Organized workflow for end to end hiring cycle.
Centralized database useful for bulk hiring and can be used for day to day or frequently released position
Candidates History is specially useful.
interviews handling is pretty decent specially the comments that everyone can see and be updated on the process.
Clean and basic UI easy to use.
Customer support is proactive, less downtime.

**What do you dislike about Mitratech Hire?**

Implementation of job boards can be improved. 
Dice CB monster LinkedIn positing can be made an integral part of the process.
Modern UI/UX can be used for easier implementation.

Bulk hiring is the most important thing getting solved.
Interviews are handled pretty well, Whole team can see the feedbacks, No need of back and forth requests.

I did not find anything that I disliked too much more than any other service from the same line of platforms/competitors.

Staffing and Recruitment was a touch easier with MiraTech than any other platform at the time.

**What do you like best about Mitratech Hire?**

All essential features are here, but do not expect anything modern.

**What do you dislike about Mitratech Hire?**

It was a great option 5-6 years ago but unfortunately team is not adding new features.
I am not talking AI - that is certainly not expected, but:
- Incomplete  API, not updated for many years
- Very dated user interface circa 2005
- Complicated not intuitve navigation
- Poorly performing search (if you search for Jon, it will not find anyone who is John etc)
- No candidates database aka Talent pool - the most important thing for modern recruiting teams
- No modern features: CVs matching, meeting scheduling, candiadtes ranking, skills-based search etc
- No support for communications with candidates except for email
- Complicated views, no Kanban board view for ative candiadtes in pipeline

On top of that they are employing questionable business practices, for example they added term saying that contract will auto-renew for another year and we cannot cancel it - in small print. That make it not very suitable for any small business, unless you want to employ a lawyer to read all TOS for all online apps your team may be using.

We fully manage our recruitment process with Recruiterbox for last 5+ years. 
It is used daily by team of 10 full-time technical (IT) recruiters.

**What do you like best about Mitratech Hire?**

How easy it is to schedule interviews and create workflow, involving all the relevant people and a great place to put in notes and know what every interviewer is thinking about the candidate. It's easy to integrate with job boards and the fact that we get all candidates in one place is great. My team and I used it EVERY DAY. Implementation was quite quick as well, their customer support team helped us with it and it was ready to go in no-time.

That I had to stop using it after I changed work

I like it about the hiring feedback can be subjected and seprate based on the profile.
Also there is a wide view of good bad or neutral sign which gives high level sight to the interviewer

I dislike the list of candidates by default does not show in the order i have been passed feedback.
Or atleast i might not be able to filter it because of the restriction but if this could be there it was lot more easier

I really like how organized I can stay with my interviewing process. Whenever I have a position open up I have over a hundred applicants sometimes. Trakstar gives me the ability to be in contact with all of them in some form.

**What do you dislike about Mitratech Hire?**

I'm not sure if this is a company thing or a Trakstar issue. When I finally decide on a candidate and take them to the make an offer step it does not contact anyone that is involved in my corporation in the hiring process so I have to send separate communication. That's it though nothing crazy!

**What problems is Mitratech Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trakstar is solving my issue with letting people slip through the cracks. I'm at least able to let all applicants know I've seen their resume and we will reach out to them or we're going a different direction whatever it may be there's an option for that.

**What do you like best about Mitratech Hire?**

Trackstar has been a wonderful tool to add to the hiring process. What I find most useful is the tak management that is possible across several stages of interviews , each with their own panelists. I appreciate that tasks for each panelist are clearly laid out and that all interviewees materials are easy to access within the platform for me to access.

**What do you dislike about Mitratech Hire?**

I appreciate the features of trackstar hire but do feel like there is a learning curve to understanding how everythign is going. I did not receive any training on the platform, and am not sure if there was an intro when I first logged in, but I feel like adapting to using a new platform is the most challenging aspect across larger teams with varying technology experience.

Keeping track of applicants in one place rather than applicaitons getting lost in email inboxes. Automated reminders to panelists to review each applicant

**What do you like best about Mitratech Hire?**

Not sure if the HR would upload candidates from all sources into Trakstar but the fact that I could see all profiles whether through Linkedin, Direct mails or other Job portals - at one place in one format was a plus.

