Their customer service is fantastic: very responsive, quick to help, and always a great conversation. The UI/UX is easy to use. I barely had to train my hiring managers; it truly feels plug-and-play and was simple to set up alongside a system like Greenhouse Recruiting. It also integrates seamlessly with Greenhouse. I was able to setup all of my hiring managers in 1 training session. (They love it too!) I’ve never had any performance issues, either—it consistently works as expected, and is compliant with messaging laws. Pricing is extremely fair. I’ve worked with other vendors who charged double without offering as much functionality. They also continue to improve the system with updates like stage-based automations, which have helped my hiring team retain new applicants. Keeyora recently introduced stage-based automations, which have been extremely helpful. Upon entering a stage, Keeyora triggers a message to the candidate. I have used this to let candidates know we are reviewing their applications, they are moving to the next stage, or what tasks they have to di (IE - Skills Test). It has freed up my time, that was previously spent manually sending these messages. **What do you dislike about Keeyora?** I have nothing negative to say about Keeyora; all of my experiences have been extremely positive. **What problems is Keeyora solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeyora helps bridge the communication gap between applicants and my hiring team. Greenhouse ATS doesn’t have a native texting feature, and in today’s world, text messaging is essential for keeping candidates informed. It lets us confirm we’ve received their profiles, update them when we’re waiting on scheduling, and generally stay in touch without delays. Since implementing Keeyora, we’ve seen response rates jump through the roof. ### 2. The interface functions in a way that supports a highly efficient process and helps my team provide exceptional service and timely communication to our candidates. The pricing is very affordable for the amount of features that the software provides. **What do you dislike about Keeyora?** I honestly have not found any downsides to Keeyora! **What problems is Keeyora solving and how is that benefiting you?** When we originally implemented Keeyora we had a horrible ATS with no texting capability. I found RecTxt through online searches and was highly impressed with the features, but mostly, that it was built by recruiters, for recruiters! Brian and his team provided great support to get us up and running and the process was very easy. Immediately upon implementation, we began to see drastic improvements in our ability to connect with top talent faster, which has truly impacted our workflow and our ability to fill jobs quickly. Over the last couple of years, the team at Keeyora has added numerous upgrades to the functionality, really enhancing the efficiency of the tool. Despite upgrading to a greatly improved ATS system, we have no plans of leaving Keeyora because they listen to their customers, continue to innovate and they truly care about their customer's experience. That's a rare find! Everyone on my team loves Keeyora! ### 3.
