"My Career starts here - Eloqua"

What do you like best?

Eloqua is one of the best digital marketing tool i have come across. All my career of 4 years I have used this tool, and used it so extensively that I can easily point out the pros and cons of using this tool.

The UI is quite friendly, at first you might find difficulty while locating some of the options but once you use it for a week or you can easily navigate through.

It has powerful feature of Email marketing, Campaign Marketing, and all other features one want.

One of the most powerful feature of eloqua is its Insight feature. You cannot even imagine what all reports you can fetch through it's insight and what all dashboards one can prepare.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes, while accessing POD3 instances, Eloqua gives error for server issues or other internal error occurred kind of errors.

One thing to improve is that some of the features in Eloqua is still at E9, i would highly recommend the Oracle team to move whole of the Eloqua to E10.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Surely, this is one of the powerful tool for Digital Marketing. I would highly recommend to use Eloqua if a company has enough funds to sponsor this application as well as has these many vast problems to tackle.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Being a part of Eloqua development team, I can say, this tool serves a sole medium of bread and butter for our team.

Email marketing, lead scoring, lead nurturing, CRM integration, you name it and we use the feature for Eloqua.

"Integration and advances in the marketing system"

What do you like best?

It allows me to reach customers thanks to the segmentation and with the integration of the email it is easier to make an active campaign. Altogether I also have good tools that perfectly complement a creative set. The email service is audacious, I can send, integrate and personalize.

What do you dislike?

Familiarizing yourself with the application takes a little time, adapting and configuring the application as soon as you start it can be difficult, however, with training and a lot of work it is possible to achieve it.

It has several tools that can be delayed a bit to make them work properly, but as it is mastered, many advantages can be obtained from it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I recommend Oracle Eloqua because it is a current software, which allows to automate the marketing service easily and quickly.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Segmentation has been very useful for organizing e-mail, in this way we correctly collect information about potential customers and, therefore, perform an active and quality follow-up. We save a lot of time thanks to Oracle Eloqua, which allows us to improve the quality of our campaigns.

"Oracle Eloqua is integrated with many business systems."

What do you like best?

Oracle Eloqua is a marketing automation solution for B2B marketers to track customers through all phases of the purchase cycle. Marketing professionals can create targeted campaigns across multiple channels, such as email, social networks, mobile, web and search. They can also track and analyze the results of their campaigns with integrated analytical tools.

Marketing professionals can create dynamic shopping cycle paths using the drag-and-drop interface in the Campaign Canvas. They can also monitor the tasks related to different campaigns from the control panel.

What do you dislike?

Like other Oracle products, there may be a long implementation process, specifically when complex software customization can be involved.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I can recommend Oracle Eloqua as it integrates with many business systems, such as customer relationship management (CRM) and other third-party applications. This is due to the Oracle partner network of more than 500 suppliers, which allows companies to integrate any of the 700 applications. And since Oracle Eloqua is part of the Oracle Marketing Cloud framework, customers can integrate other applications within that framework, such as Oracle Social Cloud, Oracle Content Marketing, Oracle Content and Experience and Oracle Service Cloud.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Oracle Eloqua's sales enablement features currently allow my company and the sales and marketing teams to work together to obtain new customers and revenues. Sales representatives can access more detailed information about the potential customer (such as the web or social activity) and send targeted emails that are tracked to help close the deal faster. The Oracle Eloqua sales enablement features are available through a Microsoft Outlook add-on or through the CRM. Now there are additional extensibility options available to connect your LinkedIn, Mintigo, PathFactory and Demandbase accounts to Profiler for an even wider view of each contact

"Eloqua is a complicated configuration, but it helps me to do my job efficiently"

What do you like best?

Oracle eloqua I like it because it allows me to integrate and use the necessary email tools for a complete service to clients. The interesting thing about eloqua is that its forms have a high quality and shipping capacity. Because it is customizable, it allows me to adapt all the functions to each of my requirements.

What do you dislike?