**What do you dislike about Mitratech Hire?**

Not many filtration critirias using which I can filter who are, say qualified Chartered Accountants in the thousands of profiles received, who has 2-3 years of experience, who is eqipped in using SQL and Power BI. Such filtration is the only way to shortlist in the thousands of profiles one receives. 
Also, the overall UI looks functional but poorly designed - getting confused on where to read the reviews of one interviewer in his / her round - took 10 minutes to find that.

**What do you like best about Mitratech Hire?**

Trakstar Hire has stellar customer service, and finds a happy medium between having customization options and being overly robust and hard to learn/use.

The platform is intuitive and simple, and although there aren't a million integrations or features, they are constantly growing the product and seeking efficiencies.

This was our first official ATS so I didn't experience any transfer issues during implementation, but regardless, the process was thorough and straight-forward.

**What do you dislike about Mitratech Hire?**

It won't match the features/options of a larger ATS, and there is the occassional hiccup with something that isn't customizable or changable. Options for automation and integration are a bit limited as well.

Trakstar Hire is my candidate database, it is the means of publishing to many places, and it's used to schedule interviews and evaluate candidates. It now also is how we issue offer letters and background checks.

I really appreciate how user-friendly Trakstar Hire is. It's made the whole hiring process faster and centralized for our team. The interface is intuitive in general, and I didn't need extensive training to start using it.

As a Data Specialist, I feel that the reporting features could be more robust. It would be great to have more advanced analytics and customization options for generating insights.

Trakstar Hire is a game-changer for us in the hiring game. It's like our superhero for tracking and keeping tabs on job applications. It keeps the different postings separate and organized.

**What do you dislike about Mitratech Hire?**

1) I don't like how many steps you have to take to submit your own comments with each review. I also don't like that it's not easy to see the other committee members's comments.
2) I would like a way to be able to sort the applicants alphabetically, as well as create combined lists of all the applicants (within a given posting) I gave one thumbs up, two thumbs up, etc.
3) I don't like how if a posting is extended, the next group of applicants is not kept separately. All applicants are just clumped together. As stated above in #2, maybe be able to create combined list of the applicants that came in under this posting date and a list of those who came in the extended posting date.

It's helping those of us on a search committee see the same resumes and read the comments left by our members. It keeps us organized.

I like the scoring as well as labels option.  I like that I can move candidates between openings and share candidates easily with team members.

I like being able to sort by hiring stage also, from screening to telephone interview to in person interview etc.

**What do you dislike about Mitratech Hire?**

I don't like that I don't have a way to export data to create an Excel spreadsheet.  It seems everything has to be kept withint the system.

I also don't like that I don't have an easy way to export the application/resume materials to add to calendar invites in outlook for team members doing the interviews.

I wish I could rank candidates as well.

It's nice to receive all applications to a system like Trakstar Hire vs. have it clogging inboxes.  I am able to score in the system and sort by hiring stage.

Trakstar Hire has an excellent user interface.  Finally, a system that seems like it was designed by recruiters instead of techies.  It has a lot of customizable features and is incredibly easy to navigate.

It has a bit of a limited scope, but if you are a small business and you're not looking for a very robust system, it's definitely a good option.  Reporting is limited.  Search feature is only okay.  Some features could use upgrades.

We have been using recruiter box for the past year. We really like the product very intuitive to use and has saved us countless hours. I really like their pricing model, it's affordable for smaller companies and scalable as we grow. Overall positive experience, support is prompt. 

**What do you dislike about Mitratech Hire?**

The only downside was when they changed their UI, took a while to get used to, personally like the old one better. With that said, not something I'd leave over.

**What do you like best about Mitratech Hire?**

Trakstar Hire is easy to onboard new team members across the agency to join the interview/hiring process. It integrates with our Google Workspace products to help with syncing our calendars and Google Meet for interviews. It is a low-cost solution compared to other ATS solutions on the market.

**What do you dislike about Mitratech Hire?**

It can be challenging to make global updates across the platform to different job positions. There are problems with slot selection scheduling panel interviews. There can be untrustworthy email syncing with Gmail. It lacks reporting features. It didn't integrate with a former PEO we used at the agency.

Trakstar Hire helps me and my team members review candidates for open positions at the company, fill out scorecards and help make decisions on the best candidates to hire.

Trakstar was incredibly easy to implement inthe company.  We are a small HR Consulting company and the product works perfectly to our needs.  We have recommended it to our clients in the past. It has all the features that we require, plus more.  Customer Support has always been quick to answer our questions.

