What do you like best about EMP Trust HR?

I appreciate how EMP Trust HR has significantly expedited our onboarding process and allows candidates to complete tasks efficiently from any device anywhere. I love that EMP Trust allows us to customize workflows to meet our organization's unique requirements. The addition of Spanish packets and instructions has been great in reducing the support our team needs to provide. Admin system could be built out in a more user-friendly self-service UI. Things aren't always the most clear. The system settings and all email communication templated needed to be completed revamed / updated at time of implementation - EmpTrust should focus on getting things more ready to use right-out-of-the-box.
