I think candidate.fyi could improve by implementing a general round creation feature at the beginning of the implementation process. This would provide companies a foundation to work with, allowing them to decide what round creation would look like moving forward. Additionally, while not an issue caused directly by candidate.fyi, the initial setup was challenging due to a change in management and leadership, leading to lack of dedicated leadership for implementation. Candidate.fyi has changed our candidate experience game. It allows us to get curated EVP , 'Life At' & interview prep content directly to candidates, which keeps them both engaged and fully informed of what it means to work at Nintex at every interview stage. It helps TA by ensuring candidates have information and a clear interview path without manually sending over all the information via email. I also like that candidates can meet their interviewers before every interview and learn more about them. The pulse score data we receive is also useful as we can keep a real, live pulse on how interviews are performing and which stages/roles may be falling down in terms of candidate experience.
