Centralized database useful for bulk hiring and can be used for day to day or frequently released position Candidates History is specially useful. interviews handling is pretty decent specially the comments that everyone can see and be updated on the process. Clean and basic UI easy to use. Customer support is proactive, less downtime. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Hire?** Implementation of job boards can be improved. Dice CB monster LinkedIn positing can be made an integral part of the process. Modern UI/UX can be used for easier implementation. **What problems is Mitratech Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bulk hiring is the most important thing getting solved. It's easy to integrate with job boards and the fact that we get all candidates in one place is great. My team and I used it EVERY DAY.
