**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

LinkSquares has allowed us to immediately connect dots we couldn't connect in the past. It is giving us real insight and an overview over our agreements. The AI scanning is accurate, and the tag feature has allowed us to assess risk within our contract-base, get up to speed on our projects and what needs to be done w/r/t/ compliance. It also allows for team collaboration. Everyone loves the product, and its ease of use.
Onboarding has been a great experience as well.  Customer Service is amazing. Their team is very personable, answers in a prompt manner, which made it very easy for us to use LinkSquares from day 1.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

Transferring all of our agreements took some time, but other than that, nothing in particular just yet. They keep innovating and improving the product, and are eager to get customer feedback. So far, the improvements have been fantastic, and I cannot wait to see what LinkSquares will do next.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to LinkSquares, we're now able to run reports on several critical items within our agreements, which allows us to get a clear picture of the risk we're taking. We now have reliable accurate data, which is priceless.

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

LinkSquares provides incredible visibility and transparency to legal, sales, and cross-functional teams from a contracts perspective. It allows all groups to be on the same page and solves any confusion around who is working on what and when. LinkSquares also makes it very easy for sales teams never to leave SalesForce.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

Honestly, integrated LinkSquares and SalesForce has created such an easy workflow for contracts and contract management that it is hard to state what I 'dislike' about the platform. Everyone at LinkSquares receives feedback very well and is always looking to improve the system. Win-win for both parties!

**Recommendations to others considering LinkSquares:**

Absolutely do it! It will help ease your legal organization and other teams/departments you work with to provide quicker and more efficient contract management processes!

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem we are solving is transparency and efficiency when it comes to contract managing. Previously, we worked within a homegrown system that didn't provide the best level of detail to sales when it came to their contracts. LinkSquares has helped us work more intelligently and more efficiently.

The functionality of the product is what our company needs. Very easy to train internal users to use the system.

Some of the how-to articles are not as helpful as they could be, but the support team is very responsive.

The vendor contract management system allows us to track contract expirations and auto-renewals efficiently.

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

Primarily, it is the overall simplicity of the solution.  As a start-up, with limited resources, we needed a solution that was simple and straightforward.  Found that here.  At prior companies, we used a solution that required constant upkeep and maintenance, not so with LinkSquares.  While there is some QC process required after uploading the agreements, it doesn't take much effort and certainly not daily.  I looked at a number of solutions before deciding on LinkSquares.  As always, it is a question of features and price.  LinkSquares did more than hit the right balance, it excels on features and was very price competitive.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

There isn't much to dislike about the solution.  Unfortunately, I have only been able to adopt the Analyze portion of the solution.  But if the Finalize portion is as well-built as the Analyze portion, it is going to be a great addition to the platform.  I look forward to being able to implement that soon.

**Recommendations to others considering LinkSquares:**

There are a lot of solutions out there and everyone has different needs and requirements.  The search process was a bit overwhelming.  However, anyone considering a solution should look at LinkSquares.  Pick 3-5 to do a demo with each of them.  Ask lots of questions.  But in the end, there will be some compromise on features and price.  As indicated earlier, LinkSquares definitely hit the right balance for me.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary problem I needed to solve with LinkSquares was an ability to find completed agreements.  Prior to my arrival, the company stored all agreements in an email alias.  It was challenging to find anything when needed.  "Do we have an NDA with X?"  That was a dreaded question.  Now, with LinkSquares, I have the answer in seconds and can shoot a copy of the agreement to the requester with minimal effort.  At the end of the day, LinkSquares has been a huge time saver and gives me the confidence as to whether we have an agreement with a third party or not.

The software is great to use. I love being able to use the platform through the lifecycle of the contract including having all collaborators in the same place.

Not a dislike, but something they can improve upon. It will be great if the software can pick up contract dates correctly, especially from 3rd party paper.

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

Most helpful is the ability to tag and send contracts via email to LinkSquares. The unlimited tagging also allows for a customized flat folder structure. I am not familiar with any of LinkSquares competitors.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

That you have to manually move all contracts from pending to processed. It requires the team to go in weekly and approve all contracts. If contracts are not approved, they will not be captured in reports.

**Recommendations to others considering LinkSquares:**

Great addition for securely managing contracts, easily searching contracts for important terms and creating reports.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Has helped internal departments easily find important clauses in contracts and create functional reports to refer back to. Has allowed for improved vendor maintenance.

Since I am still new to the platform, I haven't run into any issues or problems yet to mention here, but thinking ahead the uploading and keeping track of documents - wish there was an easier way to do this.

Linkedsquares is more cost-effective than the previous vendor we were using!

