The reporting features are helping us to track Legal's contract volume as well as provide Finance with information they need. The AI pulled out all of the relevant information from the uploaded agreements and the software is able to generate reports easily and quickly. They are super helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. We meet every other week with Customer Service to go over any issues we are having or to learn new ways in which Linksquares can help us out. They are patient and professional and never make us feel like we are bothering them. **What do you dislike about LinkSquares?** I don't see a downside to using Linksquares. It has already been very helpful in our organization. I do wish the reporting was a little different. While it does download into an excel format, the information is sometimes bulked into one cell. Would love to be able to run really clean excel spreadsheets with individual columns holding separate data. **What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had a problem with our Linksquares working with our DocuSign. They are willing to work at whatever speed your company can handle. They are constantly making improvements to their product and are looking for their users to provide them with ideas for future enhancements. Linksqures allows all contracting needs with multiple integrations into a streamlined workflow to help keep us organized. **What do you dislike about LinkSquares?** The hardest part was transitioning from a folder structure to their tag structure. Moving all of the agreements included a lot of clean-up on our end, but then we had to think through the best tag structure process that we would not have to go through that action all over again but allow for the simplicity of finding an agreement. **What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?** We moved our agreements from cloud storage to LinkSquares to allow more excellent visibility on the data within our deals. Linksquares OCR and AI provide us with data that we would never have thought were helpful. After our company's contracts are signed, they are integrated into LinkSquares Analyze, and the AI does the hard work of scanning all contracts for key terms and phrases. This makes reporting on critical terms and clauses easier. Analyze is also highly customizable as well, which is great for our more unique contract types. Additionally, we have several available dashboards with all of the relevant contract trends that can easily be downloaded and used for presentation purposes. Best of all, as a relatively new user of Analyze, the software is intuitive and easy to learn how to utilize. **What do you dislike about LinkSquares?** The AI is not always perfect, which is to be expected, so it is helpful to QA/QC some of the smart values/global terms that the system tags. We're new with the company, but I had to give a positive comment about their support. **What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are helping us manage our contracts. Before LinkSquares, our legal team would have to download Word documents, send them to the counterparty, receive a redline copy, and then send them out for signature. Linksquares has cut that process in half by incorporating all those features into their "Finalize" programming. When someone from another department requests an agreement, they can fill in the necessary information and the legal team can check over the generated contract. All our contracts were uploaded and renamed by the AI which takes out the manual element of renaming documents. **What do you dislike about LinkSquares?** There aren't major downsides. The Linksquare team is always looking to improve and jot down any recommendations I had. If I think about my work efficiency with or without Linksquares, I know for a fact that Linksquares makes my day-to-day job 10x times easier. **What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?** Linksquares was able to put less burden on our legal team by having other departments fill in the Contract information. The general counsel can focus on reviewing the agreement and not focus on filling in the information. The is a Word plug-in that makes it easy when editing an agreement. I can upload the clean copy straight from the Linksquares plug-in on Word. ### 33. For the most part, it does a great job capturing key contract terms and even calculating termination and auto-renewal opt-out dates (with some QA/QC required). The captured data saves time when running searches and generating reports from within the repository and helps us track upcoming renewals and expirations more efficiently. Most of all, the customer service has been fantastic - personalized to our company's needs and responsive to unique requests. Plus, check-ins continue well beyond implementation, and business reviews are thoughtfully prepared with useful data on top users and utilization rates. **What do you dislike about LinkSquares?** The Finalize feature (for pre-signature contract workflow) took a little time to get familiar with and generates a higher volume of notifications than necessary. However, our CRM is always responsive to feedback and the LinkSquares team regularly updates their product roadmap based on customer feedback. **What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?** LinkSquares has helped us to consolidate all contracts within a single repository that is easily searchable. When requested to find contracts with specific content, LinkSquares streamlines the work. Instead of having to review a significant number of contracts, we are able to submit a search and then review specific contracts that have the content we are seeking. Recently, the executive management team needed to find contracts containing specific wording combinations. By using LinkSquares, the Contracts Department was able to complete the work in hours. Without LinkSquares, this work would have taken days and possibly weeks to complete. LinkSquares not only gave us a list of the appropriate contracts, it also provided us with the line from the contract that contained the specific wording. So, we were quickly able to identify which contracts actually met the executive team's criteria by reviewing this information. Without LinkSquares, we would have had to read / review each contract to complete the requested list. **What do you dislike about LinkSquares?** It is important to review contract content after a contract has been uploaded, because the AI doesn't always extract details perfectly. That being said, it still accelerates uploading contracts into the application and finding information within those contracts. **What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?** We now have a complete view of our contracts and are able to report on the content. Sometimes I need to hover over the contract title to see the whole thing (when we have long contract titles). 2022 Update: The user interface is improving, they continue to improve everything, but still some room for improvement. **Recommendations to others considering LinkSquares:** The quality of OCR and the quality of the AI algorithms is important. Searching and ability to use the data are highly dependent on these two things. **What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?** Primarily we needed to have better visibility into our NDAs, and also, we needed the ability to search through active and legacy contracts to ensure that we are using the best terms in new contracts. 2022 Update: Also, the Clause Library has proven to enable faster and better contract drafting editing where new contracts should have sections/language more in line with previous contract language. It looks different than your classic CLM, and as a result, it takes a little walking through to get some people comfortable.