It presents an old system, which makes it a bit cumbersome to get basic concepts, but it is something that with a constant struggle and with training can be improved.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I recommend it for marketing teams, because it allows you to take advantage of time and save money. Therefore, for companies that need high customization, Oracle eloqua presents the necessary resources and benefits.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It allows you to create and organize a list of emails to be effective sending to our team of employees. without presenting disadvantages since they are compatible with mobile devices.

"Always evolving, adapting and "

What do you like best?

Eloqua allows you to utilize their industry-forward email, landing page and segmentation building applications to create a full-service system to reach your customers. They have stylized, responsive and overall smart ways to build everything you need to start and complete a customer's journey including the ability to download additional apps into its ecosystem and even connect it external applications such as Litmus.

What do you dislike?

They tend to truncate asset names in the campaign builders which are very crucial to putting together/organizing my campaign canvas. You don't want to send the wrong version of an email to the wrong segment, which can very easily happen if you're not careful to check your asset names. It can also be a little slow in the general navigation but I feel it has only gotten better/speedier with every update.

Also, the apps that are available for it leave me wanting a lot more, especially when it comes to responsiveness. Their responsive email editor is relatively new as well and while it's been a pleasure to work in, it leaves me wanting more as well and I find myself editing a lot of the modules with custom coding instead of the leave-it-to-us offerings that Eloqua has provided me to work with. I'm fairly advanced in my HTML+CSS and love the ability to skirt past the full-blown need to code but some of the "responsive modules" are not as responsive as they claim to be.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Organize your asset names and file/folder directory, assets can and will add up fast and you'll want an organized look.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Eloqua offers users the ability to take advantage of 'dynamic content' which allows me to create a multitude of email variations in just one email. By defining our contacts within a segment with standardized variables, we can create multiple personas which we then direct Eloqua to send specific portions of emails that display different content based on the user's persona. It doesn't allow clickthrough tracking in the dynamic content.

"Eloqua - full features make campaign management a breeze"

What do you like best?

We integrate scheduled email campaigns with specific landing pages (all handled easily through the Eloqua dashboard - we are able to utilize creative assets, specific quantities of our contact list, and which creative assets are to be seen with ease.)

What do you dislike?

The initial set up can be daunting at first as there is a pretty specific routine needed, but I think with proper training it is easily overcome once one gains a degree of familiarity. Also, the construction of the forms for data collection is confusing at first - but once again, gets easier with multiple uses.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Worth the learning curve

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to segment our mailing lists and offer unique value propositions, We are able to get the right offer and landing page combo to the right users, and data collection as a form of lead generation and capture is effortless. This data is uploaded into our SFDC platform for lead nurturing.

"Great Product"

What do you like best?

I like how easy it is to view all templates and previously sent emails. I've used other tools that make it difficult to create/use templates.

What do you dislike?

I dislike how scattered all the steps to send an email are. I feel like you have to go over here to create your email, over here to make your recipient list and over there to send the email.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Take some time to figure out the system. It may seem confusing, but it is full of great information and definitely has made things easier by having all materials in one place.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Oracle Eloqua is helping to create one spot for all our email marketing related items. It helps send, store and track all email marketing for our company. It also helps all our different office locations keep track of what everyone else is doing.

"Eloqua is by far one of the best marketing automation platforms"

What do you like best?

-Easy to use interface that does not require technical skills for basic campaign execution tasks like setting up emails, forms, landing pages, segments, and campaigns

-Highly customizable. This comes in handy with lead management workflows, advanced nurture campaigns, and integrations of all kinds but especially with CRMs (Salesforce.com, MS Dynamics Cloud, and Oracle Sales Cloud)

-Eloqua has features that allow you to segregate data, reporting, assets, etc. so all the users can share one Eloqua nicely. These are great features for larger marketing teams and/or teams with users in different regions with different needs.

What do you dislike?

-Reporting functionality - Both my team and our customers have experienced challenges in reporting due to lack of seemingly basic features and export limitations within the Insight Reporting Engine.

-System downtime - Our customers have communicated frustrations over the past six months due to more frequent system-level downtimes when key data isn't being captured for processing which can have a relatively small to rather significant impact on the business.

