## iHire Reviews
  ### 1. Makes job searching more focused and less time-consuming

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Praveen A. | Associate Salesforce developer , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about iHire?**

What I like most about iHire is that it doesn’t overwhelm me with random job listings. The platform feels more focused, and the job recommendations I receive are usually relevant to my skills and experience. That saves me a lot of time because I don’t have to sort through hundreds of unrelated postings like I often do on other portals.

I also appreciate how simple and easy the interface is to use. Setting up job alerts and applying to roles is fast, and I can track my applications without much effort. Overall, iHire makes the job search process feel more organized and a lot less stressful.

**What do you dislike about iHire?**

iHire is effective for focused job searching, but it could improve in job volume, integrations, personalization, and overall value compared to larger platforms.

**What problems is iHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iHire solves the problem of inefficient job searching by delivering relevant opportunities, structured tools, and smart recommendations helping me save time, stay organized, and apply more effectively.

**Official Response from Kristina Kelly:**

> Thanks for sharing your feedback! We’re really glad to hear iHire is helping you stay focused and avoid the overload of irrelevant listings. Saving time and keeping your search organized is exactly what we’re aiming for, so it’s great to know the recommendations, alerts, and application tracking are making a difference.

  ### 2. Targeted Job Search with Key Improvements Needed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krish K. | Intern, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about iHire?**

What stands out most about iHire is how focused it is; you actually get relevant job listings without a flood of random ones. I also like the resume-matching and alerts, as they work in the background to bring decent opportunities to you, which saves effort. Compared to bigger platforms, it feels less cluttered and more targeted, which honestly makes the whole job search less exhausting. The resume-matching acts like a filter, saving time and avoiding the 'apply to 100, hear back from 2' cycle. The alerts help you see openings early before they're flooded with applicants, increasing your chances. The platform guides you decently, so you're not stuck figuring things out from scratch.

**What do you dislike about iHire?**

It’s not perfect, and iHire does have a few weak spots. First, the resume-matching isn’t always as “smart” as it sounds. Sometimes it pushes roles that only loosely match your profile, so you still have to filter things yourself. It’s helpful, but not fully reliable. Second, the volume of listings can feel limited compared to bigger platforms. If you’re in a niche or smaller market, you might run out of relevant options pretty quickly. Also, some features feel a bit dated—UI and overall experience could be smoother. It works, but it’s not the most modern or intuitive system out there.

**What problems is iHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use iHire to filter out irrelevant job listings and focus on roles that match my field, saving time and reducing frustration. The job alerts prevent missed opportunities, and its resume-matching aligns my applications with suitable jobs, avoiding the 'apply to 100, hear back from 2' issue.

**Official Response from Kristina Kelly:**

> We appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback, Krish. Glad to hear iHire is helping cut through the noise and make the search feel more manageable. That “apply to 100, hear back from 2” cycle is exactly what we’re trying to reduce, so it’s great to know the alerts and resume-matching are helping on that front. We also appreciate your honest input about your dislikes. We’re actively working on improving, and feedback like yours helps us prioritize what matters most.

  ### 3. Effortless Hiring with Seamless Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joelle C. | VP Talent Acquisition, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2025

**What do you like best about iHire?**

I like that iHire is easy to use and integrates well with our applicant tracking system and SmartRecruiters. I particularly appreciate the ability to build out the company brand, which helps us showcase what makes our practice and company special. The platform's ease of use stands out, as well as the opportunity to personalize hospital branding, which really helps us stand out. The initial setup was super easy, and our account manager, Danielle, was incredible.

**What do you dislike about iHire?**

Nothing really, but I do want to continue to build with iHire and I'm looking to create an API so that we can collect the data into our own data warehouse. The data we get from iHire is great for top-line visibility, but we're looking to get a full funnel data review by ingesting the data alongside our applicant tracking system data.

**What problems is iHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iHire helps us widen the pipeline of applicants by increasing job board visibility, helping us connect with veterinary professionals, and raising awareness of opportunities for both active and passive candidates.

