**What do you like best about Honeit?**

It makes taking notes so much easier. I don’t have to worry about pausing to type, so I can stay focused on what the candidate is saying. The full details of the call are captured clearly, and it’s easy to share them with the hiring manager.

**What do you dislike about Honeit?**

There are times when I really wish I could use HoneIt on my phone. When a candidate calls me back, the call gets forwarded to my phone. I can technically answer this call, but there is no recording feature through my phone.

**What problems is Honeit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s really maximizing my efficiency. I’m able to get through many more calls per day because I’ve cut down the amount of admin time I spend on note-taking, sending summaries, and similar follow-ups.

**What do you like best about Honeit?**

I really like the user access features, especially being able to create our own call guides with AI or manually. The AI transcription is amazing and I can take out or adjust summaries with ease. The future pre-screen feature is really interesting and I would love to test that for high volume roles. I also appreciate all the integrations that have been rolled out. Honeit solves my problem of fully engaging with candidates during interviews by allowing me to focus on the call instead of typing out notes or summarizing conversations afterward, which saves me a significant amount of time. Overall, it is an amazing and progressive system that improves efficiency, automation, and our talent acquisition team goals.

I use Honeit for call screening and transcribing interviews. It lets me fully engage with candidates, saving time and improving efficiency without taking notes. It enhances our talent acquisition process and delivers a better experience for both candidates and recruiters.

Honeit has been a total game-changer for my business. It’s improved the transparency, quality, and speed of my processes, and it’s the first tool I purchase whenever I bring on a new associate.

I would like to see if Honeit integrates with my ATS in the future.

Honeit allows the hiring manager to access the candidates before the first interview, which allows us to move quickly finding our client's ideal candidates.

**What do you like best about Honeit?**

I love that Honeit is easy to use. It records the answers from my candidates, summarizes the data for me, and takes away 90% of my work. This means I can schedule more interviews and focus more on sourcing candidates without spending so much time summarizing calls or taking notes.

I use Honeit for candidate interviews, making it easier to schedule more interviews and allowing me to focus on sourcing candidates. It summarizes my calls and creates presentations, taking away 90% of the work so I don't have to spend time summarizing or note-taking.

Makes the TA process faster, I have more in-depth conversations with candidates, Field team is more involved, I can talk to more candidates.

**What do you like best about Honeit?**

"I just started using Honeit after looking at the software a few years ago.  I wish I could go back in time and talk to myself and make a different decision!  In the first 2 weeks of use, Honeit has saved me between 12-15 hours in candidate write-ups for a retained search I'm doing, and the end result is easily 10x more impactful, more impressive, and more useful to the hiring team!  I saved a day and a half!  Instead of hearing MY interpretation of how the candidate answered their competency-based questions, they are hearing the candidate's voice.  My candidate presentations are SO much better now!

When I think about how much time I could have saved myself over the last two years using Honeit to capture ALL of my candidate interviews, I want to kick myself.  Unfortunately, I can't go back.  But going forward, I'll be using Honeit on every candidate screening and interview call and in the process not only making my life easier, but delivering a much better experience for my candidates AND clients.  

I LOVE this tool and now consider it an essential part of my recruiting stack!"

Additionally- the customer success/support is AMAZING.  Nick and Ezgi got me up and going in no time and I already feel like a power user!

**What do you dislike about Honeit?**

There is only one thing I can think of- the video portion of the tool only allows for 2 people currently.  If you have a hiring team of more than 2 the rest of the team can only be a part of the audio portion of the call.  It's not a really a big deal to me or my clients and it would definitely fall into the "nice to have" category.  

But I know they are working on expanding the video capabilities to include more than 2 people!

**What problems is Honeit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm a solo-preneur and am a 360 full desk recruiter.  Finding great candidates takes time, but doing the candidate write-up and submission portion is a giant TIME killer.   I'm probably slower than most, because I don't love writing, but if I want to do a GREAT job with a write-up it will take me 45 min per candidate to do it the right way.   And the more candidates I'm submitting, the process gets even slower to make sure each wirte-up doesnt look and sound the same!  With Honeit, my calls with the candidates take 15-20 minutes and the AI summary and write up takes seconds!  And it looks better, reads better and now SOUNDS better because its the voice of the candidate my client hears and NOT mine.

Its easily cutting my time from call to submission in HALF and if I'm honest- probably more than that.  On a recent retained search where I submitted 12 candidates (honeit summary for each) in a Long List to be cut to 3-4 to interview I saved somewhere between 10-12 hours.  

Honeit is an absolute GAME-CHANGER!

**What do you like best about Honeit?**

Honeit is a fantastic interview intelligence platform that has significantly streamlined my hiring process, it saves my recruiters 4 to 5 hours a week in admin. It's intuitive and user-friendly, allowing easy adoption and high usage rates. 
The platform has seamless recording and note-taking features and produces candidate summaries and video clips that can be shared with hiring managers to help hiring managers evaluate soft skills, technical knowledge, personality, and comm skills.  
Honeit allows me to focus fully on the candidate and really engage instead of trying to make notes and juggle between different apps!
I highly recommend Honeit for anyone looking to enhance their interview process.

**What do you dislike about Honeit?**

We have had to log just one support call in 5 years of using Honeit.  This turned out to be a user issue that was instantly rectified by the team by changing the language around how international candidates could connect to the conference line

Honeit allows you to focus on the candidate as you do not need to make notes and or type while speaking
It saves recruiters time after call by producing accurate AI call summaries
It help recruiters be business partners by impressing managers with easy to review candidate highlights

I love that there is an ease about this program. We are able to easily schedule a candidate, and present to client all in one space.

Still some learning kinks, for instance LinkedIn does not seem to translate their profiles over.

**What do you like best about Honeit?**

Enables candidates and me to easily schedule interviews, conduct them via conference call (video optional), and then get an instant transcript recap and an AI generated call summary when I hang up. No more notetaking....so I can relax and engage with the candidates and have deeper conversations.

**What do you dislike about Honeit?**

Only downside - and this is a nit - is that sometimes the call confirmation emails to candidates get lost in their SPAM/Junk folders so I need to send additional reminders outside of the system.

**What problems is Honeit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Expedites and improves the quality of candidate phone screen interviews on behalf of my clients.

Using Honeit saves me 30 minutes per candidate. I am able to prepare a concise summary for  the hiring managers and they really enjoy listening to the candidates express their interest in our company.

Sometimes we have bandwidth issues with candidates outside of the US.

This saves me time with writing each candidate's summary for the hiring team.  This saves at least 30 minutes per candidate.  This in turn speeds up the recruitment process.

They are still working out a few kinks, but they actively review feedback and I can tell that they are continuously improving to match our needs.

Professional candidate submittals. Historically, we have taken pride in our candidate submission process. After converting to HoneIt, we have received consistent feedback from our clients that they love the new process of being able to listen to candidates answers directly.

I like the snippit function. It helps me sell my candidate better to the hiring manager

The transcription is not that accurate. Some words are not transcribed correctly

The Hiring Manager is able to hear the candidate himself . It helps me sell the candidate better. I didn't have to advocate to much based on our conversation.