-Less focus on development - While bigger, more popular features continue to be the focus of development, ie responsive landing page editor, native integrations with multiple third-party vendors, and the like; the other side of the development scale seems to have suffered from lack of focus, ie, new reporting on dynamic content but lacking click-through data.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Eloqua is well suited for clients with the need to automate marketing tasks to save on time and money. This would be most marketing teams and primarily B2B. Eloqua may be used for B2C marketing but there are better fit products for that.

Eloqua is especially great for large and/or complex marketing, sales, and IT teams. It has the ability to be customized to meet their needs while not being extremely difficult to setup and manage. It has functionality that its competitors lack to support global, large marketing teams.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It allows our small team to execute dozens of campaigns per year by leveraging some of the automation power in the platform.

It allows us to measure our marketing efforts' impact on sales revenue which are improving year over year.

"muy buena aplicacion "

What do you like best?

Oracle is the object-relational database engine most used worldwide.

It can run on all platforms, from a PC to a supercomputer.

Oracle supports all the functions expected of a "serious" server: a very complete database design language (PL / SQL) that allows the implementation of "active" designs, with triggers and stored procedures, with a fairly good declarative referential integrity powerful.

It allows the use of partitions to improve efficiency, replication and even certain versions support the administration of distributed databases.

The server software can run on a multitude of operating systems.

There is even a personal version for Windows 9x, which is a plus point for developers who take work home.

Oracle is the database with more orientation towards INTERNET.

What do you dislike?

The most recent versions of Oracle are the 11g, 10g, 9g, 8g, since the original release of the 8 there were several versions with corrections, until reaching stability in 8.0.3. The reason for so many failures was, apparently, the remodeling of the storage system due to the introduction of object-oriented extensions.

The biggest drawback of Oracle is perhaps its price. Even the Oracle Personal licenses are excessively expensive, in my opinion. Another problem is the need for adjustments. A common mistake is to think that it is enough to install Oracle on a server and directly plug in client applications. A poorly configured Oracle can be desperately slow.

The cost of information is also high, and only recently have good books started to appear on technical issues other than simple installation and administration.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The right marketing automation software can help businesses and marketers optimize engagement, drive efficiency, expose prospects in real time to drive ROI. However, the generation of successful demand, email marketing and leadership management commitment depend on integrated and modern platforms to follow a potential customer in all digital channels to provide timely, personalized and exceptional experiences for the customer.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Oracle is the database with more orientation towards INTERNET.

"Robust marketing automation; invest in a seasoned admin."

What do you like best?

ORCL ELQ's framework is flexible enough that there are many ways to accomplish things. The solution is scalable; I've used it in several organizations and have yet found a way to stump it or outgrow its capabilities.

What do you dislike?

ELQ is far from plug-and-play. It requires a lot of care and feeding and some orgs underestimate the amount of time required to keep things running smoothly. Some of its "old framework" architecture can be a bit clunky (i.e., Program Builder), but they are making great strides in modernizing with things like Program Canvas.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Do your homework when evaluating marketing automation platforms and be realistic in your expectations and capabilities. If all you're planning to do is automate batch-and-blast emails, ELQ is likely overkill. Invest in training or hire a seasoned admin, or you'll likely realize a fraction of its benefits.

Preparation is key - map you content, identify your power users, and don't gloss over integrations.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The primary business problem we set out to solve with Eloqua was messaging prospects, leads, and customers at scale, and measuring the effectiveness of that outreach. We've since expanded into omnichannel marketing and ABM. To date, ELQ has met our needs along the way.

We now know who is engaging with what, and more importantly, what's NOT working, enabling our Program Managers to make data-driven decisions about their programs and measure the impact in metrics that resonate across the organization.

"Review of Oracle Eloqua"

What do you like best?

This tool has simple UI and easy to use. Creating of assets is easy. The landing page and mail are very responsive and can be created very easily with minimum knowledge of html. The forms can be easily created and integrated. Multi-level campaigns are very user friendly with lots of filtering option to choose the segment, to monitor the engagement and to execute the campaigns.

What do you dislike?