**What do you dislike about Mitratech Hire?**

When you have access to alot of roles, It could be confusing and a bit time consuming to see the roles that are actually open.

**What do you like best about Mitratech Hire?**

Very easy to use. Very easy to set-up. Implementation was a breeze. Works great for our office positions and working with hiring managers who have frequent access to their computers. I've always had a good experience with their customer support team. PandaDoc integration is great.

**What do you dislike about Mitratech Hire?**

Reporting is fine but very surface level ; limited in the reports we're able to pull. Many of our hiring managers aren't at their desk most of the day so it makes it really difficult to want to engage with the system -- it's a hassel for them to use. Would be immensely better to have a mobile app.

**What problems is Mitratech Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I know they're trying to expand their scraping capabilties and is working with Google Jobs. I appreciate that update.

Ease of use to schedule and communicate with candidates.

Reporting features could be highly improved to allow a much more customized report. There is also a need for an role overview where one can see the role's data in a single screen (Pipeline and the entire funnel analytics). Another HUGE need is a centralized inbox function where I can keep track of the messages I havesent out or recieved without having to look fur such messages one by one in each candidate profile. An inbox dashboard or feature is quite needed to keep track of our candidates.

It keep all of the candidates information in a single place. It allows us to keep track of interview progress.

The versatility of the tool, and the amount of information that you can put in, plus the timeline feature for knowing where the candidate is, and the comments.

**What do you dislike about Mitratech Hire?**

The UX needs a lot of rework, a lot of things are not intuitive, and design looks from the 2005. There's a lot of work that can be done into the design and the user experience, some AI tools could be useful, and a little of rework on the tabs could be very good. It's always hard for me to find where I can put feedback, and I'm always scared of sending private information to the candidate.

The system encompasses all communication and employee interaction.  It makes it easy for all departments to see the progress of a potential employee.

It has a default to send daily emails.  Once that was changed it was much better

Our departments are not all located in the same office so the ease of communication is what makes this an effective HR tool for our company.

Trakstar hire is a robust ATS that is very easy to set up and use.

Lack of ability to easily integrate with more online job hiring sites so that they automatically transfer into Trakstar once a candidate completes them. (Examples: ZipRecruiter)

For some job roles with rare technologies, I searched all over the hiring and recruiting platform to find the profiles. But I found the right candidates here in Trakstar Hire which is unbelievable in my first try. Then I continued to use this platform. I can track the candidates' status, their details and scheduling interviews easily in this platform.

It does not consolidate comments when merging duplicate profiles. It basically overwrites . And in this process, we lose information.
Sometimes log in issues. Have to use an incognito window to log in.

It is an automation process that helps candidates select a slot for an interview as per their availability and time. it enhances the efficiency of the recruitment process saves considerable time for recruiters and avoids cancellation and rescheduling of interviews.

A provision can be added to the applicant status that indicates, his/her application was rejected or failed in an interview during the last 6 months for the same position.

Sometimes, interviews have to be rescheduled as the candidates could not make it, at the given time due to their prior appointment, also, interviews will be cancelled due to the non-availability of deserving candidates at a particular time. Now recruitment managers and candidates can reschedule interview at the mutually agreed time.

It's very straightforward to use and leaves no room for error. The UI is designed to be easy to use and doesn't leave you wondering if you missed a step or did something out of order.

I like how Trakstar is so easy to use.  I can post jobs and manage the candidates all the way through the hiring process.  I also like that we reach other sites like Indeed or zip recruiter.

**What do you dislike about Mitratech Hire?**

There is not much I do not like about Trakstar.  There is still more to learn as I navigate through it.  I dont care for the how the OFCCP reports or the EEOC reports are set up.

**What problems is Mitratech Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is nothing currently that they are trying to resove.  Anytime, I have had a question, they have been able to answer and help mw with the solution.  Our business performance has increased.

I like the ability to communicate with candidates directly in the ATS or via my email and it still be in the candidate profilele.

Reliability has always been an issue with Trakstar. But my least favorite thing is its lack of modern features like advanced analytics, the ability to identify talent within the database that may be a fit for a new role, and the lack of reporting capabilities.

Not the most user friendly interface. It is hard to find and adjust settings and the UI feels somewhat dated.

Setup is cumbersome and integration with other software relatively limited.
