"Effortless Credit Checks with Helpful Summaries—Just Watch Report Downloads"
What do you like best about Creditsafe?

I appreciate how easy it is to use. I can quickly find the correct address for the customer I am researching. If the exact address doesn't appear, I usually try one of the headquarters locations and then click on the link for other known addresses. Most of the time, the address I need is listed there. I also really like the summary at the top of each report, which shows the customer's credit score, suggested credit amount, DBT (Days Beyond Terms), and Payment Experiences—these are usually the first things I look at. I also use the Decision button for every report I pull. I just choose the company and the amount of credit I am planning to extend to a customer and it comes back with a decision of Accept, Refer or Reject. That makes my decision process very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Creditsafe?

I honestly can't say I dislike anything about Creditsafe. The only thing to keep in mind is that you have to download each report before leaving it. If you click on the report again later, it will be counted as a new report and will add to your total usage for the year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly with Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about Creditsafe?

I find Creditsafe to be incredibly user-friendly, allowing me to navigate its features with ease. Its clear and straightforward design simplifies the process of accessing crucial company information, such as published financials and corporate structures. This usability is invaluable in my role of making informed credit decisions and managing risk efficiently. Additionally, I find it quite easy to find the necessary financial data and company credentials, streamlining my tasks significantly. The relatively simple initial setup is also a huge plus, allowing for a straightforward onboarding experience. Overall, these aspects of Creditsafe considerably enhance its value to my workflow. What do you dislike about Creditsafe?

I dislike that it's not possible to choose the currency in Creditsafe. This limits my ability to customize financial data according to different currency formats, making it less versatile for international business contexts. I also find that some corporate linkages are not updated in a timely manner, leading to potentially incorrect or outdated information. This impacts the reliability of the data I depend on for making informed business decisions. Additionally, the lack of information or limited data for certain countries like Ukraine and Israel is frustrating, as it restricts my ability to assess international organizations thoroughly. "Simplifies Credit Checks Effortlessly"
What do you like best about Creditsafe?

I appreciate how easy it is to find the information I need with Creditsafe. I can search by address and phone number, which is incredibly useful. The advanced search offers numerous fields that help me locate exactly the company I'm looking for. I also love that Creditsafe can generate a PDF report at my request, providing detailed information that I can conveniently save to my files. Additionally, the initial setup was straightforward. I received a link and signed up in just a few minutes, and we can have multiple logins for our company. This is particularly beneficial when several team members need to access creditworthiness information simultaneously. Overall, Creditsafe's ease of use is a standout feature, as evidenced by my willingness to rate it a perfect 10 for user-friendliness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Creditsafe?

I experienced an issue where a company's information was incorrect in the Creditsafe system when I accessed it. Although I reported this through a support ticket and it was resolved the next day, such inaccuracies can potentially impact my decision-making process and trust in the data provided. "Easy to Use, Detailed Reports"
What do you like best about Creditsafe?

What I love about Creditsafe is how simple it is to use. The reports are super detailed, and I really like getting notifications when a company’s status changes. As a result, it saves us so much time and helps us stay on top of things. Overall, it’s just a really easy and reliable tool that makes my job a lot easier! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Creditsafe?

Creditsafe is really easy to use, with detailed reports and helpful status change alerts. The only downside is that investigations can sometimes take over a week, but overall it’s still a great, reliable tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Creditsafe: Essential Tool for Customer Credit Assessment"
What do you like best about Creditsafe?

I have been using Creditsafe since October 2022, primarily to check potential customers' credit ratings. The set-up process was straightforward and user-friendly, which I appreciate. The most valuable feature for me is the easy-to-use search engine that allows me to quickly look up potential customers and get detailed reports on their business habits. This capability has been instrumental in helping us decide whether or not to integrate a potential customer into our system. Additionally, I appreciate the complete and detailed reporting of potential customers' credit ratings, which is extremely helpful. The possibility of using Creditsafe as a debt collection agency should we decide to pursue that option adds further value to the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Creditsafe?

