What do you like best about CONQUER?

What do you dislike about CONQUER?

What do you like best about CONQUER?

Its easy to use and train new employees on how to utilize it. Call recording, opportunities to make campaigns as the market needs. We utilize this product daily. Customer support has been solid when we have an issue with the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CONQUER?

Conquer mobile. It's not the most user friendly, and call recordings have gone missing. This is a major issue with our business as we must comply with CMS rules and regulatoins. We must obtain all sales calls for 10 years. This is an increased risk for us so we have decided not to highly utlize this feautre since it hasn't been consistent or esolved. With any tech product it has to be built in a manner that meets the needs of many vs the individual entity. There are some great value adds of conquer that dont neccesirality meet the needs of our business, but i'm sure address the needs of other users.
