Users consistently praise the powerful automation and centralized data management of Agentforce Sales, which significantly enhances efficiency and organization in sales processes. The integration of AI features allows for proactive task management, helping teams focus on building relationships rather than administrative tasks. However, many note a common limitation in the steep learning curve and complexity of setup, particularly for new users.

"Salesforce Agentforce: A 24/7 Digital Sales Partner That Accelerates the Sales Cycle"
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

Salesforce Agentforce transforms the sales process by deploying autonomous agents that handle repetitive tasks like lead qualification and meeting scheduling with minimal human intervention. I love how it acts as a 24/7 digital sales partner, monitoring pipeline health and drafting personalized outreach emails so sellers can stay focused on closing deals. The deep integration with Data Cloud is a game-changer, allowing agents to pull real-time insights and external data to provide accurate, up-to-the-minute information during customer interactions. Ultimately, it shifts the CRM from a simple system of record to a system of action, significantly reducing administrative burdens and accelerating the entire sales cycle Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

While Agentforce offers impressive automation, I might find the initial setup and configuration quite complex, requiring significant time to properly define roles and guardrails for the agents. There is also a natural concern regarding data privacy and accuracy, as trusting an autonomous system to communicate directly with high-value prospects carries the risk of "hallucinations" or off-brand messaging. Additionally, the cost structure—often involving consumption-based pricing—can make it difficult to predict monthly expenses as usage scales. Finally, the shift toward AI-driven interactions can sometimes feel like it’s sacrificing the human touch, potentially making the sales process feel a bit more clinical and less relationship-driven Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Agentforce turned our passive CRM into a proactive co-pilot"
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

UI/UX: "The interface remains clean even with the new AI sidebars."

AI/Intelligence: "The lead scoring isn't just a number; it provides the 'why' behind the score."

Integrations: "The DocuSign integration within the AI workflow makes contract hygiene effortless." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

The biggest hurdle is the initial setup and the sheer learning curve. The sales pitch makes it sound like you just turn Agentforce on and it immediately starts closing deals, but the reality is that the AI is entirely dependent on how clean your CRM data is. If your historical data is messy, the AI's insights and lead scoring are going to be completely off. It takes a significant amount of hand-holding, tweaking, and prompt-tuning before you can actually trust the AI to run autonomously without hallucinating or giving generic advice. "Easy-to-Use Lightning Interface that works well for our Sales/BD Needs"
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

The reporting capabilities and object features in SF make it very handy for us. We can define the architecture for the types of records we want to save, and the flexibility of the platform is a big plus. The Lightning interface is also very easy to use. We’ve completed various internal integrations with SF, especially with our higher ed tools.

When it comes to SF support, they always notify us if any upgrades need to take place, and we haven’t experienced any downtime. Pricing is on the higher end, but it does what we need it for, so overall it’s a good tool for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

Bulk uploads have to be done using an APEX loader, which isn’t very user-friendly for all stakeholders, and that ends up increasing the ticket count. Also, some of the reports that are generated require a lot of hand-holding because it’s not always easy to understand what filters and logic are in place. Overall, the main issue for me is that a lot of user training is involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best AI Sales Automation Tool for Modern Teams"
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

Honestly, the best thing about Agentforce is that it actually gets reps out of the weeds. The UI / UX is surprisingly clean and intuitive, so your team doesn't feel like they're fighting another clunky tool just to get their work done. Because it’s a native tool, the integrations with your existing Salesforce data are completely seamless.

Performance-wise, it's snappy and pulls up account history without lagging. But the real game-changer is the AI / Intelligence. It isn't just running basic macros it actually understands the context of a deal, teeing up follow-ups that sound natural. While the cost isn't cheap, the Pricing / ROI really starts to make sense when you calculate the sheer hours of admin work it kills every week. Plus, if you actually lean on their Support / Onboarding team, getting it spun up and customized for your specific workflows is a lot less painful than you'd expect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

They just need to do little work navigation part, and some UX side improvements, otherwise rest is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"From manual spreadsheets to automated sales intelligence"
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

