I was disappointed to find that when I went to look art prior month's pay, it still displayed the amount of hours of the current month. That was initially confusing. As I stated before, what bothers me the most is that i am unable to label each line in some way. I would be delighted if I were able to put two initials to designate with whom I had spent that hour. I think the most helpful part of UKG ready is easily managing to clock in and out from my laptop every day. I also think that they make the process of requesting time off pretty smooth and easy with their calendar UI. What do you dislike about UKG Ready? I have not yet had any real negative experiences with UKG ready yet. I think the only thing that I've had an issue with was trying to use the mobile app, as I could not find my workplace on the app and therefore could not get it running. I also want to add that I love the option to create custom forms which can also populate specified data fields. I especially like this feature for collecting information from applicants and new hires. Overall, I love UKG Ready. It's taking me a while to learn each module and, the more I learn, the more I appreciate the functions and this powerful system. I greatly appreciate the multiple customization options that allow us to truly reflect our culture via branding, language, mirror internal processes, and the progressive or unique access/permission options. I think one of my favorite features is the benefits enrollment with direct carrier integration. The EDI project lead was incredible and so supportive. My last kudos go to the customer support team. Every case submitted was handled timely, with particular attention to our unique setup. When a certain aspect of a case was a bit more complex, our Krew Manager ensured it was resolved expertly. Please don't let my overall rating sway you away from UKG Ready. Once you get through the implementation, and gain more experience with your particular setup, you will be glad you selected UKG Ready. Other than the length and complexity of the implementation, and perhaps the difficulty of scheduling live trainings that would align with the module being built, I might suggest that the implementation consultants take a little more care in meeting the client at their point of need. Towards the end of our implementation timeline, we were frequently asked to sign off on the completion of a module even if we had not completed the testing or the training to appropriately understand if our build was correct. What I like most about UKG Ready for GRM is that it gives us one system to manage our people from hire to retirement. It allows HR to become more proactive, gives managers better visibility and accountability, and gives employees greater access to their own information. What I dislike most about UKG Ready Scheduling for GRM is that our ready-mix operation is highly dynamic. Employee schedules can change throughout the day due to customer orders, weather, jobsite delays, call-ins, equipment issues, and changing production demands. UKG works well for structured workforce scheduling, but it can feel cumbersome when we need to make frequent last-minute changes. I would like to see a more intuitive scheduling interface, easier real-time adjustments, stronger mobile functionality, and better integration between employee scheduling and our transportation/dispatch operations. UKG Ready is helping GRM address several challenges that come with managing a growing workforce and a complex field operation. Before implementing UKG, many HR processes depended on manual administration across multiple systems, along with spreadsheets, paperwork, and significant follow-up from both HR and management. With UKG Ready, we’re able to centralize employee information and streamline payroll and timekeeping. It has also improved onboarding, expanded employee self-service, helped us track training and compliance requirements, and given managers clearer visibility into workforce information. The biggest benefit for GRM has been increased efficiency and accountability. Employees have better access to their own information, managers can more easily see what’s happening within their teams, and HR spends less time gathering and maintaining information manually. That shift allows HR to focus more on employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, and supporting the business. UKG Ready is also providing GRM with a more consistent and scalable HR infrastructure. As we continue to grow, we now have a system that supports standardizing processes, improving data accuracy, monitoring compliance, and making better decisions based on actual workforce data. Overall, UKG Ready is helping GRM move from a primarily administrative HR approach to one that is more organized, efficient, and data-driven in how we manage our people. The best aspect of the program is its ability to hold onto your login information, and even store information from when you are offline. The tab system is intuitive and makes it easy to manage people you supervise, it integrates easily into physical devices with either an app, website, or proprietary devices. The system performs quickly, only sometimes taking longer than normal due to latency. It makes onboarding easy with a few quick settings and in the case of my organization IT is able to automate that process. I do not know about pricing from my position. What stands out most is how reliable it is for managing timekeeping and employee data in one place. Once the workflows are set up correctly, it runs pretty smoothly and gives you a consistent process for tracking hours, approvals, and employee records. I also like the visibility it provides. Being able to see employee data, time entries, and errors in one system makes it easier to catch issues early and keep things accurate for payroll. Another big plus is the configurability. You can tailor workflows and settings to match how your organization operates, which is huge when you’re dealing with different clients or processes. What do you dislike about UKG Ready? Honestly, it can feel a little clunky at times. Some things that should be simple take more steps than you’d expect, and it’s not always super intuitive for new users. Troubleshooting is probably the biggest pain point. When something breaks or doesn’t sync right, it’s not always obvious where the issue is, so you end up spending extra time digging or reaching out to support. Reporting can also be a bit of a hassle. The data is there, but pulling it in a clean, easy way isn’t always straightforward. What problems is UKG Ready solving and how is that benefiting you? UKG Ready helps centralize timekeeping and employee data so we’re not bouncing between multiple systems to track hours, approvals, and employee info. That alone cuts down on a lot of confusion and manual work. It also helps standardize processes. Having one system for time entry and approvals makes it easier to keep things consistent across teams and locations, which is huge for payroll accuracy. From a support side, it gives better visibility into what’s going on. We can see time entries, catch issues earlier, and fix things before they turn into bigger problems on payroll. I would recommend UKG Ready for any business doing time sheets and payroll. It is simply the most accurate and reliable. I like the very easy to navigate interfaces for both staff and admin, ensuring that it can consistently and confidently record all data accurately. I appreciate the ease of using UKG Ready on the phone and the in-depth detail available on the desktop. It's great that UKG Ready is accessible on the go, whether at home, on a plane, in a car, or in a hotel, allowing me to access any personal or staff information. The desktop version is excellent for reporting and ease of interface. I also feel the mobile setup is very easy. Sometimes there can be too much customization, I don't need every option of all that an admin can do but that's just me in my position. I have made shortcuts for what I need to use it for but if I stray from those shortcuts I can easily get lost in the over options of it all. I would say maybe boiling it down and making different levels of admin and giving a more simple display of options that would only be applicable for those levels of management. I use UKG Ready to see all my pay information, and it's super easy to navigate and well organized. I love that I don’t have to log in a million times, and it's by far the best app I have used for my pay information. The app has a well-organized and visually pleasing format. I love that everything is organized, and I don’t have a hard time navigating it. It's an all-in-one app but doesn’t feel cluttered. I really appreciate being able to see my PTO, pay statements, and predicted pay, as these are valuable features. Setting it up was very easy, and I got it set up on my own the first day of hire.
