The support is very precise and fast which helps a smaller team feel really supported. **What do you dislike about TriNet?** Trinet is a bit on the expensive side for sure, that aside, the largest thing we disliked was the system was a bit of a stiff learning curve. Additionally, TriNet provides a broad selection of comprehensive benefits, which has been especially effective for our small to mid-sized company. We have used Trinet for over a decade, starting with about 30 employees and now growing to nearly 300. Their customer service is also excellent, as you are assigned both a dedicated client success representative and an HR professional. **What do you dislike about TriNet?** What I dislike is that while TriNet offers services that are extremely valuable for a mid-sized company like ours, their pricing is on the higher end. However, I do feel that the breadth of their HR and accounting services justifies the cost. **What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am not a SHRM member and I am not subscribed to CalChamber, so it can be quite challenging to keep up with the constantly changing California employment laws. TriNet’s regular and timely compliance updates have truly made a significant difference for me.