Creditsafe has significantly improved our understanding of our customers' creditworthiness. I appreciate how all the necessary information is conveniently available in a single, easy-to-read dashboard. It's simple to view the risk score, recommended credit limit, and days beyond terms at a glance, but you can also explore more detailed data such as the percentage past due, the number of invoices paid late, and much more. We rely on CreditSafe to perform credit checks on each of our customers and to monitor any changes in their credit status over time. Getting started is straightforward, and the system is very intuitive to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Creditsafe?

Occasionally, we encounter customers who cannot be found in CreditSafe. This usually happens when the company is new and there is little or no data available about them. However, if you contact customer support, they will also conduct a search on their side to determine if any further information can be provided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Cost-Effective Credit Rating Tool"
What do you like best about Creditsafe?

I find Creditsafe to be very easy to set up and use, which greatly simplifies the onboarding process for our team. I appreciate the better and more up-to-date rating system compared to Equifax, which provides us with reliable recommendations for determining credit limits. It's beneficial for our business operations as it eliminates the guesswork in defining what numbers to use, which is a tremendous advantage. The cost-effectiveness of Creditsafe compared to Equifax is also a significant advantage, making it a more affordable solution for our needs without sacrificing quality. Additionally, I value the specific features such as the rating and recommended credit limit functionalities that we heavily utilize in assessing the creditworthiness of our customers. What do you dislike about Creditsafe?

I am not pleased with Creditsafe providing too many answers to a possible search. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Integration with High-Quality Reports"
What do you like best about Creditsafe?

I find Creditsafe to be an invaluable tool in evaluating the creditworthiness of potential customers, which is crucial for reducing bad debt over time. Its affordability and the ability to seamlessly connect with our AR management platform make it a cost-effective choice compared to previous solutions like D&B. The setup process was seamless, which was a significant advantage for us. I appreciate the direct API integration that allows our AR management system to search customers directly from within the platform, contributing to a streamlined workflow. The detailed credit reports provided are instrumental in making informed decisions, and the quality of these reports is outstanding. The integration with our existing system, such as Quadiant AR, through an app via API, further enhances its utility. Creditsafe effortlessly supplements our AR management process, ensuring smooth credit checks for our sales team and facilitating optimal financial health for our organization. The current feature set works perfectly for us, and I highly value the seamless integration and quality of the report output, which reinforces why I would consider repurchasing Creditsafe in the future. Overall, I am highly satisfied, and I would rate Creditsafe a 9 out of 10 for recommendation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Credit Checks with Superior Database"
What do you like best about Creditsafe?

I find Creditsafe incredibly easy to use, which is a major advantage. Setting it up was seamless, requiring nothing more than logging into their credit site, making the onboarding process smooth and hassle-free. Creditsafe effectively simplifies the task of looking up credit histories for potential customers and allows me to efficiently monitor credit conditions for existing customers. The email notifications they provide about changes in credit situations for companies we are monitoring are particularly valuable, acting as a terrific feature that keeps me informed without extra effort. Moreover, the credit database appears superior to most of their competitors, offering me a reliable resource that enhances my confidence in assessing creditworthiness. These aspects make Creditsafe a tool I would choose again, and I wouldn't change anything about it, as it perfectly suits my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly, Informative, and Cost-Effective"
What do you like best about Creditsafe?

I appreciate that Creditsafe provides more detailed information than Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), which influenced my decision to switch due to the cost and value of the information offered. The product is very user-friendly, making the setup process easy, with a representative who guided us through a presentation filled with lots of information. I particularly like the credit monitoring feature that alerts me if there's a negative change regarding a customer's credit, enabling me to take the necessary steps within my organization. The abundance of information about my customers' businesses and credit profiles, including details like Days Beyond Terms (DBT), credit recommendations, and related companies, helps me determine how much credit to extend effectively. Overall, the ease of use and rich information provided are significant benefits that make Creditsafe valuable for my work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Creditsafe?

I dislike that Creditsafe does not integrate with M1, which limits my ability to streamline processes between the two platforms. This lack of integration means I miss out on the efficiency that integrated systems could provide. Additionally, I find it problematic that I cannot search for a customer using their tax ID number within Creditsafe. This feature would help ensure accuracy by confirming I am reviewing the correct company, thereby reducing potential errors in the evaluation process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