**Official Response from Kristina Kelly:**

> Thank you for the wonderful review, Joelle! We'd like to hear more about your comment on importing more specification to better target and match with qualified candidates so we can best help you meet your hiring goals. Definitely let your Hiring Success Strategist know your thoughts the next time you speak. Happy hiring! ~The iHire Team

  ### 4. iHire: Precision Recruitment with Minor Barriers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sumit P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2026

**What do you like best about iHire?**

I love that iHire replaces the chaos of generic job boards with highly surgical precision. It feels less like a social network and more like a high-performance career tool. The precision is particularly valuable because it treats your technical background as a specialized asset rather than just another data point. The 'Fast-Track' setup is a 'skills-first' onboarding process that prioritizes getting you matched with jobs immediately, which is so much better than filling out long, tedious profile forms.

**What do you dislike about iHire?**

The "Blurry Paywall" on iHire is a bit annoying. It blurs out high-value details on job postings for free-tier users, pushing you to upgrade to a Premium Membership.

**What problems is iHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use iHire because it offers a pre-filtered audience of qualified resumes, not random ones, and it treats my technical background as a specialized asset, making me easier to find in a competitive field.

**Official Response from Kristina Kelly:**

> Amazing review, Sumit! It sounds like you're using iHire both as an employer and candidate, which we love to see. Our AI-powered matching technology is built to connect candidates with the right jobs, and employers with the right candidates. So no matter which side of the hiring equation you're on, we have you covered. Thank you for sharing!

  ### 5. Targeted, Effective Hiring Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca M. | Director of Communications, Primary/Secondary Education, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2024

**What do you like best about iHire?**

My favorite feature that sets iHire apart is our ability to target our needs to the right audience and market. As a special education school, we are able to reach the right candidates with iHire.

**What do you dislike about iHire?**

The biggest drawback to iHire for us is the cost as a non-profit. Fortunately, as a small agency, we are not hiring a large number of people so we can keep the cost manageable.

**What problems is iHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a small agency, we don’t have an HR team, so iHire helps us stay organized and focus our efforts in the right places to find and optimize candidates.

**Official Response from Kristina Kelly:**

> Hi Rebecca! We appreciate your review. Our ability to target the right candidates in the right industries helps our employers hire with utmost efficiency, especially those without a dedicated on-staff HR team. Happy hiring!

  ### 6. Quality Candidates and Outstanding Customer Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sharyn M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about iHire?**

I like the quality of the candidates available on iHire, as it is better than other sites where resumes are supposed to be pre-screened for qualifications but fall short. Having quality candidates in one place saves me time. I also appreciate the great customer service, especially because it's hard to find these days. Being able to speak to a person when I need help makes iHire extremely valuable. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about iHire?**

The only thing that comes to mind is that occasionally I will post an insurance-specific position and it will get routed to another iHire site such as Customer Service which will result in unqualified candidate applications.

**What problems is iHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iHire solves finding industry-specific resumes. I like the quality of candidates and great customer service, which saves time and makes iHire extremely valuable.

**Official Response from Kristina Kelly:**

> Thank you for your amazing review, Sharyn! Our Customer Success team is more than happy to help when you need it, and we appreciate your feedback on quality of candidates.

  ### 7. Old school feel, new school results

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rich L. | Corporate Recruiter, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2024

**What do you like best about iHire?**

While our lives have subscription model fatigue, this is a product that delivers on the promise of the premise! Targeted ads, targeted cities, boosts, and very easy functionality.

**What do you dislike about iHire?**

They have improved and changed things since I started using them. I can always get a person by email or on the phone if needed.

**What problems is iHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Other job boards pricing + results are poor these days.

iHire is back to the old days, where one posting is efficient, the cost is attractive, and the results are very solid.

**Official Response from Kristina Kelly:**

> We love hearing your successes with our platform! Thanks for sharing your feedback, including your thoughts on previewing resumes in alert emails. We will pass that on to our Product team.

