The Caliper team is always available to help and we've been able to surface lots of cloud cost optimization opportunities within the first few months. **What do you dislike about Caliper?** While Caliper is in its relative infancy and therefore not every feature we require is available, the team has iterated quickly and already delivered additional hyperscaler integrations that we've requested. **What problems is Caliper solving and how is that benefiting you?** Caliper is displaying our billing data in more relative real-time compared to CloudHealth, which means we can react to cost anomalies faster, resulting in more savings. It's also easier to create and manage reports and dimensions compared to CloudHealth. Additionally, we can see one of our PCS (Snowflake) and multiple hyperscaler cost and usage data in one tool. ### 2. Caliper fits in well with our current operations and as we grow. After just your first meeting, they will find your savings right there. It is a great tool and I see how much it has grown and improved in just a few months. You won't regret adding Caliper to your team. :) **What do you dislike about Caliper?** I think how frequently I use the product might be the only downfall, but that is simply because of not prioritizing the product on my end. **What problems is Caliper solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are growing so much so when we make changes to our cloud, It is nice to have a product that is much more straight forward to monitor cost of change. ### 3. Intuitive drag-and-drop report generation helped me identify the "what's that" items where I can optimize cloud spend. Low cost solution makes this an easy tool to add to the IT toolbox. **What do you dislike about Caliper?** As an early stage user, some UI elements needed polishing - for example the list of saved reports gets long and challenging to navigate. Additional features around alerting would be nice to have. **What problems is Caliper solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dramaticaly simplifies cloud cost reporting. I use it to decompose the montly numbers into charts that allow me to drill down to the cost components quickly. Better then parsing line items in monthly statements. ### 4. It quickly allows you to identify savings gaps in cloud spend. While an emerging player in the space, we we able to displace a much more costly solution without skipping a beat. The customer support for new features and delpoyment allowed us to quickly gain value from the product.
