
I use Dice for finding candidates as a Technical Recruiter, and it's really useful because we mostly work on niche roles like data engineers, Java developers, and QA testers. These types of candidates tend to use Dice more compared to other job boards. I like that Dice provides good technical resumes, which are better than those on Indeed, Monster, or CareerBuilder. We can quickly get the contact info of candidates, connecting with them much faster than through LinkedIn.
