What do you like best about Findem?**

I like the co pilot program of Findem it gives very accurate results.
As well as to perform bulk actions by using the co pilot program .Helps review the applications quicker and action on them

The Talent Insight Report is also something which is very good gives a very detailed report, like diversity data, break up of companies and skills etc.

**What do you dislike about Findem?**

The outreach program feels a little complicated by creating a campaign adding them to a campaign and then sending them via email.
The only reason - it's time taking plus not alot of people check their Emails or take job notifications seriously via Emails.

**What problems is Findem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me with Niche roles by providing a search based on the JD .
It helps me perform bulk actions on my ongoing reqs.

The granularity of your search functionality! Instead of needing to reference two to three tabs to decide if one candidate hits the mark, Findem collates this data into one, unified candidate profile.

The campaign functionality. It's already starting to improve, but I think it's still a little clunky.

**What problems is Findem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Findem is solving for the "hard to find/unicorn candidate" hiring workflow. I can get as broad, or as specific, as I want, and Findem surfaces data that's important to me. Additionally, the Talent Insights report has been helpful in providing context/expectations with hiring managers and myself alike.

I really like Findem - the best interface, easy to use tool and really helps me in getting results different than the other tools. I really like the feature of creating searches with lookalike profiles, jd etc.
Sushant has been great, really helpful and patient in helping us out in understanding and making the use of Findem to its full potential.

**What do you like best about Findem?**

There are so many features about Findem that I like. I like that I am able to separate my searches into different cities so that I can find the candidates that are closest to our clients. I like the ability that it allows us to set up an email campaign, utilizing their templates with the ability to tweek them and make them your own or just make your own from scratch. I like that I can create tags for people in my searches so that I can easily filter whichever candidates I'm wanting to focus on at the moment. I have not had a lot of time to utilize all the functions of the CRM but from what I've done so far, I really like it. We have candidates that we get from job fairs that aren't graduated yet so I can set them up on an email campaign and be able to keep in touch with them with ease!

**What do you dislike about Findem?**

One thing that I have noticed that I haven't liked about Findem is that sometimes there are other peoples emails attached to people they have no relation to. I am not sure how that happens. I think with tags, it would be better if there was an area where I could create a list of tags that I use commonly and then when I click on tags in different searches they show up. Currently if I create a new search, I have to create tags for that search as well. I just feel like that could be streamlined better.

It is allowing me to reach out to a large number of candidates with bulk sourcing. That is very beneficial to me because that way I can spend more time on calls with candidates and be able to truly listen to what they are looking for and if they would be a good fit for our company.

**What do you like best about Findem?**

• I like the connection to the bulk of the Linkedin network as well as the direct Linkedin integration that allows you to use the Chrome Extension
• Fast and easy direct integration to the ATS. Can review your entire ATS candidate pool and narrow candidates down by filters. Fills the void where the ATS can't. 
• Data Intelligence
• DEI filters
• Nice new AI features for drafting outreaches to candidates.

**What do you dislike about Findem?**

• Findem still seems to be finding their rhythm so they rely on their customers to almost be software testers. They are open to feedback about product enhancements. 
• Adding sequences to your searches can be tedious because of the workflow.
• System does a good job of scraping emails but sometimes even if there is an email address, it won't attempt to send. You have to rely on the automate versus just hitting a send now button. 
• Reporting is not great but is getting better.
• Overall, I feel the system overcomplicates simple tasks, especially setting up searches and adding campaign sequences.

Findem helps us narrow our candidates down based on good data intelligence and DEI filters. This helps us ensure that we are sourcing the right talent.

**What do you like best about Findem?**

It's helpful to have almost everything you need in one place.  The interface is intuitive and can be used effectively by both experienced and newer recruiters.  The candidate outreach automation is customizable in real time, and also in a "set it and forget it" modality as well.  I have had job titles and posting links change mid-stream, and have been able to easily to pause and/or easily edit the outreach cadence content with no interuption to the recruitment process.  Our contacts at FindEm (particularly Joe) are readily available, proactive, and helpful.  I also find the on demand videos helpful to brush up or if I need help with a step or new feature.

**What do you dislike about Findem?**

While I do like that new features are constantly being added or improved, it does create a bit more potential for user error, but that also be a personal preference more than an actual issue.  The ATS feature is a great addition, but isn't always accurate so I have seen candidates being reached out to after already going through the process.  The biggest issue I have personally is not being notified in an overt enough way when a candidate expresses interest.  I have played around with my email folders and filters and for some reason I still have to manually go into the job campaign in findem and review each candidate response and then search for their name in my email and reply.  This means that candidates can get lost in the shuffle, or not receieve a timely enough response.  Again, more of a personal issue, and others may not have the same experience, but everything else is so automated that I don't want candidates to be left out of the most important part, which is human contact.

- Automating multiple touches to passive candidates.  
- AI that helps adjust messaging based on the type of audience or tone needed
- Reviewing profiles with hiring managers and making adjustments in real time 
- Finding out more about a candidate than just their experience (using FindEm Magic) 
- Putting the best matches on the top and highlighting why they are a fit (this also helps with talking points when actually speaking with the candidate)

I like that I can send an unlimited number of messages in a day or a month.  It is a great way to get the company's name out and all responses come to my email, so it is easy to manage.  My account representative is fabulous to work with and helps me with new to me or tricky searches.

The response rate is not high and phone screen no shows are higher than other platforms

It allows me to search a large geographic area for potential candidates. It's another avenue to reach out to potential candidates who may not be actively looking for a new role.

The Findem features are easy to understand and can generate reports in the dashboard.

