However, there are occasions when a more detailed explanation of the root cause and reasons behind the issues would be appreciated. At times, communication can be lacking and response times may be delayed, but overall, the support process and assistance provided have been positive. **What do you dislike about Flexspring?** Occasionally, incorrect or outdated information is sent to our payroll system, which means we have to submit a ticket to get it fixed. This problem can happen more than once, leading us to submit several tickets for the same recurring issue. However, each time we submit a ticket, the issue is resolved and the correct information is transferred. **What problems is Flexspring solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are current tickets for multiple issues being assisted with . ### 2. She acknowledges our issues, empathizes with our challenges & pain, and most importantly, responds by providing impetus to the development team to fix any misssing or incorrect payroll postings from the feeds from ADP to NetSuite. **What do you dislike about Flexspring?** Sometimes the Flexspring developers are not always as responsive to our requests and occassionally do not always make the exact corrections that we ask for. **What problems is Flexspring solving and how is that benefiting you?** Flexspring created a connection between ADP and NetSuite that posts our biweekly payrolls into Netsuite. ### 7. When comparing deliverables with competitors, they also offered and did more in our Greenhouse x Workday integration than the rest of them. They also provide non-standard integrations if needed for security compliance. **What do you dislike about Flexspring?** The first Product Manager (PM) they assigned us for our integration lacked business acumen and communication skills, which is critical for big projects like this and essential for project management. We complained and were thankfully reassigned to a fantastic senior PM who was phenomenal in all the areas the previous PM lacked (whom we wish the best in their future growth) and more. **What problems is Flexspring solving and how is that benefiting you?** The following business processes were automated for our company after Modulus Data created and deployed our Greenhouse x Workday integration: - Hiring Employees into Workday from Greenhouse - Uploading Greenhouse documents (including offer packets) into Workday for new hires - Creating, updating, and deleting Greenhouse user accounts for new/current hires and terminations - Creating Greenhouse Jobs from Open Positions in Workday ### 11. She was thorough, responsive, dedicated, etc. If all their onboarding managers are like her then they have an outstanding crew! **What do you dislike about Flexspring?** The turnkey integration doesn't quite do all we would like it to do but it gets quite a bit more expensive to add any customization so the shortcomings are something we're willing to deal with as a company. **What problems is Flexspring solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use two HRIS for different things. Modulus is, for the most part, enabling us to only have to maintain one HRIS while it pushes the pertinent information to our other HRIS for payroll and other functions. ### 12. Modulus also has an incredibly responsive support team that will work tirelessly to bring issues to resolution and keeps an empathetic mind when dealing with clients. **What do you dislike about Flexspring?** Modulus has a very active implementation and support team but on occasion has had issues resolving the root causes of issues. There have been issues where we have had to submit several tickets to identify and resolve root issues only to have them crop up again down the road. **What problems is Flexspring solving and how is that benefiting you?** Modulus allows us to integrate with third parties that we would have otherwise had to invest a lot of internal resources and development work into. With Modulus it frees up our resources to work on other projects and provide more overall value to our clients. ### 13. They responded fairly quickly whenever we had questions or issues with the integration. **What do you dislike about Flexspring?** I think there were some misunderstandings and miscommunication of what we expected with the custom integration and what they thought they were doing. I think the sales rep overpromised their capability or he didn't understand what we wanted. We worked it out in the end and made it work, but the integration was not as robust as we thought it would be. The integration limitations weren't necessarily their fault - our payroll provider limits the information that can be transferred, but I do feel their sales rep should have been more knowledgeable or forthcoming about their capabilities and limitations. **Recommendations to others considering Flexspring:** Be extra clear about what your needs are with the sales rep. Walk through it step-by-step to ensure it is something they can do. I would also ask to speak with a technical resource that understands the work. **What problems is Flexspring solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to build a custom integration between our ATS and our payroll system to save time on doing data entry. We built a bi-directional integration to send new hire information from the ATS to the payroll system and then the payroll system would send some employee updates/changes back to the ATS since we also used the ATS for Performance/Goals. We needed to make sure fields such as Job Title, Department, Manager, etc were always up-to-date.