We had a few hiccups in the early stages of deployment but the team came together quickly to resolve them.  This is not a dislike as I am sure this happens with most new deployments.

LinkSquares is a one-stop-shop for the life cycle of an agreement, making it easy to keep track of and find vital information. It's easy to use and customize to your specific needs without needing to understand how to write computer codes or be an IT guru.

Like any system, LinkSquares has glitches sometimes, but their team is always responsive and does their best to resolve any issue as quickly as possible.

Contract requests no longer get lost in email, Stakeholders can check the status of their contract on their own, and maintenance and reporting on executed agreements is faster and easier to review

1. Tagging records. It leverages the technology and thinking behind the discovery process for organizing your content pool and makes data extraction a delightfully simpler and instant. No more manual data audits. 

2.  Surgical precision OCR capability organized and reportable with respective  excerpts for ease of reference and quick hyperlinks to the respective records.

3. Bulk editing. Need I say more?

The reporting feature, allows you to pull specific groups of contracts and export into excel.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

There's a few small things that are inconvenient with the platform, such as only being able to slide left to right at the bottom of the page. Aswell as no way to populate multiple custom values for multiple contracts at once.

Our finance team has much more ease when finding contracts. Has helped a lot.

The LinkSquares platform is incredibly intuitive and provides a truly comprehensive tool for contract creation and management.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

There is nothing to dislike about the platform or the team.  The initial upload was difficult, but once that was complete it was smooth sailing.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Historically, our company's contracts were kept locally and/or on a variety of different platforms.  LinkSquares allowed us to have one, global repository for all our agreements.  It has also allowed us to automate our workflows for various agreements and taken all the guess work out for our team.

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

LinkSquares is the most intuitive CLM out of the top 10 CLMs that we demoed.  No training videos are required. Does everything you need and nothing more complicated.

The AI scanning for the repository, known as Analyze, is also the most superior we encountered. I also like that it includes QC for the scans (most CLMs charge extra).

The customer service is above and beyond. As we implement and roll out to new organizations, we have weekly 1:1s with a representative to address all our concerns. If we have any feedback for improvements to the software, they share it with the products team and may include those changes in the constant improvements.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

FInalize (the document negotiation side) features are still in development, but that's just because LinkSquares is constantly improving.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An intuitive CLM that would be easily adopted by different departments. We also are now able to text search all pdf contracts and can run reports (e.g. consent requried to assign).

LinkSquares serves all of my contract needs.  From lifecycle management on the front end to contract analysis on the back end, it truly provides end-to-end support and insights.  Linksquares can be leveraged for both customer and vendor contracts and provides valuable insights into legacy agreements.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

Linksquares is constantly innovating; it is hard to keep abreast of all the new rollouts and functionality.  Their marketing announcements and updates are fantastic!

As the first in-house GC for my organization, Linksquares gives me tremendous insight into analyzing our legacy agreements and running customer reports.  The Finalize offering standardized our contracting process and provides oversight and control by the legal department.

Don't hesitate to leverage the great support and onboarding teams. They will help you a lot to think of your needs and contract structure in order to be set up your account. Take the time to plan and to think about what reporting and searches you will need before uploading the materials.

Our pain point was understanding what agreements the company entered into and what obligations we are subject to. LinkSquares gives us clear visibility into this with great summaries that are easy to find thanks to the great searches and reporting.

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

I've been using LinkSquares for more than five years now. Even though LS has grown by leaps and bounds since I first became a customer, the support and technology remain best in class. It is precise, accurate, fast, and flexible. Their customer support and technical expertise remain top-notch, and seamless between their agents. LinkSquares has made it a core competency to understand their clients, their day-to-day tasks, gaps, needs, problems, workflows and builds their product with that understanding.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

I remain at a loss for anything I dislike. Rather, we would like to have a mobile app or mobile-optimized view for our "greatest hits" - tag searches, download original and send as attachment quickly, crop and copy/paste portions. I've never seen any CMS do this, and if LS decides to build mobile features like this, I'm sure they'll do a great job.

**Recommendations to others considering LinkSquares:**

Ask for a trial evaluation from any CMS or CLM system using your OWN contracts. That's how you evaluate a vendor, not via their sample dataset and curated demo meant to work perfectly. If it works with your worst sample documents, it will work when you load the rest of your (messy/disorganized) documents into it.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fast, efficient organization of contracts. Team and company-wide reporting. Light-speed builds of diligence datarooms. We move quicker, we are more accurate, we save time and money allowing us to focus on building our business rather than troubleshooting for lost files or missing information.

