Its installation is the simplest on the market which allows many people to access this service, this makes us more competitive as a company and also this application is much more valuable than other gps applications. This application has become the favorite of our co-workers and the company in general **What do you dislike about Descartes MacroPoint?** What I don't like is that when you open the application on your computer, it takes a long time to open, and this affects my work many times because I have to do things very quickly, and the only thing that slows me down is this application while it opens. I wouldn't say I like that this application performs the updates automatically without it being the place where it should be, this gives us wrong information and makes us make mistakes, but it is not most of the cases. You have to verify with the user to know if it is in the place that the GPS says. **Recommendations to others considering Descartes MacroPoint:** They should consider using this application because of how easy it is to use and this will allow you to position yourself in the market much faster, so your clients will have a simple and easy way to provide you with their location in such a simple way that they will like to follow doing business with you. It is very important to emphasize that although this application only works in the United States, it is the most suitable for this type of logistics activities. **What problems is Descartes MacroPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** Many times we cannot have direct contact with the user of this application, and we have to resort to verifying in the application the journey that this person has had; this helps us to solve the problem of lack of communication. Drivers know it, shippers and receivers know it, and my customers know it. I went away from MacroPoint at one time but changes were made updating the platform that brought me back! It is super easy for drivers and brokers to use together. **What do you dislike about Descartes MacroPoint?** The one downside for me is being charged per use. A flat monthly fee evaluated and use/volume grows would help in instances where carriers drop loads on you or change drivers and a new request for tracking needs to be sent. Minor but something I have often thought about. **What problems is Descartes MacroPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** Drivers used to dislike it because it would track them no matter where they went, even if they were stopped for the night. It would often not work correctly or was clunky with updates. That has all been addressed. Updates are much better and driver push back has all but gone away for me. ### 20.