Can have more functionality related to analytics, dashboard and reporting. There are no edit options in forms when integrated with the landing page. Its really difficult to change the alignment, change font size and others of the form in the landing page. Sometimes the application is also very slow. There should be community option to import the templates from topliners. This will make the task very easier.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Eloqua is good enterprise tool.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Running multi-level campaigns, end to end tracking of users for events. Used Eloqua to create microsite for account based marketing and running isales campaign.

"Champ of Marketing Automation"

What do you like best?

There are a lot of things I must mention which are one of the best things. Firstly the segmentation feature which allows you to slice and dice your data. This ensures your data is targeting to right persons. It also provides us so many ways to complete our marketing tasks.

What do you dislike?

The 2 year contract pricing is kind of thing I didn't like much. There was a much hold of to reach to customer service. Reporting feature is making a bit difficulty and can be improvised at first. The layout is quite old now and can be upgraded to a fresh new UI.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Must try this to automate your marketing strategies and give this a trial in spite of looking at the price.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The marketing is quite easy now and automated just because of this application. It does what it says means automation.

"Strong usability with some weaknesses"

What do you like best?

The WYSIWYG canvases make non-technical usage easy. The ability to monitor the content of a segment population as you create it is great for quality control.

What do you dislike?

Eloqua assumes contacts are unique on a per-email basis and does not have a concept of a target customer having multiple simultaneous emails. There is no ability to merge contacts in a way that retains the history of all merged contacts. There are significant limitations in how complex a "join" between contacts and supplemental custom data objects can be. Email content that requires variable length lists (say a list of products purchased) is not strictly possible.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Figure out your data model plan ahead of time in light of oracles segment creation limitations. Make sure the notion of email/customer uniqueness is not a huge challenge for your business.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Avoiding using large amounts of human resources to send marketing.

Implementation has been very challenging due to the problems above so benefits have been slim so far. We hope to resolve some of those challenges with the help of 3rd party developers.

"Mostly positive with room for improvement"

What do you like best?

The ease of use and the clean UI. It makes the system easier for new users and for individuals who cannot code, and the regular rollout of new features is exciting.

What do you dislike?

The limitations of the WYSIWYG editor for emails. You can preview a live email to see how your end user would see it, but you cannot test any unique links or buttons in that message for testing purposes. Seems like a strange limitation, and since we're currently migrating our Demand Gen team over from Marketo we realized that they used to have that ability and will lose it with Eloqua.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We;re attempting to understand more about how our homeowners would like to be communicated with, and also determine whether our email marketing team should be focusing mostly on remarketing or instead focusing on creating the best homeowner experience. Ideally we would be doing both, but we want to be sure we're not cannibalizing our efforts by splitting that focus.

"Always evolving and improving"

What do you like best?

Ease of use in building campaign assets. Its relatively easy to on-board new users and then increase their skills. The new responsive editors are easy to use and do not require the knowledge of HTML. The new apps that are launced enable users to really leaverage the platform for more advanced usage.

What do you dislike?

Some of the documentation and help guides on the more advances features are less than helpful at times. The information needs to go a bit further to truly help the user.

Also having to wait for more advanced features when the new repsonive editors have rolled out have kept us from fully adopting the new editors. We are fairly advanced in what we produce and we're not able to make the switch to the new features immediately.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Consistent naming convention in all your assets is important. Also, think about security groups if you have different levels of users accessing the platform. This will help to prevent messages going out to the wrong audience.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Lead generation and lead nurturing while staying compliant with regulations. Tracking campaign effectiveness and the ability to drive pipeline revenue.

"Migration from Marketo was the right choice"

What do you like best?

Visual campaign designer is a vast improvement from our previous provider. We are a small team of creative people, not engineers.

What do you dislike?

We are still relatively new to Eloqua and haven't encountered much not to like. One roadblock for us, though, was figuring out how to embed forms in our existing B2B website in WordPress. We did have to have our development agency spend a few hours restyling our style sheets to handle eloqua forms. I also wish there were better, full-width designs for landing pages.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Again, still relatively new, but we in the publishing business are faced with a massive transformation in how we position ourselves to customers as more than just sellers of commoditized ads. We rely on Eloqua tools integrated with our website to engage more with our clients and prospects to guide them toward learning more about our capabilities as a marketing partner.

