**What do you like best about intalk.io?**

We can easily make calls by using internet where we can also take records are our calling and supervisor can also audit these calling by listing our conservation over calls.

**What do you dislike about intalk.io?**

sometime it is difficult handle error while login of agents which mostly releted to storage or its regulars maintenance of our server like storage and services maintaine.

**What problems is intalk.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

if we wants handle voip calling over ineternet then we can use single intalk as for domestic and international callings. we can also intergrate this with other third party CRM .

**What do you like best about intalk.io?**

so many features like 
auto/inbound/preview /predictive calling/callback/ivr/survey/AI voicebot and stream /live dashboard
and so many integrations like
freshdesk/salesforce/hubspot/chatbox/leadsquared/zoho.
we can easily implement with our product.
lightweight UI for agent (easy to use)
customer support.

**What do you dislike about intalk.io?**

The supervisor side UI is not attractive.

**What problems is intalk.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

its help for marketing and help for lead generation.
plus help to mange huge numbers of inbound calls with our agents.

It helped us to provide a best dailer through which we can answer all inbound calls and make outbound calls to the customers.

What I like the most is that I can connect easily on calls and I can easily access the records or history of any transactions

None. I really like intalk as it is hlping me with my work.

Intalks solves all the problems when it comes to communication, I can easily call a business partner or customer to address concenrs and it benefits me by giving a comfort and convinience.

Very easy to use, easy interface,very helpful customer service,a lot of features inside it to fit your business,it can be easy customize ans scalable

Sometimes the interface is slow, not all features are included inside it ,not compatible with all vendors

**What do you like best about intalk.io?**

It is very helpful for invoice/non voice account since you can call the customer you can answer the incoming call. Furthermore,  you can check then history of calls betweek customer and Agents.

**What do you dislike about intalk.io?**

I don't have any bad feedback for intalk since it is convenient for me to use it. Also, You can put the narratations once you reached the customer then the phone keeps on ringing.

**What problems is intalk.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It can benefit to me, you can track the history of calls for all customers once you have forget the details of customer that needs to input on your reference. And Also, you can see how long the calls used.