  ### 8. Versatile Job Posting with Broad Candidate Reach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brianna H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about iHire?**

I like that iHire has so many different departments which is really handy. I can post jobs on specific ones like iHire Therapy or iHire Nursing, and there are just so many different ones to choose from. It helps me a lot because I am posting for many different positions across various fields, letting me organize and divide things better. Also, the initial setup of iHire was extremely easy.

**What do you dislike about iHire?**

The only issue I've come across is not every application is answering the required questions that I've put on there. Other than that, everything's been great.

**What problems is iHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use iHire to reach a better network of candidates and post multiple jobs at once. It helps me organize postings across different fields like therapy and nursing.

**Official Response from Kristina Kelly:**

> Great feedback, Brianna! Thank you for sharing -- our 57 industry-specific talent communities give employers so many options to zero-in on the right candidates in the right fields.

  ### 9. Industry-Specific Hiring That Saves Time

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lee D. | 부장, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about iHire?**

What I like best about iHire is its industry-specific focus. Unlike general job boards, it filters for qualified candidates within a niche, which significantly reduces the time spent vetting irrelevant resumes.

**What do you dislike about iHire?**

One drawback is the pricing structure. Since it’s a premium, niche service, the subscription costs for both employers and job seekers can be higher than more mainstream platforms

**What problems is iHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The "Resume Overload" Problem: General job boards often lead to hundreds of unqualified applications. iHire solves this by focusing on 57 industry-specific talent communities.

**Official Response from Kristina Kelly:**

> Thank you for the review, Lee! You're exactly right -- our industry focus reduces time spent on irrelevant resumes, and gives you access to just the most qualified candidates. Our subscription-based model intends to provide maximum flexibility with your job postings, allowing you to swap ads in and out as needed and giving you the best value for your dollar. We look forward to continuing to help you meet your hiring goals. ~The iHire Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lynn Renee R. | Dean, Learning Pathways, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about iHire?**

I have used the iHire Student Game Plan for several years in a “World of Work” course. I have been pleased with the student outcomes and feedback. This course was designed to help students develop employability skills, and using the Student Game Plan aligns well with the course objectives. I highly recommend this platform. Below are some of the student comments at the end of the course.
•	“The class provided valuable guidance on interviewing and networking and helped me understand how the hiring process works.”
•	“I learned how to use LinkedIn and social media professionally—skills I did not have before.”
•	“This course was essential in helping me prepare for graduation and the transition into the workforce.”
•	“Course assignments and mock interviews strengthened my resume, improved my interview skills, and increased my confidence.”

**What do you dislike about iHire?**

I had no problems using iHire. The cost was a value for my students.

**What problems is iHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a great tool to help students prepare for the workplace.

**Official Response from Kristina Kelly:**

> Wow, thank you for sharing such a detailed review! We are happy our Student Game Plan (SGP) is delivering on its promises and providing your students with valuable real-world workplace advice. Thanks, Lynn!

  ### 11. Driving Precision in Talent Acquisition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yolande R. | Human Resources Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about iHire?**

iHire is built around industry-specific talent communities (e.g., dental, healthcare that means we are not wading through thousands of irrelevant applicants.

**What do you dislike about iHire?**

Candidate pools can be too small, especially in tight labor markets
Hard-to-fill roles (e.g., hygienists, experienced assistants) may still lack pipeline depth.

**What problems is iHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Essentially solving a precision hiring problem—and for a multi-site, clinical-heavy organization like ours, has very tangible operational and financial benefits.

**Official Response from Kristina Kelly:**

> We are always more than happy to help you solve your precision hiring problem with our industry-specific approach and talent pools of qualified candidates. Thank you for leaving us a review!

  ### 12. Targeted Hiring Campaigns That Make Hard-to-Fill Clinical Roles Easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yolande R. | Corporate-to-Classroom Career Changer | Aspiring ESL Teacher , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about iHire?**

Their assistance to launch targeted hiring campaigns for 'hard to fill' clinical roles; and helps to tailor our recruitment strategy that aligns with our HR budget

**What do you dislike about iHire?**

Not ideal for 'need to fill' immediate roles.