"Excellent too, poor support"

What do you like best?

Eloqua's user interface is friendly and easy to use. Detailed training is available and highly recommended. Landing page features are robust, and contact management is a snap. Integration with Salesforce is much better than other CRMs.

What do you dislike?

Oracle support is so poor. Full value of the tool has been not been realized. Dealing with Oracle has been an ongoing struggle. Integration with Siebel is difficult, which is interesting given they are both Oracle products. Would also like to have had different instances and better segmentation of data.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Customer journeys, better data, better segmentation, improved automation/efficiency and better control of messages/audiences. We are able to see the progress in our different marketing campaigns and are able to see how customers react to the progress and changes.

"A powerful tool but to complicated to setup"

What do you like best?

How flexible and customizable it is. If you have already used other Marketing Automation tools and know what they are capable of doing, you can go crazy with Eloqua with their powerful segmentations and automated campaigns that allows users to create flows with differente data points, conditionals and actions. If you have technical support there are things you can customize that work deep in the system.

What do you dislike?

Poor UX and UI. Terrible design. It looks like it never left the early 2000's type of software. Usually enterprise software looks terrible, with Eloqua is no different than that.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

There are lots of tools nowadays. Some are way cheaper, easy to use and as powerful as Eloqua. But if you are a big company that needs lots of customization you might benefit from Eloqua. You also might need a robust tool like Eloqua if you work with a huge database of contacts. They handle massive contact lists and email sending really well.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I used Oracle Eloqua as our main Marketing Automation tool to sync marketing and sales efforts and data. We had Salesforce integrated with Eloqua so we could leverage data from both tools to create powerful campaigns. It helped me to automatically segment and nurture leads by combining their powerful segmentation and automations.

"Easier to use than Salesforce Marketing Cloud"

What do you like best?

Eloqua has worked very hard to make an application that is easy to visually program. Eloqua forms have extremely powerful post submit processing capacity that is easy to implement.

What do you dislike?

Eloqua has an old and outdated reporting engine. Getting the basics is fairly easy, but cumbersome. Most of the content used in Eloqua is built outside HTML applications so its lack of a modern email and landing page editor is not a huge issue, but will need to be resolved soon.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

By far the easiest of the enterprise level tools to use. Make sure and compare how easy setting up forms and form processing is within any application you are putting up against Eloqua. Look at the how simple using standard items like shared components, dynamic components, and landing pages are to use in Eloqua. Tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud require way too much programming to do simple tasks. Make sure and define how you will be getting names into Eloqua and how simple Yes/No steps in campaigns are done in Eloqua.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

B2B marketing from email marketing, in person and webinar event marketing, to full attribution and influence tracking.

"Gets the job done"

What do you like best?

The customization for email templates is good, it is easy to create new distribution lists to send to, and the sending process is simple. It has the ability to schedule emails, which is a great feature. It also hosts documents and photos, and has solid analytics.

What do you dislike?

While you can customize what you want your emails to look like, it's not very flexible. There are basic blocks you can use, but it is all fairly limited, so if you have a specific design you want for the look and feel of your email, you will have to make adjustments per what Eloqua is able to offer design-wise.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

We are moving to Peridot soon, but Eloqua has served me well. It's easy to use, fully functional, and a huge step up from regular emails.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I work in Internal Communications, so it is nice to send our employees emails that look just as good as what our customers are receiving. These emails are mobile friendly and can use graphics and links, so they look a lot more professional than something coming directly from Outlook.

"Eloqua works well for a midsize company"

What do you like best?

We like that we are able to put projects into action quickly with the templates available in Eloqua.

What do you dislike?

We dislike that there are very few customization options in the template, and we are limited with the visual aspect of how the emails can be seen by the intended audience.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Eloqua is a great system to use in order to reach out to a large group of people to communicate events, webcasts, webinars or other important business needs. We use Eloqua for digital even invitations, primarily to control registration and keep track of those that are attending and interacting with our brand. We have a dedicated team that works on sending out tests of digital emails, and these can be customized in different templates, and help maintain the integrity of our brand. We are able to use our brand colors, font, and ensure that our brand voice is heard through the email that our intended audience is receiving. The click-ability and overall appearance is professional and visually appealing, and is much more effective than a generic email from an automated system. I have been mostly happy with my user experience with sending out Eloqua emails to our clients, prospects and COIs.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

For a larger business, it is imperative that communications come across in a professional manner, rather than through a generic email, and Eloqua allows companies to connect quickly with a large group of people in a short amount of time.

