**What do you like best about OMS+?**

OMS+ provides fast, accurate, updated data further lessening the opportunity for mistakes to be made. This helps the OMS+ "users" save the client time & anguish, leaving the customer with a positive view of the company.
Having a UI that is easy to navigate adds to its user-friendly environment. You aren't required to be an SAP expert to use the software.
OMS+'s organizational method of customer data placement decreases the need to flip back & forth through multiple tabs for basic information. As such, this saves time & money.

**What do you dislike about OMS+?**

It could be said that the biggest downside to OMS+ is its size.
As user-friendly as it is, it can certainly be a bit overwhelming in places. 
Maybe a good "Quick Reference Sheet" / User Guide to open & have set off to the side to peak at quickly could be useful.

**What problems is OMS+ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Financially beneficial all around. 
OMS+ has everything organized & flowing much smoother.
Productivity has increased, communication is easier, & headaches are fewer.  ;)

**What do you like best about OMS+?**

Gives a clear overview and understanding on clients,  their purchasing history, their preference and location. This makes it easy to sell again to such clients.

Reduces costs significantly as it eliminates mistakes made during entry of orders and also, complex sales processes are eliminated.

Increases sales through upselling and cross selling to existing clients as it is possible to predict their purchase needs.
 
Greatly improves on customer experience as it ensures delivery of quality service.

It is very convenient to use and has a great UI.

All features and information is easily accessed as it is available in one place 

Placing an order is quite easy and fast

It is possible to easily convert orders into quotes

Automated billing and payments

**What do you dislike about OMS+?**

Reduced speed overtime and requires regular updates.

**What do you like best about OMS+?**

It shows all the details which are required for us, And very user friendly.
Its easy to track the details and the data is very accurate.

Sometimes it Lag and that creates some delay in the processes.

I would like to recommend the OMS to everyone because it not only help the user but also the administration to fetch the details superfast.
One of the best data service provider.

It helps me to get the details of the order booked by the customer and the status of the orders.
Moreover, we can track the status anytime and at anyplace.

The cons far outweigh the benefits; overall, very disappointed.

**What do you dislike about OMS+?**

Aniquested reporting system, inventory does not sync properly from Shopify, and edited feature is so confusing!

Order fulfillment - that's it.  It creates more problems than solutions.

**What do you like best about OMS+?**

I like most about the oms are when you see all the information on one page like the status of the product, customer information, print invoice, not only online orders but it also includes click and collect, reserve n collect orders. this app will give you all access like canceling the order, transfer the order as well as delivered the product and current status of the product.

**What do you dislike about OMS+?**

The only thing which I don't like is the user interface while cancelling the order and also cancel an order doesn't show on one page. we have to put one by one order id to check

**Recommendations to others considering OMS+:**

I will recommend those people or business entity who want all query and status on one app only basically all online business solution in one app only

**What problems is OMS+ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I solved customer query related to online orders. As most of the customers call us regarding the order of the status
