This helps the OMS+ "users" save the client time & anguish, leaving the customer with a positive view of the company. Having a UI that is easy to navigate adds to its user-friendly environment. You aren't required to be an SAP expert to use the software. OMS+'s organizational method of customer data placement decreases the need to flip back & forth through multiple tabs for basic information. As such, this saves time & money. **What do you dislike about OMS+?** It could be said that the biggest downside to OMS+ is its size. As user-friendly as it is, it can certainly be a bit overwhelming in places. Maybe a good "Quick Reference Sheet" / User Guide to open & have set off to the side to peak at quickly could be useful. **What problems is OMS+ solving and how is that benefiting you?** Financially beneficial all around. OMS+ has everything organized & flowing much smoother. Productivity has increased, communication is easier, & headaches are fewer. ;) ### 2.