**What problems is iHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving us hireable candidates that are pre-qualified, industry-aligned talent
Licensed professionals (hygienists, assistants, lab techs); and
Candidates who understand dental workflows

**Official Response from Kristina Kelly:**

> Thank you for the review, Yolande! So many employers say the same -- we're able to help hire for critical, hard-to-fill roles in specific industries (like Dental). We also connect employers with candidates for those need-to-fill, immediate roles, too, and are happy to chat more about how we can be of assistance there. ### 13. Intuitive IHire Experience with Helpful Applicant Scoring

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about iHire?**

I enjoy the user experience as someone that posts on IHire. It is very intuitive and easy to use. I like that there is a score that is given to each applicant as well as a summary of their resume. This is helpful in narrowing down a good applicant.

**What do you dislike about iHire?**

There are a few things I dislike about IHire, mainly around language awareness. I wish there were a feature to filter applicants by a certain level of language comprehension, although it’s possible I’m just not using the platform correctly or haven’t found that option yet.

**What problems is iHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IHire is helping my find the right people for the jobs that I have posted. It has benefitted me in saving time and money getting the right qualifications for the jobs that I am posting.

**Official Response from Kristina Kelly:**

> We are happy to help you find the right people for your positions with our intuitive and easy-to-use platform. We appreciate your suggestions on language comprehension filters - you are more than welcome to reach out to our team to provide any further insights that may assist us in improving our platform. Happy hiring!

  ### 14. Cost-Effective and Easy-to-Use Recruiting Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maggie J. | Principal

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about iHire?**

I appreciate iHire's reasonable monthly cost for posting open positions, as it is more cost-effective than pay-per-click job boards. I find the platform easy to use and helpful for reviewing applications. The customer service is excellent, and it's great that I can actually speak with a person. I also found the initial setup to be very easy.

**What do you dislike about iHire?**

I find that applicants don't seem to read the job requirements or will not be truthful in their answers to screening questions, but that can happen with any job posting site.

**What problems is iHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iHire's monthly cost for posting positions is more cost-effective than pay-per-click job boards. It's easy to use and review applications, and their excellent customer service allows me to actually speak with a person.

**Official Response from Kristina Kelly:**

> Hi Maggie - Thank you for sharing your feedback on our cost-effective, easy-to-use platform and personalized customer support. We are happy to help you continue to meet your hiring goals.

  ### 15. Exceptional Support and Qualified Candidates with iHire

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary M. | Human Resources Generalist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about iHire?**

Working with the team at iHire has been exceptional. Where I struggled with my hiring process on those other job boards, the team at iHire has allowed me to find qualified candidates instead of wasting my budget on applicants who do not hold the credentials we required. Implementation was easy and when we decided to jump into a 1 year agreement it was also very simple. We love getting the daily digest for the saved resume searches.

**What do you dislike about iHire?**

We are very new to the platform but I can see downsides to the specific niche of the medical world we are hiring for. When there just aren't candidates, it's hard to hold that against the job board.

**What problems is iHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Other job boards allow anyone to apply for our positions, which wastes budget. IHire has vetted these candidates and the credentials they have.

**Official Response from Kristina Kelly:**

> That's amazing to hear, Mary! You're exactly right - our platform's industry focus cuts out the "noise" of unqualified candidates that you may attract on general job boards. We appreciate you sharing your review and look forward to continue helping you meet your hiring goals.

  ### 16. High Quality Candidates for Manufacturers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about iHire?**

The fact that it is focused on the manufacturing arena saves us a lot of time searching for specialists on other sites. Also, the AI rating is very helpful and spot on.

**What do you dislike about iHire?**

Some of the ways to find things could be simplified slightly (reduce click-rate). Also, the site tends to load slower than others.

**What problems is iHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The fact that the people who submit their resumes are relevant to our business - manufacturing. They understand the industry lingo and definitions for jobs are understandable. I-Hire having all of them in one place to review is saving us a lot of time. We also like the fact that it's a pay as you go. We have lulls in our hiring, so buying a yearly subscription to (for example) LinkedIn is expensive.

