"Great Platform for Targeted Tech Hiring"
What do you like best about Dice?

What I like best about Dice is its strong focus on technology professionals, which makes it highly relevant and efficient for both recruiters and candidates in the IT space. The platform provides access to a niche pool of skilled talent, especially in areas like software development, cloud, and cybersecurity, which reduces the time spent filtering unqualified profiles.

I also appreciate the advanced search filters and resume database, which allow precise targeting based on skills, experience, and location. Additionally, Dice keeps listings updated with current market trends and salary insights, helping in making informed hiring decisions.

Overall, its specialization in tech hiring, combined with powerful search capabilities and a large, active talent pool, makes it a valuable platform for sourcing high-quality candidates quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dice?

One downside of using Dice is that the platform can sometimes have outdated or duplicate profiles, which makes it harder to identify truly active and available candidates. Additionally, response rates from candidates are not always consistent, even when profiles appear recently updated.

The search functionality, while powerful, can occasionally return broad or less relevant results unless filters are applied very carefully. Another challenge is the high level of competition among recruiters on the platform, which can make it difficult to stand out when reaching out to top candidates.

Overall, while Dice is strong for tech hiring, it requires extra effort in filtering and engagement to get the best results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Hiring with Advanced Filters"
What do you like best about Dice?

I use Dice for sourcing and hiring IT candidates, job posting, and meeting hiring needs. I like its focused pool of IT talent, which makes identifying niche candidates faster. I find the advanced search filters and the integration with ATS platforms make sourcing much more efficient. The technical skills and role-specific requirements, along with the experience level, location, visa status, and employment type filters, help me target niche candidates effectively. Dice offers a faster turnaround for tech roles and resume harvesting. It's also a strong fit for contract-based hiring and consistently provides productivity gains. Additionally, the initial setup of Dice is easy and very simple to adapt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective Job Connection Platform with Seamless UI"
What do you like best about Dice?

I really enjoy using Dice to connect with recruiters actively engaging with potential candidates. There are a lot of quality jobs from solid companies on the platform, which makes it very appealing. The entire user experience is positive, and I find the interface seamless. Uploading my resume on Dice is pretty cool, and I appreciate the instant apply feature that gives a summary of what the job is about. Dice has brought a lot of traction to my job applications and even led to offers. Overall, I like how recruiters can reach out directly, which changes the entire experience and saves me time and effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dice?

Maybe a feature for a better chat interface between myself and a recruiter will be nice because sometimes recruiters reach out via email and you lose track of the conversation. That's the only thing I could think about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Old is always going to be Gold"
What do you like best about Dice?

Dice is one of the best recruiting tools, especially in the USA market, for targeting niche skills. With its large pool of candidates, it consistently delivers strong results. The filters are excellent for any recruiter, whether experienced or new to recruiting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dice?

This is costly. An organisation that is well established can afford it, but what about startups? The pricing seems to weigh heavily on the pockets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential for Tech Recruiting Success"
What do you like best about Dice?

I use Dice for finding candidates as a Technical Recruiter, and it's really useful because we mostly work on niche roles like data engineers, Java developers, and QA testers. These types of candidates tend to use Dice more compared to other job boards. I like that Dice provides good technical resumes, which are better than those on Indeed, Monster, or CareerBuilder. We can quickly get the contact info of candidates, connecting with them much faster than through LinkedIn. The initial setup of Dice was really easy for our team, and overall, it's a good and useful tool for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dice?

Sometimes the candidates are not active or maybe changed their information and their profile is inactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dice is one of the best platforms for sourcing candidates, consistently delivering good results. It has an excellent database of candidates suitable for all types of job requirements. The platform also provides useful filters, allowing me to sort candidates by location, visa status, resume update date, last active time, and more. Its interface is user-friendly, making navigation simple, and the customer support is reliable. Dice also schedules training calls, which are helpful for learning more about the platform and its new features. Additionally, the job posting feature enables me to find candidates quickly, making my work much easier. What do you dislike about Dice?

I don't really have any complaints about Dice, it's a solid platform overall. However, they recently updated the interface, and while the new design is nice, I personally preferred the old version. The update is still good, but I found the previous layout better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
