The easeness when it comes to use. I also admire how good the customer support it since they are always helpful with my inquiries. The new update makes my scheduling more organized,

There were some outages I noticed over the past week but overall they are very quick to address those.

It acts as a very efficient tool for me to organize and send schedules to my candidates. Without it, scheduling will be much more difficult since I will need to manually send emails and chasers to my candidates.

It's very easy to use Goodtime. A great deal of the complex scheduling process is automated into a single software.
reducing the amount of effort spent on scheduling,
Easly Integarte with MS teams and Outlook.

There aren't any drawbacks, in my opinion. The Cusmtser Support crew works incredibly hard to fix any problems that arise.

Our team used to lose several hours of work due to manual scheduling. We were able to concentrate on developing a smooth applicant experience that distinctly set our hiring procedure apart from the competition when we integrated with GoodTime. We can create a consistent schedule for every interview round and fully commit to an organized hiring process thanks to GoodTime. We are also able to continuously enhance our application process and applicant experience thanks to the outstanding customer service that the GoodTime team has given.

If you take the time to create templates, GoodTime practically schedules interviews for you! One of my favorite things is that interviewer availability updates in real time, so there is less back and forth if a candidate takes a day or two to submit their availability.

GoodTime is an expensive product, but if your organization is doing high volume interview scheduling, it is worth it!

GoodTime allows me to quickly and efficiently schedule interviews. The dashboard also lets me easily see the status of all interviews and filter by job, date, etc.

I adore how easy it is to search interviewers just a few parameters, as well as the tagging tool. I really adore how it updates and distributes all of the interview invites at once. It allows me to focus more of my time on Recruiting and less on scheduling. Goodtime has been a game changer. The customer service is excellent.

I haven't been experiencing any significant problems with it yet.

I love all the capabilites of adding different interviewers and editing interview slots for professinals. The software makes it easy to make changes. I love the support team and how quick they are to address your issue.

**What do you dislike about GoodTime?**

Occaisional Glitches or Sync Errors. Sometimes causing double interviews to pop up on professionals calendars.

**What problems is GoodTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goodtime is solving our time constraints with booking manually. Instead of us having to reach out to each interviewer, we are able to see their schedule on GT and schedule candidates that way. It saves us lots of time and energy.

It is really efficient for recruitment. It is really easy to use and is very powerful and offers great integration. Scheduling interviews and appointments is really easy.

I like that Goodtime is easy to use for scheduling mass amounts of interviews. I am able to keep organized and easily update or access interviews. I also like the training feature, the tag feature, the data pulling abilities, and goodtime meet. I also appreciate that there is a great customer support feature. There is always someone to chat live with within minutes, if not seconds. They are always helpful and even follow up with bugs I have.

I think Goodtime can be buggy. When there are major updates or things fixed, one can assume there will be bugs produced elsewhere as a result. I would like the data pulling section to keep growing as well so that we can access even more data points.

I am able to schedule LARGE amounts of interview without having to hunt people's calendars and have it be a super manual process.

It's user-friendly, providing an excellent experience for candidates and recruitment coordinators (RCs). It's a versatile tool that can be used for candidates worldwide, streamlining the coordinator's role and reducing manual work. The customer support is exceptional, promptly resolving any issues or investigating them thoroughly and providing interim solutions. The features are fantastic, allowing us to easily update, reschedule, and cancel interviews without relying on trackers. The reporting capabilities are also impressive, enabling us to create customized pivot tables and track important metrics. It's a valuable tool for measuring the effectiveness of the recruitment team. I rely on GoodTime daily, and I believe it's truly transformative for both recruitment coordinators and recruiters, enhancing the candidate experience and simplifying the interview process, particularly when dealing with different time zones.

**What do you dislike about GoodTime?**

I have a suggestion for improvement regarding the reschedule data on the insights tab. Currently, it appears to be messy and not well-organized. It would greatly benefit from some enhancements to provide more meaningful and streamlined information.

Additionally, I've noticed some inconsistency in the flagging of declines to the RCs. There are instances when I receive the decline notifications in my inbox, but other times I do not. This inconsistency is also reflected in the dashboard, where sometimes declines are flagged, while other times they are not. It would be beneficial to address this inconsistency to ensure that all important notifications are consistently delivered to the relevant parties.