**Official Response from Kristina Kelly:**

> Thank you for your review! Our industry-specific talent communities, like iHireManufacturing, are designed to bring you the most relevant candidates, and we are happy to hear they are doing just that. Happy hiring!

  ### 17. Effortless Recruiting with Cross-Posting Power

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about iHire?**

I really like the cross postings feature in iHire because it allows me to post a job in one category, and then the AI function recognizes keywords to post it into additional categories, which gives my posting more visibility. My team and I have positive initial impressions and are very happy with the tool and its searching capabilities. The initial setup was very easy as well.

**What do you dislike about iHire?**

No comment at this time

**What problems is iHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iHire simplifies recruiting with cross-posting for broader job visibility and strong search capabilities.

**Official Response from Kristina Kelly:**

> Thank you, Chris! We love the phrase, "cross-posting power" -- our platform ensures your jobs are posted to the most relevant communities to increase your chance of finding the right candidates. Happy hiring!

  ### 18. Useful Tool, But Outdated Resumes and Search Issues Persist

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dionica V. | Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about iHire?**

I'm on the fence. I like that I can source for candidates. Yet, I'm not too pleased with the pool of candidates. I like the idea that I can filter out resumes I already viewed, yet that filter has been rendered usuless, as I still see viewed resumes even when I select do not show.

**What do you dislike about iHire?**

Candidates I viewed still show up in my search when I select not to show. Large number of outdated resumes (I shared this with my rep several times). Lack of fresh candidates.

**What problems is iHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have brought it to my reps attention several times that I still see reviewed resumes and I was assured it would be rectified. It's been several months and the problem still persists.

**Official Response from Kristina Kelly:**

> Hi Dionica- Thank you for sharing your feedback. I've passed along your concerns to your Hiring Success Strategist so we can continue working with you to optimize your search filters and ensure you're finding the best possible candidates.

  ### 19. Robust Hiring Platform with Standout Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pam T. | Human Resources Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about iHire?**

I like iHire because their platform is robust and has several internal tools that are helpful. I appreciate the scoring system that helps identify standout applicants, and I like the ability to communicate with clients via text and email. Their job postings are more standout than our typical website posting. Additionally, the initial setup was extremely easy, and I liked that they set up a Zoom call with a representative who walked me through their enhanced product.

**What do you dislike about iHire?**

There was nothing that I dislike about their product.

**What problems is iHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use iHire to find highly qualified candidates with specific skills. Their platform is robust, and they have helpful internal tools like a scoring system to identify standout applicants. iHire enhances communication via text and email, and their job postings are more noticeable.

**Official Response from Kristina Kelly:**

> Thank you for the review, Pam! We love hearing that you appreciate our Applicant iScore, candidate messaging tools, and high-touch customer support. We hope to continue working with you to meet your hiring goals. ~The iHire Team

  ### 20. Good Platform with Potential, Needs More Qualified Candidates

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diana D.

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about iHire?**

I really appreciate that the setup process with iHire was straightforward, which, despite my busy schedule, helped streamline the initial use of the platform. The assigned support from Tammy was incredibly helpful; she guided me through the dashboard, assisted with setting up an optometrist ad, and facilitated many steps involved in utilizing iHire effectively. This personalized assistance was pivotal amidst my hectic schedule, ensuring I remained on track with the recruitment process. I am also impressed by the ability of iHire to automatically link with Facebook and LinkedIn, which adds to the ease of sharing and publicizing job ads directly through these popular platforms. Lastly, I value the frequent touchpoints and check-ins facilitated by Tammy, which have been crucial for me and my office manager to stay on top of our tasks despite the business of other commitments and priorities.

**What do you dislike about iHire?**

I find the response rate from candidates frustrating. Despite having an ad out for a doctor, I have not received any direct responses from qualified candidates through iHire. This is disappointingly impacting my recruitment efforts. Additionally, I expected better results considering iHire’s cost. I am also concerned that the candidates we've managed to speak with found us through word-of-mouth rather than through the platform itself.

