We develop and deploy connectors to our platform (think of it as a hub) and then through this hub vendors connect to other vendors without long projects and expensive custom efforts. It’s a highly efficient way to integrate without burdening development teams or IT departments. All of our connectors are standardized, highly configurable and reusable. Joynd is known for our caring service, and deep knowledge of HR applications and HR business processes - the bulk of our business comes from vendor referrals! I also liked the portal with the documentation of our full integration. **What do you dislike about Joynd?** It would have been helpful to have a section for test scenarios in the portal. We got confused a few times on what we were testing (Greenhouse vs Dayforce) and had to ask for clarification a few times. A template with a list of things to test along with an explanation would have been helpful. Not a criticism of Joynd but we were building our Greenhouse <> Dayforce integration at the same time we were going live with Dayforce. That presented a number of resource challenges and isn't something I would recommend to other clients. We had to delay our Joynd project for about a month so that we could focus on our Dayforce implementation. We were then able to pick our Joynd project back up and finish it. **What problems is Joynd solving and how is that benefiting you?** Joynd is a bridge between our Greenhouse talent acquisition software and our Dayforce HR/Payroll software. This allows us to automatically send new hires from Greenhouse to Dayforce and launch onboarding without manual intervention. ### 2. I had a complex integration problem between Workday and another company that Joynd was helping me connect with. It requred required multiple steps and interactions with one of Joynd's customer service reps, Ahmed. He was always kind, helpful, prompt, and knowledgeable in his responses. He explained the process and regularly responded to my many emails, requests for meetings, and follow-ups. Ahmed is one of the best vendor representatives that I have ever worked with and is a testament of great customer service of Joynd. He demonstrated a high level of professionalism, competence, and empathy throughout the entire process. He not only solved my problem, but also made me feel valued and respected as a customer. Because of Ahmed's service, I have a very positive impression of Joynd and its product. I am more likely to recommend the Joynd services to others and to continue using it for my business needs.
