The Salesforce integration is great. It's really helpful to keep track of emails to my contacts.

Occasionally Cirrus logs out on my email. That's one thing I'd like to see change.

**What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?**

Provides fantastic insight as to who read my emails, but more importantly, how many times they have looked at it. This gives me a deeper look into customer's interest levels, which really helps me tailor my pitch.

**What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?**

I wish there was a mobile feature, as I am on the road a lot and do a lot of phone emailing. Other than that, no complaints.

**Recommendations to others considering Cirrus Insight:**

Use it! I have worked at a small start up prior to this that used very little technology due to budget constraints. This tool has been vastly helpful and I wish I'd had it at every job!

With Cirrus, I know who actually wants my product!! There is no need to write a lengthy review here as simple is the best in this scenario!

Zynbit makes tracking communication with customers in Gmail a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?**

Sometimes emails do not attach properly to opportunities in SFDC.  Seems to be a problem moreso with our Salesforce client than Zynbit though.

Nothing

Zynbit helps me keep my pipeline up to date with the most recent customer communications while saving time for higher value activites.

I love the aspect of being able to have this attached to GMAIL and use Salesforce all in one browser tab.

Wish it was able to utilize every aspect of Salesforce within the extension.

If you use GMAIL for your work flow and daily communication with internal employees or even clients, this software will make tracking your emails, communication, and anything else a breeze.

I have not really seen any negatives. It comes in clutch when needing to attach emails, attachments, etc to a Salesforce Case File.

1) Easy data integration tasks with salesforce
aliginging meeting in calendar and SFDC

2) Tracking emails - opens, clicks, etc to give analysis on important non company opens 
3)  Tsk bar updates and must do reminders on bar

I do not like how sometimes when I have to reboot to get connectivity back with SFDC, while not often -but sometimes I have to do to regain connectivity.

Very helpful if you are struggling with salesforce multiple entry points and also if you are struggling understanding who, when and how many folks are clicking on your  emails

**What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?**

Being able to track my emails to prospects in my sales role gives me the ability to gauge interest. Seeing the number of times they have clicked on an email or noticing someone reopening an email after a period of time allows me to reach out at the right time. 

**What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?**

On occasion, it does not update in real-time. I've noticed that the email open timestamps seem to all clump together as if it is catching up. The interface could be cleaner as well - it takes up to much space on the Gmail page.

**What problems is Cirrus Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowing when a prospect has opened my email and whether they need a follow-up or not. Being able to see if someone has clicked a link is highly beneficial.

Although I'm still fairly new to using Cirrus Insight to its full potential, the app has been working tremendously for my function. Cirrus is implemented company wide and from what I hear is incredibly effective in our sales outreach.

Mainly efficiency in our workflow to log correspondence. Email tracking is a great feature in determining if and when the contact read your email.

**What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?**

Integration with Outlook is solid, especially the ability to quickly add contacts and edit fields.  It's also nice to be able to quickly modify which fields are able to be viewed on the side panel.

**What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?**

Cirrus seems to require a lot of either CPU or RAM, which causes MOST of our users to have their outlook lock up and often crash.  Part of this is due to our low to mediocre hardware, but Cirrus does seem to be somewhat responsible for these crashes.

**What problems is Cirrus Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We mostly use Cirrus as a tool to quickly add contacts who are not already part of salesforce, so that we can track our emails to resellers/customers more easily and accurately (since it's automatic).

I like how we can track the number of opened messages. Also the easy access of SFDC records without going to another tab/window.

**What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?**

The most useful aspect of Cirrus is being able to save meetings and email straight into the Salesforce. Salesforce, although useful, is quite a clunky system and being able to upload info straight from Gmail is really useful, especially for busy Senior Colleagues. We also used the feature to autosave meetings from our teams calendars into Salesforce. This way we can keep track of all the meetings our team is having with companies and make sure no one is duplicated any work. 

**What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?**

Cirrus does seem to have issues and regularly logs me out (although this may be my own systems fault). It also isn't particularly clear what information it is saving and as such some colleagues have had ALL their emails saved to Salesforce when they shouldn't have had. The number of marketing email you receive from Cirrus is ridiculously large as well.