I've had a few business problems that I've tried to solve with GoodTime (related to their Goodtime Meet feature) and when I asked for support, to my surprise I got one of the founders on the phone working with me on how to solve my problem. It was nice seeing that their management demonstratably cares about getting customer feedback like this.

Additionally, we've ran into a few hiccups with our contracting and the team has overall been very willing to work with us - it's refreshing that they think about our long-term partnership.

**What do you dislike about GoodTime?**

Nothing - we transitioned over from a competitor tool and it's been suiting us very well.

We do extremely high volume interviews and GoodTime allows us to do this with only one recruiting coordinator on our side. At our volume, I'd expect us to require at least 2-3.

**What do you like best about GoodTime?**

GoodTime is a tool I use every single day in my role, I've now used it in two different tech companies and what I love about it is how easy it is to become really proficient at utilising it quickly. When you're trying to juggle hundreds of candidates throughout a busy recruiting drive, GT's dashboard provides excellent visibility for an RC to quickly view declines, conflicts and confirmed interviews. GT makes the process of training new interviewers up through it's interview shadowing functionality, and it also keeps me mindful of not overloading any one interviewer because I can clearly see everyone's weekly limits etc. Any time I have an issue with GT, the chat function is an excellent way to quickly solve my problems!

I was such a big fan of GoodTime, when I heard that HubSpot was using the tool it genuinely influenced my decision to join when compared to other offers I was considering :)

**What do you dislike about GoodTime?**

I think this one would actually be a quick fix. A lot of my interviewer panels are based in Europe, and a lot of their names contain diacritics / accents. When I type the name Helen into GT, it won't automatically find the interviewer I'm looking for whose actual name is Hélèn. But when I type the name into my Google Calendar it comes up without adding the accents. 
If GT could look into this and resolve it would really save time and be appreciated :)

We have experienced some issues regarding seeing interview declines immediately on our Dashboards, but GT has ensured us that additional manual updates will be provided so that we can get more consistent visibility throughout the working day.

Goodtime is a very user- friendly tool with many features that can help you schedule interviews in a faster and efficient way. The bulk scheduling feature is one of them, with which you're able to invite many candidates in bulk, with just few clicks.

As a daily user, I could notice that sometimes some of the features present bugs (e.g. the bulk scheduling feature which wasn't syncing the feedback forms correctly). As a consequence, there's a need to find a workaround until the bugs are fixed, which could cause a delay the scheduling process.

Goodtime automates the scheduling of easy interviews, as it's possible to share the interviewer's calendar and let the candidate pick the date that works best for them. This saves me time and lets me focus on the scheduling of more difficult interview panels.

1. GoodTime is a user-friendly tool and very intuitive for candidates and TA professionals
2. Integration: I have used GoodTime with Greenhouse ATS and now with Workday. The integration is great with both the ATS and it also works well with  Google Calendar.
3. Analytics and Reporting: The insights tab offers access to scheduling data and helps the TA function to improve candidate experience and recruitment as function.
4. Client Support- GoodTime support team is always available to support in case of any issues or technical bugs. I enjoy meeting the team once a week and participate in the early access of new features or reporting any new bugs.

**What do you dislike about GoodTime?**

1. I have observed that the algorithms take more time to show the available slots when scheduling via the "Request Availability" workflow after the "Flexible Scheduling" feature was released. 

2. Many times, the Algorithm shows "not available" slots during "Flexible multi-day scheduling" and it is required to open interviewers Google Calendar to manually cross-check the slots offered. 

It would have been great if the unavailable slots ( red/ yellow marked) were not shown while scheduling.

Goodtime is a great tool to schedule with. It's a tool that has become a part of our daily workflow, and we depend on it to be successful at our job.

It helps us schedule in an effective and efficient way by having the option of creating scheduling and email templates, tags for different interview requierements, great interview training tracking, and a communicative customer support.

Having to deal with bugs or issues that show up whenever they have a product update. Overall temporary issues, but they can have an impact in our workflow with no anticipation.