The cons of Findem are some of the data are not accurate and the dashboard takes a while before loading the landing page.

The benefit of Findem in my work is that I can explore their dashboard and/or analytics. And, is easy to generate the reports that I need. But there is a time when some of the extracted reports are not accurate and it takes a while to load the landing page, dashboard, and analytics page.

**What do you like best about Findem?**

Findem's search functionality allows us to narrow our search to find the best candidates for our roles. It's super nice having the profile match ability too, so you can compare LinkedIn profiles of matched candidates. The support team is extremely helpful as well and is always willing to help us with niche searches when needed.

**What do you dislike about Findem?**

If my sourcer creates a search and I want to try out new searches, I'm unable to shortlist candidates to the main search created by them. I've found a workaround so not a big deal, but something that could be looked into!

**What problems is Findem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to find more candidates in the tech space, especially with our niche roles. We see more candidates than you'd see on LI which is extremely helpful since not all engineers are on LI.

Findem is using a 3-D data model which is supperior to other products and can provide both Talent and Competitive Intelligence teams with key information. The ability to discover each of your channels is another differentiation which can help talent teams be more successful.

Not a downside just a realization of the power of the tool and ideally the need for some data science bias from the Users

I liked the integrations from Findem with our ATS Greenhouse and how we can disposition/search the ATS/CRM.

**What do you dislike about Findem?**

Maybe we just didn't have enough of a need because the team was used to utilizing our ATS to search candidates. I also found it hard to have Hiring Managers take a look because they didn't have a seat.

It allowed me to search the ATS and CRM easier than a boolean search on Greenhouse.

I think that Findem is a great product that pulls a wide range of candidates that match my critera. I like that you can input a like profile as well as a JD to pull candidates from. I use this system for all of my searches. The support team is VERY helpful when you need anything at all.

**What do you dislike about Findem?**

I wisht hat you could hide the people you have viewed in the last 3 months to be able to see more candidates. I think that that would help generate new candidates for the search.

I think Findem does a good job of pulling a wide array of profile esp. in the tech industry.

I love the seamless integration of FindEM to our ATS. its search capability and the talent analytics that FindEM provides in real time is one of the best attribute. I love its capability of finding diverse candidates for any role.

FindEM struggles in providing accurate emails. Its a great tool for software/tech roles but needs to improve in finding profiles for more technical/ niche roles.

Love the way it easily gets integrated to our ATS. I love the talent analytics and the CI it has to offer. It also provides an exhaustive diverse slate of candidates.

**What do you like best about Findem?**

Allows small companies to leverage their unique recruiting sourcing tool without having the massive upfront costs. Allows us to improve our recruiting efforts with outbound recruiting for senior talent without having to have a full time recruiter on staff or expensive contingency recruiter.

**What do you dislike about Findem?**

Like most tech companies, they require a min contract time rather than being able to go month to month. That said it is because they dedicate an account manager and fractional sourcing recruiter to you and I think it would be impossible to do this if you are month to month.

**What problems is Findem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Small companies don't have in-house recruiters on staff. Contingency recruiters are pretty expensive. Findem lets small companies benefit from having a fractional recruiter focused on outbound recruiting, which is key for experienced hires.

I like the ability to set parameters, create campaigns, and automate portions of the recruiting process. Findem has been useful to us in creating a pipeline of qualified candidates.

As the platform is pulling from a variety of sources/inputs, sometimes the information gathered does not present a consolidated view of a candidate's background and experience. A resume is always better, but that can be requested directly from the candidate if there is mutual interest.

Creating a pipeline of candidates for our roles, which is essential, even though we are not actively hiring for many roles at the moment. We want to have candidates in place for when we are.

Easy way to find top diverse talent in tough-to-fill roles! Quick and efficient sourcing tool that can be used by teams of all sizes.Significantly reduces small recruiting teams  time to source candidates by easily sending out bulk emails to potential candidates.

The only thing to dislike about Findem right now is that it's still in development mode and the product is still growing. The team is actively working on it to improve small bugs but it still doesn't cause issues with the fantastic search results you get from this.

Reaching out to more diverse talent quicker. As a small recruiting team, we are able to effectively source candidates without spending hours doing so or having to pay for a FT sourcer.

The search criteria that Findem offers is unlike any sourcing or recruiting tool I've seen in my 20+ (ahem) years in recruiting. Additionally, having built-in email campaign capability has been an excellent addition to Greenhouse as the core of our talent tech stack. I also appreciate the Greenhouse integration, which seems to be improving.

**What do you dislike about Findem?**

I think the process of building campaigns and more options for email copy/"snippets" would be helpful. Think an "email campaign wizard of sorts," that includes best practices on ideal times to send emails to prospects.

**What problems is Findem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm a one-person recruiting department, and being able to set an email campaign and essentially "forget about it" has been amazing. I feel like I have a secret weapon in my back pocket, and it makes us more productive - which I appreciate, as does our leadership team. We've been able to find and attract at least one "unicorn" (+female!) Sr. Solution Architect - the "Holy Grail" in our ecosystem. I appreciate that the email campaign feature allows me to really tailor the way we communicate in our voice and befitting of our brand/company persona.

Big shout-out to Lauren Cannata in particular for being an incredible partner - her positive energy and know-how has made my job so much better.

I like that you can do a skill search and then drill down on ethnicity and gender and those specific candidates will be the only ones that show up in your search.  It truly is an amazing tool to assist with our diversity hiring targets.

With Findem we are solving for our "lack of diverse candidates" pool with a well-suited slate of candidates that we would tend to miss.  It's a user-friendly tool that is easy to navigate and the use of email campaigns are a wonderful way to get your employee brand out there.