**What problems is iHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iHire helps streamline the recruitment process, allowing me to post ads and view candidate resumes, though I wish for more candidate responses.

**Official Response from Kristina Kelly:**

> Thank you for your detailed feedback, Diana! It's always great to hear how helpful our Hiring Success Strategists have been when setting up and optimizing your account. We understand your frustration with the lack of candidates, especially for hard-to-fill roles like doctors and other healthcare positions. It's a tough hiring environment right now, but we are optimistic that we can work with you to tap into the right talent pools. Give us a shout if you need anything in the meantime!

I have been using iHire for the last two years to recruit teachers and find it to be a powerful tool for this purpose. Setting up iHire was very easy and straightforward; I managed to do it within five to ten minutes, which speaks volumes about its user-friendly interface. The customer support has been great and contributes positively to the overall experience. iHire has been instrumental in helping me continually recruit teachers by providing me with candidates from all over the world, ensuring they are within our budget, and featuring a great tool for instant communication, either interviewing or reaching out. I particularly find the instant chat feature helpful, which enhances my recruitment process and efficiency. Another appealing aspect of iHire is its cost-effectiveness, being pretty inexpensive, which makes the service accessible without compromising my budget.

**What do you dislike about iHire?**

No complaints

**What problems is iHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use iHire to consistently recruit teachers, accessing candidates globally and within budget, with instant communication tools enhancing the recruitment process.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer P. | Founder: Recruiting Consultant / Human Resources / Talent Acquisition / Executive Search

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about iHire?**

I love how easy it is to set up iHire; posting job roles and adding content about our organization was a breeze. I appreciate that even loading job descriptions is straightforward and hassle-free. The exposure iHire provides in the environmental and safety space is invaluable, helping us showcase our roles effectively. This has translated into stronger talent acquisition and increased brand awareness, showing potential candidates that we are hiring. I find the functionality for job posting and resume review exceedingly useful and intuitive, making these crucial tasks effortless. If faced with job postings in tricky remote locations, I would definitely use iHire again due to its reliability and effectiveness. Additionally, the seamless integration with Workday enhances our hiring process fluidly. I highly recommend iHire and would rate it a perfect ten for its excellent service.

**What do you dislike about iHire?**

NA

**What problems is iHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use iHire to showcase our environmental and safety roles, which strengthens our talent pool and boosts brand awareness, especially in tricky remote locations.

  ### 23. HR Manager

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tracy S. | HR Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2025

**What do you like best about iHire?**

The abundance of options and programs. I can select what fits my needs specifically each time. If I have several positions to fill, I can select 3 postings, if I have a position that may be harder to fill, i can select to have access to the resume database and search myself. I always have help available through my assigned account case manager and I can adapt my subscription to what my current needs are. There is no fear of paying for something I am not using as the terms are month to month. The website is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I have used several different packages and each have been suited for what i need at the time.

**What do you dislike about iHire?**

I have noticed some of the applicants I am receiving this particular round seem to be AI generated - I had one person say they signed up for a service that does this for them, but the problem was the candidate was over 4 hours away which was not beneficial and discouraging, as they would have been a great fit.

**What problems is iHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Larger audience more suited to the specifics of the role. Its set to be able to select specific fields that the role may be best suited in. For example, if Im seeking an accounting manager versus a logistics team member, i can customize where to post the position.

**Official Response from Kristina Kelly:**

> Thank you for your review, Tracy! Our 57 industry-specific talent communities and flexible job posting solutions make it easy for employers like you to completely customize their experience. We'd be interested to hear which candidates seem to be AI-generated -- feel free to reach out to your Hiring Success Strategist with more details.

  ### 24. Effortless Job Search Tailored to My Field

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** margie g. | Director of Hygiene, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about iHire?**

What I like best about iHire is how easy it is to use. The platform filters jobs specific to my field, saving me a ton of time and helping me find legitimate, high-quality opportunities that actually fit my experience. It feels like they understand professionals in my industry better than the big job boards.