Goodtime helps us schedule fast. 
With a high load of candidates, we need to build interview panels, grow our interviewer pool, and keep communication with everyone in an efficient way. Goodtime has helped us acheive this.
The tool also makes it easy to change interviewers, update calendar invites, generate zoom links, and many little things that could be easy to miss or tedious to do without it.
When we face problems with the tool, we're avle to contact the support team and have a clear communication of the issues we're facing, and the action plan to be taken by Goodtime so the problems are solved.

GoodTime makes scheduling very efficient and easy. Once the candidate's availability is submitted, the scheduling options are populated from our interviewers' calendars, and then you select what works best and send out the confirmation email. The whole process is very fast and way easier than manually scheduling.

I wish the interview options weren't always back to back and GoodTime allows for more flexible scheduling so that there are more available options to choose from. When there's no good options that populate, I have to manually input specific times that work for the interviewers.

GoodTime has been solving the flex scheduling issue, which will allow us to schedule with more flexibility and provide us with more options.

When I need to clear out unresponsive candidates from my queue I have to select and cancel each candidate's interview profile one-by-one instaed of being able to select multiple (in bulk) to delete.

Scheduling large interview loops (5+ interviewers back to back) for a single candidate with limited availability. GT is highley effect at find compatible times and offering a variety of multi-day interview scheduling options.

I appreciate the organization of interviewer profiles regarding time zone preferances, notes, tags, etc. I find GoodTime to be very user friendly. Tracking training paths is simple and organized as well. GT integrates well with Greenhouse.

It seems like when we have technical issues, we raise concerns to the chat team and it gets bubbled to GT IT team, but there is never a follow up. Adding new training paths to interview templates can be tedious.

It seems like GT listens to feedback and implements things that could make our workflow easier (ie. "duplicate" button when entering availability).

**What do you like best about GoodTime?**

GoodTime takes a lot of the menial work out of sending calendar invites. It saves you from having to review multiple calendars, and provides a lot of really nice automation features that allow participants to modify their availability and for the tool to calculate and reschedule without much oversight.

**What do you dislike about GoodTime?**

I've used GoodTime with both Google Calendar, as well as with Outlook, and I have to say that while the experience was nearly flawless on Google Calendar, my time using it with Outlook has been extremely disappointing. Not only did GoodTime themselves not seem to fully understand how to integrate their tool (causing my team to have essentially no support in trouble shooting it), now that it is up and running, there seems to be no end to the variety of glitches and hiccups it experiences.

On the whole, if you're using O365, I wouldn't recommend it, as the time it's saved my team from building out interviews manually, they've lost in trying to correct the errors it experiences.

**What problems is GoodTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Specifically, GoodTime aims to simplify and automate the scheduling process. Templates, interviewer pools, automated scheduling—everything about the product is designed to streamline the configuration and scheduling of interviews.

Both integrations were built with the same robustness and logic. Unfortunately, O365 APIs do not provide specific performance guarantees in their Service Level Agreement (SLA). This often necessitates workarounds to compensate for potential API errors or glitches, which we do not experience with the Google APIs.

For instance, when GoodTime sends a request to create a calendar event, the Microsoft API may create a calendar invite correctly while simultaneously sending an error message back. In another scenario, the same request may receive no response from the Microsoft API at all.

The good news is that we have heavily invested in building measures to compensate for the unreliability commonly experienced with Microsoft APIs. Many of our O365 customers have recently provided positive feedback about how their experience has improved. Additionally, we are making it a priority to further enhance the experience in the upcoming quarters.

It does not navigate busy calendars. I always have to cross-check manually via Google calendar as GT cannot make the suitable adjustments.

GoodTime is a complex tool which allows for a lot of specific automation and modifications. Because of that, you really have to prepare everything correctly before using the tool, so you can extract all it can offer.

The integrations with our ATS make it seamless to schedule and sync interviews. Candidates love the personalization and often times when we get on a call with them they talk about how cool their scheduling experience is was with GoodTime. The branding that you can set with GoodTime helps show your company's personality and makes it feel like it isn't just some boring, standard tool.

The GoodTime team is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we have and they are awesome when it comes to onboarding new employees we hire on how to use the tool. They've been friendly, helpful, and informative.

