I have also enjoyed working with the project managers. Everyone is always willing to help and provide information to make good business decisions. **What do you dislike about Flexspring?** The ticketing system can be a bit slow sometimes but as soon as I email our rep, things are handled quickly. **What problems is Flexspring solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving integration issues as well as development of integrations and enhancements of current integrations. ### 2. They brought a high level of competency to the project. They understood our workflows. Understood the data elements that we would need to bring over. They led us through the process of data integration. It was semi-painless and great implementation. Data integration has made us more effective. We can focus on our hiring needs, instead of doing manual data entry. We’re better at vetting candidates and can hire people at a faster rate. **What do you dislike about Flexspring?** Overall working with Modulus Data on our implementation was reality painless. Very few times did we have to request project updates or status on open items. Time to resolution was acceptable. **What problems is Flexspring solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had too many silos and HR systems. So, our main goal with data integration was centralizing, to bring all our employee data into one portal. One access point to see the globe ### 3.
