**What do you like best about Vetty?**

When ADP couldn't actually run a check without a 6-8 week setup window, Vetty came to the rescue with a 1-2 day setup. The check took a little longer than I had hoped but Katrina, my fabulous sales contact, got out and pushed to help get me over the line when I needed her. She always responded quickly and effectively. Saved the day!

**What do you dislike about Vetty?**

The check took longer than expected and the website was a little confusing when it said "in progress" and "100% complete" at the same time.

**What problems is Vetty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a fast background check on a candidate.

I like the SMS support and personalization. It makes it unique but also takes out a lot manual work.

**What do you dislike about Vetty?**

The registration/ signup process is a bit cumbersome.

Timely and effective caregiver and coach background checks.