**What do you dislike about GoodTime?**

There can be a lot to set up initially which can be a bit of a task, however, once everything is set up it is WELL worth it! There's not a whole lot to dislike about the tool. Rarely there are some outages but it hasn't interrupted our use as it's usually after business ours. The GoodTime team is quick to communicate about any issues.

**Recommendations to others considering GoodTime:**

For those looking to use GoodTime, I would suggest making sure your team is trained sooner rather than later as it's a huge time saver. Additionally, make sure you use templates and set up everything accordingly.

We've been able to cut our schedule time at least in half by using GoodTime as a tool. We've realized that we can free up our time to do high-priority tasks by using GoodTime to schedule. Often times you may not have the full need to hire a coordinated but you're stuck in the position of recruiters spending too much time with complex scheduling. GoodTime solves for this by providing a relatively low-cost solution and letting recruiters do what they do best, recruit.

Some button clicking is difficult sometimes; from time to time, I need to go back and double-check/double click something to make sure it goes through

**What do you like best about GoodTime?**

There are a few things I love the most about GoodTime but the main ones would have to be 1) Getting candidates into the interview process faster, 2) Enhancing our candidate's experience 3) allowing our team more time for projects and professional growth. Our candidates have been scheduled and offered a role as quickly as 2 weeks after entering the pipeline. This allows for us to compete against other jobs a candidate is interviewing with. Companies that don't have GoodTime take a lot longer to schedule so we have a chance to meet them at the finish line.

**What do you dislike about GoodTime?**

One of the main downsides I struggle with is that GoodTime is a fairly new platform so they are still updating and fixing bugs which can have a big impact on scheduling if the system is down. There are also very random glitches because of this but I would say, for the most part, GoodTime is responsive and quick to fix the issues.

The idea of Goodtime! Taking such a manual task to complete automation. The fact that it generates the itinerary and all the info that we put into templates and then the software sends out all the calendar invites is a huge time saver.

Sometimes I would like some manual control. While automation is my favorite aspect of this, there are times when the algorithm doesn't know best.

**What do you like best about GoodTime?**

Goodtime allows you to create tags to group interviewers based on session focuses, skills, and teams. You can customize the time you want each team member to spend on interviews per day/week. You can also add notes to each team member based on their scheduling preferences and time constraints. It also allows you to create templates to choose from and easily customize as needed.

**What do you dislike about GoodTime?**

Visually, the scheduling process is set up in list view. The tool could definitely be leveled up if a calendar view option was available. Goodtime is also in earlier stages of building out their training feature. This is used to track new interviewers and their training path. This feature could definitely be simplified by integrating tracking to the actual scheduling process and added functions to sort trainees based on path.

**Recommendations to others considering GoodTime:**

This tool works best for larger teams and with reqs that are constantly open. It takes time to set up and create templates so if roles are constantly changing, it may become more of a burden than be helpful for you.

Goodtime allows us to scale our interview process. It allows us to easily track our team member's interview count and better distribute the interview load. It also saves us lots of time, cutting out the back and forth correspondences when we are only sharing available time options to candidates.

As an RC, the best thing GoodTime does for me  is simple - it keeps me from making mistakes when scheduling across various time Zones. It auto populates candidates's information and LinkedIn, so I know I am never missing anything. Plus, it makes recruiting all around faster.

**What do you dislike about GoodTime?**

As an RC, I do not use GoodTime when scheduling for our executive roles. I find that the format of emails candidates receive can look "robotic" and I would rather have more of a personal touch when working with potential leadership.

**Recommendations to others considering GoodTime:**

If you work across multiple times Zones or need an application to help you track the following: shadows, interviewer load, or interviewer availability...then this software might be for you.

I enjoy how I'm able to see all interviews I scheduled in a snapshot. It also shows me when there is a conflict with my interview. I like the multiday function a lot. It makes it easy for me to break panel interviews across days using the same Zoom link.

The multiday function has issues sometimes. It's still being tested so sometimes I run into issues. 
I also don't like the fact that GoodTime doesn't automatically inform candidates of updates to their interviews after it has been scheduled.

Goodtime has helped with easy interview organization. It finds the best interview time within the candidate's availability that works best with the interviewer's schedule. It has also made it easy to manage Google calendar because it syncs perfectly.