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

We have been LinkSquares customers for almost three years, and it has proved invaluable, not just to my team but to our company as a whole. Acquisitions are part of the growth of so many businesses, and LinkSquares allows us to quickly integrate newly acquired contracts smoothly, while making files readable and reportable so our teams can quickly assess obligations and identify potential issues. The platform itself is very user-friendly with robust reporting and analytics capabilities. As fantastic as the platform is, where LinkSquares really shines is their people. The account management and support teams are second to none. They are responsive and dogged in their efforts to assist and resolve the rare issue that does arise. They truly feel like a partner in the CLM process, and not your typical vendor.

Nothing comes to mind that I dislike about LinkSquares.

I encourage anyone considering LinkSquares to reach out to them for more details. The platform is great, and our account manager is chock full of feedback to maximize our use of LinkSquares based on our curent usage and future goals.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a centralized location where our legal and finance teams could securely access the company's business contracts. The user permissions allow for customizing access to particular types of agreements, as opposed to giving users blanket access where it isn't needed. We also needed a solution with reporting capabilities, and LinkSquares meets that need.

The customer success team is very organized and helpful and the product is straightforward to implement and use.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

No major dislikes.  We have had issues with using the sync email to upload existing contracts but love the feature anyway.  Also, the AI isn't perfect at consistently identifying correct terms but, overall, not a big deal.

Update: LinkSquares fixed the email sync issues we were experiencing, which is great because this is a very convenient feature for our team.

Consider your file structures before implementation, as this will facilitate the generation of helpful tags.

LinkSquares has a different approach than most CLMs which is why I like them so much.  The product is developed in thoughtful ways, which is extremely important, but most important is the team being the product.  They are wonderful to work with, are highly responsive which is critical for our project deadlines, and are always interested in our feedback.  We can see the product being developed with our needs in mind and makes us stick with them as a valued partner!

My company recently started using LinkSquare to manage, verify and approve the legal aspects related to contracts and onboarding new programs and vendors. So far, the experience has been positive with a  relatively easy and straightforward, and intuitive interface. 

It also allows me to edit requests easily and keep track of the various PO submissions in one platform - much better than our previous cumbersome process.

Lastly, the one issue I had, which ended up by a configuration issue on our end, was resolved efficiently and quickly by a knowledgable customer support agent.

The product is still relatively new to the market and requires an update to standard features like auto-saving requests in case you lose connection or change the page.

The Process is simple, email the document to a specific email address, it gets uploaded and appears in your pending list. 
Click on the new item, verify the scan was good and found the relevant expiration date and involved parties and release it. It could not be easier.

There is not much to dislike. Good functionality. I only wish the automatic scanning would be a little quicker or there were an option to cancel the automatic scan and add the info manually, which would make some days for a faster process.

The on-boarding process was painless, and the intuitive meta-tagging was great. Making our large contract repository searchable by terms, even if the quality of our PDFs were less-than-perfect, is a incredible. Great responsive team, and worth the switch from our previous vendor. Mass uploading for large amounts of documents was very easy, and then editing and creating our tags was a simple process.

Once loaded, some contracts will need to be renamed, as they may not be tagged by the Title they were submitted with. With over 1000 documents, this can be difficult.

It's great to be able to search for a contract in LinkSquares Analyze and immediately put my hands on what I'm looking for, without having to look through multiple folders and locations, hoping I remembered all of them.  We're leveraging the Request and Intake features of LinkSquares Finalize to build a vendor onboarding process that gives us an auditable record of how we vet new vendors, in addition to ensuring all vendor contracts come in through a single channel.  The LinkSquares Customer Success team has been very responsive and helpful in getting us whatever support we need, seeing us through our challenges and enabling our success.

While the product is fantastic and does exactly what we need it to do (load documents, apply tags, report, etc.), the best part of LinkSquares is the team.  Being involved in other implementations, there tends to be a dropoff of support once the initial setup is complete. However, we have been utilizing LinkSquares for months and still have regular check-ins and support anytime we may need between calls.  We didn't get dumped into a general helpdesk but instead have multiple contacts that are incredibly quick to respond and assist with anything we may need (or simply answer questions quickly).

So far there is nothing to dislike with the product.  It does everything that we need it to do, and it does it exactly as advertised.

I love that our documents are easily searchable and can be found very quickly.  I also like that we have a document routing tool through the "Finalize" portion of LinkSquares that allows us to capture all of the contract information in one place during the contract drafting, negotiation and approval process.  I also think we are getting great support from our customer success manager.

Our implementation was a bit hairy and not completed within the 30 days promised. Also there are some enhancements that could be made to make the user experience a little smoother which you only come upon once you are using the software.
