Cvent webinar offers a simple, fresh, effective and RELIABLE platform for our webinars. The 2023/2024 revised pricing level put it in the webinar market competitively, and the features it offers have matched everything we were looking for.

We had been using the GoToWebinar legacy offering for many years and always praised it's reliability. However the time came to move over to a new platform, and Cvent's offering couldn't be beaten.

Cvent Webinar gives us the ability to set up and implement webinars quickly, and the backend admin site is user friendly. This is important as we host 40-50 webinars a year. The support guides and training are excellent, and typically answer any queries. If not, the support team is there to investigate and I can safely say they are at the top of customer support for the software systems I use.

Our existing products with Cvent (Event Management) helped this decision, as the trust on the platform had been established. After roughly a year of usage, we haven't been let down and overall my team have been very happy using Cvent Webinar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wouldn't call them downsides, but rather product enhancements that would be nice to have, but not imperative, such as:

- Speakers uploading custom backgrounds

It’s simple to set up, reliable during live sessions, and the engagement tools work really well. I like how smoothly everything runs from registrations to reminders to the actual webinar. At times, the interface feels a bit dated and could be more intuitive. Some customisation options, especially for the registration page and emails are limited. The thing which I dislike about Cvent Webinar is that it does not support few event types such as trade shows. Also it is sometimes difficult for the new users to navigate this platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This plaform has saved me lots of time, it was an easy transition from Attendee Hub and I use this monthly based on my webinar schedule. Their tech support is always available providing excellent suggestions to my questions as needed. Our Salesforce integration works seamlessly as event attendees register. We knew this platform would not be as robust as Attendee Hub when switching, however I'd like to see the auto add-to-calendar feature included and I would like to see a way to filter out the spam attendees via email or IP address to the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