"Eloqua, in a class of its own."

What do you like best?

Eloqua has been incremental in ensuring our organizational success in the B2B space. It is a vital aspect of our marketing program and we would not be able to effectively execute our complex marketing campaigns without it. I love the ability to quickly implement our strategies and ensure there are a multitude of fail safes to sure our campaign will go smoothly. Utilizing features like dynamic content and the campaign canvas quickly allow you to see why Eloqua is the best platform on the market.

What do you dislike?

Eloqua could improve on it's WYSIWYG email and landing page builder but from what I understand this is on the road map. It also has an outdated UI on the reporting tool but this is slowing being updated with a new version. The app cloud partners are somewhat limited but if you feel comfortable with utilizing the API or only have limited need for partner apps this would be a limited concern.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Compare it to the competitors and you will quickly see how much better it is.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Eloqua has allowed us to scale at lightning speed and ensure that the only limitation to our marketing plan is our imagination. We have been able to easily execute and grow within the platform as our organization grows and Eloqua has done great to accelerate that growth. Eloqua has allowed us to easily transform our marketing program as new trends change within the industry and can ensure that the automation platform is not the limiting factor to any success we are working to achieve.

"Easy to learn, difficult to master"

What do you like best?

What I like most about Oracle Eloqua is the ease a Campaign can be configured on the Campaign canvas. The UI is user friendly and lets you quickly setup a comprehensive campaign in only a few minutes. The way the components interact is seamless, forms, segments everything comes together and connects on the Canvas.

What do you dislike?

Insights in Integrations, logging could be better. Including batch ID's in the logging would be very beneficial. Also looking forward to A/B Testing functionality, community and clients have been waiting for this for a long time. Luckily this is now on the Roadmap. The insights on platform use could also be improved.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Great tool for your Marketing Automation. When considering Eloqua please review how many (potential)customers you will be targeting, what size is your current database of contacts?

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

"Best Marketing Automation solution for Medium sized and enterprise businesses"

What do you like best?

The integration options makes it easy to connect Eloqua with other products within the marketing landscape. The fact that you have standard integrations with several major CRM systems but at the same time are able to build your own integration is very nice. Next to this, you can build your own connections using the AppCloud Developer framework which gives you the possibility to build feeder, decision action and some other services.

Next to the integration, I like the campaign canvas more and more, it gives a very clear overview of your campaign and with the easy drag and drop solution you can expand your campaign within seconds.

What do you dislike?

Oracle needs some time to get back up to speed after they purchased Eloqua. The roadmap has some promising things on it, but it still takes a while before they arrive. Some of the features that are planend for the future are already standard within the competitor solution

Recommendations to others considering the product:

make sure that the product fits your needs before you take the decision. Eloqua itself has a lot of features that might be overwhelming. Also, make sure you actually need the specific features of Eloqua. In case you have a short sales cycle, it might be more interesting to look at Oracle Responsys instead of Eloqua. Are you a multinational and looking for a solid Marketing Automation solution, no need to look further!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Automated campaigns that can run over extended periods, and personalisation of outgoing messages (both emails and text messages) making the customer feel more valued

"I simply LOVE Eloqua"

What do you like best?

Eloqua is great for large organizations that can support the implementation of this tool and its integration with your CRM. I love the way it allows you to design advanced and highly-customized campaign nurtures.

What do you dislike?

Some parts of the product still contain old and not user-friendly interfaces (getting improved). Sometimes the product is slow to load assets and pages.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

We have been using the Eloqua platform to drive the buyer path to purchase, to maximise opportunities for my organization and to make our customers’ businesses simpler, faster and flexible, working on both inbound and outbound activities, anything from one-off initiatives through to automated/triggered always-on campaigns.
