"Exceptional Support and Qualified Candidates with iHire"
What do you like best about iHire?

Working with the team at iHire has been exceptional. Where I struggled with my hiring process on those other job boards, the team at iHire has allowed me to find qualified candidates instead of wasting my budget on applicants who do not hold the credentials we required. Implementation was easy and when we decided to jump into a 1 year agreement it was also very simple. We love getting the daily digest for the saved resume searches. What do you dislike about iHire?

We are very new to the platform but I can see downsides to the specific niche of the medical world we are hiring for. When there just aren't candidates, it's hard to hold that against the job board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Useful Tool, But Outdated Resumes and Search Issues Persist"
What do you like best about iHire?

I'm on the fence. I like that I can source for candidates. Yet, I'm not too pleased with the pool of candidates. I like the idea that I can filter out resumes I already viewed, yet that filter has been rendered usuless, as I still see viewed resumes even when I select do not show. What do you dislike about iHire?

"Robust Hiring Platform with Standout Features"
What do you like best about iHire?

I like iHire because their platform is robust and has several internal tools that are helpful. I appreciate the scoring system that helps identify standout applicants, and I like the ability to communicate with clients via text and email. Their job postings are more standout than our typical website posting. Additionally, the initial setup was extremely easy, and I liked that they set up a Zoom call with a representative who walked me through their enhanced product. What do you like best about iHire?

I really appreciate that the setup process with iHire was straightforward, which, despite my busy schedule, helped streamline the initial use of the platform. The assigned support from Tammy was incredibly helpful; she guided me through the dashboard, assisted with setting up an optometrist ad, and facilitated many steps involved in utilizing iHire effectively. This personalized assistance was pivotal amidst my hectic schedule, ensuring I remained on track with the recruitment process. I am also impressed by the ability of iHire to automatically link with Facebook and LinkedIn, which adds to the ease of sharing and publicizing job ads directly through these popular platforms. Lastly, I value the frequent touchpoints and check-ins facilitated by Tammy, which have been crucial for me and my office manager to stay on top of our tasks despite the business of other commitments and priorities. What do you dislike about iHire?

I find the response rate from candidates frustrating. Despite having an ad out for a doctor, I have not received any direct responses from qualified candidates through iHire. This is disappointingly impacting my recruitment efforts. Additionally, I expected better results considering iHire’s cost. What do you like best about iHire?

I have been using iHire for the last two years to recruit teachers and find it to be a powerful tool for this purpose. Setting up iHire was very easy and straightforward; I managed to do it within five to ten minutes, which speaks volumes about its user-friendly interface. The customer support has been great and contributes positively to the overall experience. iHire has been instrumental in helping me continually recruit teachers by providing me with candidates from all over the world, ensuring they are within our budget, and featuring a great tool for instant communication, either interviewing or reaching out. I particularly find the instant chat feature helpful, which enhances my recruitment process and efficiency. What do you like best about iHire?

I love how easy it is to set up iHire; posting job roles and adding content about our organization was a breeze. I appreciate that even loading job descriptions is straightforward and hassle-free. The exposure iHire provides in the environmental and safety space is invaluable, helping us showcase our roles effectively. What do you like best about iHire?

The abundance of options and programs. I can select what fits my needs specifically each time. If I have several positions to fill, I can select 3 postings, if I have a position that may be harder to fill, i can select to have access to the resume database and search myself. I always have help available through my assigned account case manager and I can adapt my subscription to what my current needs are. There is no fear of paying for something I am not using as the terms are month to month. The website is very user friendly and easy to navigate. What do you dislike about iHire?

I have noticed some of the applicants I am receiving this particular round seem to be AI generated - I had one person say they signed up for a service that does this for them, but the problem was the candidate was over 4 hours away which was not beneficial and discouraging, as they would have been a great fit. What I like best about iHire is how easy it is to use. The platform filters jobs specific to my field, saving me a ton of time and helping me find legitimate, high-quality opportunities that actually fit my experience. What do you like best about iHire?

Great pricing. Great reach. Simple format. Good functionality. Works great for my roles which are remote, but only in certain states. I've received very good candidates (you'll always have people apply who are not qualified for highly technical roles). The results are great.

What do you like best about iHire?

iHire is still our go-to tool for posting job adds and finding candidates. I love the pipelines feature so you can save potential candidates for future positions.
