**What do you like best about SterlingNOW?**

It is very easy to use. You can enter the candiate information or you can send them an email and they can enter the information themselves which allows for getting the information completed as quickly as possible.

**What do you dislike about SterlingNOW?**

Sometimes turnaround times take longer than we would like. For example right now we have a background that is waiting on coming back and we have been waiting over a week. They do not notify you if there is any delay, you have to log into the sytem to find out.

**What problems is SterlingNOW solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing us to check background of prospective employees to ensure a safe working environment for every employee and our customers.

**What do you like best about SterlingNOW?**

The step-by-step, easy access and follow through with the product. I use it often as a technical recruiter upon a candidate accepting an offer with our company.

**What do you dislike about SterlingNOW?**

I do not like that the site does not keep my login information. Given how often I use it, having a feature like that would make it much easier to use for me and my colleagues.

**What problems is SterlingNOW solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that SterlingNOW is solving is completing comprehensive background checks for our company. This benefits me because in my line of work, this needs to be done.
