I feel that the results come quickly, and the platform has been updated. All aspects of the process run smoothly, from submitting, invoicing, to service. The initial setup was a good process, without any issues. It's also integrated with Avionte, which is convenient. In my office, we use several screening services, and any time there is a problem, the chat feature would be beneficial. The way the background reports are displayed when they get sent back to you needs some refinement. When conducting a preemployment screening and review it is nice to review the canidate and their honesty and accuracy in the details they provided during the interview and application process. **What do you dislike about Asurint Background Screening Solutions?** Some items required digging and follow-up when completing and reviewing a candidate's background; however, this seems to be par for the course with most background companies I have dealt with. I am reviewing this as part of a previous company I worked for and no longer use or perform background checks. I have enjoyed the different solutions they have provided us (ATS integration). They have had a listening ear on making different innovations and acting upon them. They have been pretty competitive in their pricing. They also have been a partner over the years versus a CRA and end-user relationship. **What do you dislike about Asurint Background Screening Solutions?** I have asked for two different offerings from them for many years. One was an auto-adjudication on reports to clear out the reports that meet our clients' criteria and a better format on their MVRs. It wasn't until we found a vendor/CRA that could do that for us that now they can. Their ordering platform is outdated, but 1. we have moved to our ATS so it doesn't have much bearing anymore with our end-users and 2. they report they are coming out with something new here soon. **What problems is Asurint Background Screening Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** They have simplified their ordering process by integrating into our ATS. Their current adjudication process for review bg checks seems to better than most I have worked with. Most common time from is less then two mintutes worst case scenario about 3 days on average i couldn't ask for anything better when making a decision to best serve my customers and there safety and well being. **What do you dislike about Asurint Background Screening Solutions?** I would like to see the browser set up updated a little but it does the job just the same so i dont feel the need to complain other then that its perfect. integrates with my current softwares very easily so i can track any progress made with this software and utilize it most efficiently. **Recommendations to others considering Asurint Background Screening Solutions:** I would recommend this software to anyone who wants to properly screen there employees for the best possible outcome it has not let me down yet and i can always count on reliable results using this software and still get a quick turn around time. Now that I am used to it, not so much. The turnaround is very quick for most of the candidates who have clean records and have only ever lived in your state. I also love that Asurint takes care of Adverse Action for you. It is so simple to send the email to the candidate. **What do you dislike about Asurint Background Screening Solutions?** The website, even as an Admin, is not user-friendly. Once you know what you need to access, it's fairly simple, but it's not very intuitive to begin with. There are several features I don't even use/don't know about just because they are hidden in the website and not advertised. **Recommendations to others considering Asurint Background Screening Solutions:** Create a good relationship with your account contact person.
