Although it can seem overwhelming, I find it pretty user-friendly, from basic use to its ease of integration with other tools we use internally. Some features are not currently built into Greenhouse. I want a feature that allows copying permissions from one user to another, which would streamline the process of managing user roles. Additionally, the lack of capability to revise referral links and the limited fields available for API connections are constraints that need attention. The integration with Calendly could be enhanced to allow scheduling directly from the candidate view instead of just the candidate pipeline view. I'd like to see a natural language prompt that allows me to find candidates in our candidate database similar to a ChatGPT prompt.
