Sending offers through Greenhouse with Adobe has really streamlined the offer-sending process for our business. I also like the "all jobs" section on the right side of candidate profiles; it makes it easy to quickly see a candidate’s history.

I really like how flexible Greenhouse is. You can tailor each job opening to match your process, and the ability to duplicate roles makes things much easier when you’re hiring for similar positions. I also appreciate that you can customize reports and dashboards, which helps you quickly focus on the recruiting metrics that matter most to you. Overall, it makes the day-to-day recruiting process feel much more efficient.

I really appreciate being able to set up the interview flow exactly as needed. The way we interview warehouse workers is very different from the process we use to hire engineers, so having that flexibility matters. I also rely heavily on automated emails when candidates are moved to specific stages. This saves me a lot of time, especially during the initial resume review stage.