The shift toward Agent force and more autonomous triggers has been a massive time-saver. Instead of manually updating lead statuses or logging every minor email, the system handles a lot of the 'grunt work' in the background. It allows the team to focus on actual strategy rather than just data entry, which keeps our CRM hygiene much cleaner than it used to be. The sheer flexibility of the platform is its biggest strength. Whether it’s custom objects for specific contract types or tailored dashboards for our leadership team, we can mold it to fit our specific workflow. It’s not a 'one size fits all' tool; it’s a platform that actually grows with our business logic Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

It sometimes feels like you can’t make even small workflow changes without involving a Salesforce Admin or a developer. Because the system is so interconnected, a minor tweak in one area can have ripple effects elsewhere. While the customization is a strength, it’s also a burden because it makes the system feel 'heavy.' I’d love to see more intuitive, self-service ways for power users to adjust their own views without needing a full-scale deployment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive CRM with Complex Setup"
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

I like the low code no code functionality of Salesforce Sales Cloud where I can automate things just by dragging and dropping a few elements, and it's simple to use. It's a simple tool where I can use multiple elements to fetch records, create records, use decision elements, create variables, make a loop, and easily navigate through my whole scenario using the debug functionality in Flow Builder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

There are lots and lots of settings in Salesforce Sales Cloud which can make it harder to set up and debug errors. Sometimes it’s only a checkbox that you might have forgotten to check. Also, the pricing of the clouds is quite expensive, making it unaffordable for small organizations. Better debugging tools are needed as current ones only provide simple debug logs without showing errors and reasons behind them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly and Continuously Improving CRM"
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

I like how Agentforce Sales is very user-friendly and that they are always updating it to make it even more user-friendly. It organizes how much I sell the policies and makes it easy to search and navigate by just clicking buttons. I'm pretty happy with it as I have no complaints whatsoever, and they are always improving. I also find the initial setup very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

I don’t have any dislikes or concerns, and I really have no complaints. If anything does come up, it’s addressed quickly with a fix and/or an update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Agentforce: Autonomous Digital Workforce Integration"
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

AI & UI/UX: Agentforce combines intuitive conversational interfaces with the Atlas Reasoning Engine to deliver autonomous, context-aware actions rather than static bot responses.

Integrations & Performance: Native Data Cloud connectivity enables real-time, high-performance execution across your entire tech stack without complex data movement.

Pricing & ROI: The shift to a consumption-based model ensures clear ROI by scaling your workforce 24/7 without increasing headcount.

Onboarding: Low-code tools and robust Salesforce support allow for rapid deployment, turning months of development into weeks of tangible value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

Complexity: High barrier to entry; requires specialized expertise to configure the Atlas Reasoning Engine and Data Cloud effectively.

Performance: Potential latency in agent responses when integrating with legacy systems or complex data architectures.

Cost: Consumption-based pricing makes budget forecasting difficult and can lead to unexpected expenses.

Intelligence: Still requires significant human oversight to prevent AI "hallucinations" and ensure brand-safe outputs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful AI Sales Automation, Though It Takes Time to Learn"
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

What I like best about Agentforce Sales is its ability to automate repetitive sales tasks using AI, which saves a lot of time and improves productivity. The platform helps with things like lead qualification, follow-ups, and data entry, allowing me to focus more on actual decision-making and understanding customer needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

One thing I don’t like about Agentforce Sales is that it comes with a bit of a learning curve, especially for beginners. It offers a lot of features, but figuring out how everything works and setting it up correctly can take time, and it may sometimes require additional training to get comfortable with it. "Good for small teams to manage sales leads"
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

We use Agentforce Sales mainly to manage leads from our website and Instagram. Earlier we were handling everything on WhatsApp and Excel, which was messy and easy to miss follow-ups.

Now we create leads in one place and assign them to team members. We mostly use simple stages like New, Follow-up and Closed. Task reminders help us not miss any leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

One issue is that it takes some time to understand in the beginning. Setting up things like fields and stages was a bit confusing at first.

Some parts of the interface also feel a little complex for small teams, especially when trying to customize things.

Pricing can also feel a bit high if you start using more features, but for basic use it’s manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
