From An administration and security prospective, it provides as structured way to assign permission based on job responsibility and review weather users have appropriate access. For usability and onboarding , i find the initial user setup straightforward once access requirement are clear. Coordination between administrators and business teams helps get users ready to work and provides a starting point for troubleshooting access issues. The main operational value for my team is a more consistent approach to provisioning and access management. I I have e directly evaluated licensing costs which is very high on ROI. My experience is primarily with user administration rather than integration configuration , system performance testing , Ai capability , so i cannot provide a first hand assessment of those area. I mainly use it for vendor procurement.
