"Dice Makes Candidate Sourcing Easy with Great Features and Seamless Integration"
What do you like best about Dice?

Dice is one of the best platforms for sourcing candidates, consistently delivering good results. It has an excellent database of candidates suitable for all types of job requirements. The platform also provides useful filters, allowing me to sort candidates by location, visa status, resume update date, last active time, and more. Its interface is user-friendly, making navigation simple, and the customer support is reliable. Dice also schedules training calls, which are helpful for learning more about the platform and its new features. Additionally, the job posting feature enables me to find candidates quickly, making my work much easier. Integration with Job Diva and the calling platform is seamless, allowing me to call candidates directly from Dice by simply clicking on their contact number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dice?

I don't really have any complaints about Dice, it's a solid platform overall. However, they recently updated the interface, and while the new design is nice, I personally preferred the old version. The update is still good, but I found the previous layout better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good IT Database with Easy Search Options"
What do you like best about Dice?

I’ve used Dice both independently and now through Ceipal (as it comes inbuilt with Dice and other job portals). It’s very easy to use and gives quick, accurate results. I use it frequently for my daily hiring needs. It is simple to implement and integrates smoothly with Ceipal. It’s most useful for IT hiring, as it provides more relevant profiles compared to Non-IT. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dice?

Many times, the same profiles show up again and again. It’s also not very helpful for Non-IT roles. I think it is mainly IT requirements focused. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Platform for Sourcing IT Candidates"
What do you like best about Dice?

I like that Dice is highly specialized for technology and IT talent, which makes it much easier to connect with qualified candidates compared to general job boards. The search filters, resume database, and candidate insights help quickly identify the right profiles, while its job posting visibility attracts skilled professionals who are actively looking for opportunities in the tech domain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dice?

Sometimes the user interface feels a bit outdated compared to other modern platforms, and the search filters can return a large volume of less-relevant profiles if not fine-tuned. Also, the pricing structure can be on the higher side, especially for smaller organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dice is great because it helps people find tech jobs easily. It shows lots of job openings, lets you upload your resume, and matches you with jobs that fit your skills. It’s fast, focused on tech careers, and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dice?

Dice is that some job listings can be outdated or repeated. Also, you might get messages from recruiters that don’t match your skills. It could be better at showing only the most relevant jobs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Contract Jobs Locator"
What do you like best about Dice?

I recently moved to the USA, and I have been searching for remote contract roles for the past few months. And came across this application called "Dice" through a mutual friend. I have learned that this app is best for locating remote contract jobs. This app is very easy to use. So I applied for roles very frequently suitable for me. Surely this app has many legit open roles, and I also received calls from recruiters. Since they need only GC Holders, I'm unable to attend any interviews. I hope I find a new role in the coming days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dice?

I liked this application. There's nothing I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
