# When do you need a CRM?

Based on your experience, is there a particular company size (a number of employees that is) that should get a business thinking about getting a CRM? I appreciate that 'it depends' answer is applicable in this case, but I wanted to gauge if the number of employees in the business should indicate the readiness for a CRM implementation.
thx

Using a CRM would give you access to valuable customer trends and information, which you just aren’t interested in.

Having a CRM is helpful for the business. It's beneficial having one especially when you're a team of 5 or more for easy collaboration. I've been using different CRMs for the past decade and I can say GreenRope is the best. They've got everything covered. It's a fully integrated platform, including CRM, sales automation/enablement, marketing automation, customer service ticketing, event management, learning management, and much more.

In reality, 99% of businesses would benefit from a CRM, and the ends more than justify the means. But the cost of subscription, implementation, and training, as well as the investment of time required to migrate data, means that the decision should not be taken lightly.

Hi there! It's best to start with a CRM as soon as you can so you can start to track all your customer interactions and revenue. Salesforce offers editions as low as $25 per user, our Essentials edition, to make very small companies be able to use our CRM, even 1 person.

Here is info on each Edition