**What do you dislike about iHire?**

The only thing I dislike about iHire is that I sometimes receive job alerts that don’t completely match my specific qualifications or desired location. It would be great if the filtering could be a little more precise.

**What problems is iHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iHire helps narrow down opportunities that are specific to my profession. Instead of scrolling through hundreds of unrelated jobs on general job boards, I can focus on positions that actually fit my dental and healthcare background. It saves time, reduces frustration, and connects me with employers who are truly looking for someone with my skill set.

**Official Response from Kristina Kelly:**

> HI Margie - Thanks for sharing your feedback! We love to hear from career-driven professionals who are finding our industry focus beneficial in their search for the right opportunities. If you'd like some help with your filter settings, you are always welcome to reach out to our Customer Success team at CustomerSuccess@iHire.com.

**Reviewed by:** Marilynn M. | Human Resources Consultant

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about iHire?**

I like iHire's rejection letter the best because it's kind and hopeful while delivering unwelcome news. I use the auto-reject feature the most, as it doesn't keep candidates guessing about their progress. Additionally, I found the initial setup of iHire to be very easy.

**What do you dislike about iHire?**

I wish it was more affordable for a non-profit - or had a discount for non-profits.

**What problems is iHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use iHire for finding the right candidates and hiring top talent.

**Official Response from Kristina Kelly:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful review, Marilynn! Our candidate messaging tools are a great way to keep applicants informed about your hiring process and eliminate any "ghosting," so kudos to you for using them. We will also pass along your suggestion on the discount to our broader team. Thanks again!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about iHire?**

You can rate applicants, create a pipeline, or disqualify candidates.

**What do you dislike about iHire?**

You still have to review candidates that are wildly unqualified or overqualified.

**What problems is iHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iHire provides a great pool of candidates that I do not see on other services. It is a great addition to other job boards and has led to at least 1 hire.

**Official Response from Kristina Kelly:**

> Thanks for sharing your feedback! We’re glad to hear you’ve found our candidate management tools helpful and that our platform has helped you attract unique talent. We appreciate your input on candidate filtering — we’re continually working to improve match quality to make your hiring process even more efficient, but unqualified candidates might still slip through the cracks if they don't fully read the job description or are trying to make a major career change. Happy hiring!

  ### 28. Ease of Use, Needs More Candidates

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Crystal P.

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about iHire?**

I like the ease of use of iHire, which makes it simple to navigate. The initial setup was very easy, which was a pleasant surprise.

**What do you dislike about iHire?**

I dislike the quantity of candidates being received. We only receive maybe 1-4 candidates per week.

**What problems is iHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use iHire for hiring sales reps, and it helps locate qualified candidates.

**Official Response from Kristina Kelly:**

> Hi Crystal - Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! If you'd like additional assistance trying to increase candidate volume, we are happy to help. Feel free to reach out to your Hiring Success Specialist to learn more.

  ### 29. Best Hiring Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan R. | Chief Executive Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2024

**What do you like best about iHire?**

iHire is still our go-to tool for posting job adds and finding candidates. I love the pipelines feature so you can save potential candidates for future positions. I also really like the AI summary it gives at the top of each application for a quick overview before deep diving the full resume.

**What do you dislike about iHire?**

On certain job adds we have struggled to find quality candidates. I wouldn't say this is just an iHire issue, as some of our positions are very niche and the market for them is small.

**What problems is iHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps us find more qualified candidates quicker.

**Official Response from Kristina Kelly:**

> Thank you, Megan! We're happy to hear how helpful our platform and our industry focus have been in your hiring initiatives. Hope to continue working with you!

  ### 30. Great tool for multiple industries

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Chemicals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about iHire?**

What I like most and is helpful are all of the industries you get with iHire.

**What do you dislike about iHire?**

Sourcing tool doesn't pull qualified candidates they mostly pull "willing to relocate". Applicant pool isn't the best.

**What problems is iHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are working with our budget restrictions which I really appreciate.

