It is very useful when sending tracking instructions to the drivers I work with, I can see them almost in real time, although sometimes I have some issues but nothing major, and being interconnected with the tool for tracking loads, it makes it much easier for me to mark all loads as picked up and delivered, it is very easy to use. I would like to be able to keep a record of the phone numbers I have already used when tracking, and not have to search for and enter them manually each time. There should be a section for driver records that is also 100% editable when saving them, like a phone contact that I can just select and it automatically gets placed in the load to be tracked. I really appreciate being able to track my truckload shipments in real time, both before and after pickup. I use Descartes MacroPoint to track our trucks on loads all the time, and it's very easy to know where the truck is with the delivery.