**Official Response from Kristina Kelly:**

> We appreciate your review! We'd like to work with you to refine your search filters and settings to ensure your getting the most qualified candidates, versus those who are simply willing to relocate. Feel free to connect with our team at CustomerSuccess@iHire.com. Happy hiring!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about iHire?**

I appreciate the targeted audience and clear communications regarding our recruitments.

**What do you dislike about iHire?**

While it can be helpful to have the applicants in the iHire system, our preference is that they apply directly through our link, so having to communicate that to applicants directly can feel like double work.

**What problems is iHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reaching targeted audiences. Specifically those in the Optometry community.

**Official Response from Kristina Kelly:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear that our Optometry-specific audience and clear communication have made your recruitment process easier. **Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2025

**What do you like best about iHire?**

We've been very satisfied with iHire's resume databases. It's been a great resource for finding quality candidates who are actively seeking new opportunities. I especially appreciate the steady stream of new candidates and the ease of connecting with people who are ready to work. We've already conducted several phone screens, and we're optimistic that many of them will turn into successful hires. Customer service has been great, too, our rep was fabulous and the set up was SO easy!

**What do you dislike about iHire?**

Nothing yet! We have not encountered any issues.

**What problems is iHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for fresh talent for some of our hard to fill roles. We wanted to try something that was not as mainstream as the other big tech products like Indeed and ZipRecruiter.

**Official Response from Kristina Kelly:**

> Thank you for leaving us a review! You're exactly right - employers tend to find fresh talent on iHire that they won't find on general job boards. We hope to continue working with you!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024

**What do you like best about iHire?**

Their industry-specific communities make it easier to target our job ads at the right people. And our job ads receive a lot of good applicants.

**What do you dislike about iHire?**

Their applicant details page requires an extra click and a few seconds of waiting before I can see the applicant's resume, which makes it take longer to review a large number of candidates.

iHire consistently produces a good number of applicants for our job ads in many different technical, operational, and sales roles.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

**What do you like best about iHire?**

iHire’s targeted job boards consistently attract quality candidates specific to our industry. The interface is user-friendly, and posting jobs is quick and seamless. We appreciate the ability to reach the right talent without wasting time or resources. The most helpful aspect of iHire is its effectiveness in connecting us with candidates who are genuinely qualified and interested in our roles. The platform’s niche-focused approach helps us avoid sifting through irrelevant applications. It saves time, streamlines our hiring process, and ultimately helps us make better hires faster.

**What do you dislike about iHire?**

**Reviewed by:** Haley W. | Talent Acquisition Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2024

**What do you like best about iHire?**

I used iHire to recruit for quite a niche and challenging-to-fill position. The product itself is very user-friendly and easy to use. It was very simple and quick to create an account, and get started! With iHire's help, I was able to attract quite a few candidates that fit the role, that I wasn't able to obtain on other job boards. If I had any questions, customer support was easily accessible and assisted me everywhere possible.

**What do you dislike about iHire?**

There wasn't anything that I disliked about iHire! Overall, it was a 10/10 experience and I'd recommend to other TA specialists everywhere.

  ### 50. Different experience from other platforms

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ana T. | Director of Recruiting, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2024

**What do you like best about iHire?**

What I like best about IHire the customer service is absolutely great, the paltform wants to know more about the company culture, asking about pictures, testemonials and all this positive interactions between company and employees. Specially now that we are investing a lot on our culture. Also you can post your position on specific community, for instance, LPN position you can select to go to ihirenurse field and post the position there or browse.

**What do you dislike about iHire?**

I don't want to say dislike, but maybe for my company didn't work the best, it seems we have a lot of viewers, which is great, however didn't have many applicants. Some positions I have open for about 3/4 months and only 30 resumes. Is not a lot if you compare with the other platforms.

**What problems is iHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IHire is helping me to fill the positions I have open. I have to open the position and the website will work to send me the applications.

**Official Response from Kristina Kelly:**

> Thanks for leaving us a review, Ana! We like hearing that you're getting value out of our company profiles that allow you to showcase your work culture. As for applicant volume, our quality over quantity approach does sometimes draw in fewer candidates than other platforms, those we do help you attract tend to be more qualified and relevant.