**Recommendations to others considering Cirrus Insight:**

It is a useful plugin to make Gmail compatible with Salesforce. This means events and emails can be automatically saved to Salesforce without having to manually upload them. However, apparently Salesforce is bringing out it's own Gmail plugin in the near future so we will be have to compare the two systems to see which one is better.

Understanding who is talking to who from my organisation and what their conversations are about - this saves time from having to follow up with colleagues about their meetings. Team members are quite against additional work of uploading this information

**What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?**

Cirrus allows me to easily tag important email exchanges and move them to Salesforce. It also syncs with my calendar so that I can make changes to my Google calendar and those changes are reflected on the calendar my clients interface with to make appointments. 

**What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?**

Sometimes Cirrus acts a little buggy. I've had issues where my calendar is not properly synced, and when I've contacted customer service they haven't been able to tell me why this is happening. However, it's usually solved by disabling calendar syncing, waiting a few minutes, and then enabling it again.

**What problems is Cirrus Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I see a lot of clients and often a lot of time passes between interactions, so I need to remember important details of things we've discussed in the past. My office uses Salesforce to keep track of important client notes, and a lot of important information can be found in the emails I exchange with clients. Cirrus makes it so easy to instantly take any email I've received or sent and to move it to the client's record in Salesforce.

Originally this was a great Chrome extension to log emails onto the appropriate salesforce records, add contacts and leads to salesforce etc

**What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?**

Too often it would stop working and I would have to close gmail, turn the extension off and back on, and then restart Chrome. Or it would try to add the email to the wrong sf records and I would have to choose the correct records to attach it too. Or it just made gmail run unusably slowly. Synching with my calendar ended up putting personal appointments into salesforce too, and then it just went crazy and started adding the same appointment repeatedly (20+ times) so I stopped using the calendar feature. Never really found a useful way to make use of the sales engagement information. Scheduled emails often failed to send.

I have since switched to the salesforce Chrome extension and find it much faster and more reliable.

**What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?**

The most helpful thing about Cirrus Insight is that I am able to know when people opened my e-mails or not. That way, as soon as I do, I know they are engaged and I can give them a call if need be. 

**What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?**

I wish that it was easier to automate emails and create menu templates. It would save me tons of time on my day to day and enable me to sell more on a daily basis. It's also been extremely glitchy on my Samsung Galaxy S10+ and won't sign in or give me updates.  For me - it would be better if it was easier to automate emails and use Cirrus for more sales engagement.

It's a lot easier for me to follow up with people when I need to. I am able to track when they open emails and connect with the information that I sent them over.

My favorite piece is the ability to see all outreach across team members. As colleagues leave, and circumstances change year over year, this is the most comprehensive way to track engagement with an account. I love the link clicks and attachment download features. 

**What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?**

I dislike the fact that we lost data for a long period of time (about a month) and couldn't get it back from either SFDC or Cirrus. I also find the template function cumbersome to find. 

**What problems is Cirrus Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefits that we've realized is org-wide tracking of accounts and increasing transparency through our org. Problems include: auto-log outs w/ updates and missed tracking
-tracking associated w/ CC's on internal email addresses

The best part of Cirrus is the ability it provides to see how many times (and sometimes a location) that a message was opened, and by whom.

It is somewhat difficult to use on Outlook's online portal, as it does not seem to automatically associate to contacts or opportunities within Salesforce.

Cirrus helps me find out if I'm being ignored, or if the message actually hasn't been opened by the targeted individual.

**What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?**

I truly like the "Send Later" feature.  It is very helpful for me that I can compose my email now and schedule its delivery the day and time I wanted it get sent to the recipient.  Most of the time, I am at my most productive time after midnight and I believe it would be better to have it sent early in the morning, this is where the "Send Later" feature comes in.  In relation to this, I also like the tracking feature.

**What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?**

Lately, Cirrus Insight has been getting offline or detached from my GMail more frequently and that I have to re-sync it.  This directly affects my calendar link that I sent out to my clients.  And there were times, I did not notice it.  And I heard from some of my colleagues that they get multiple appointments on the same time slot.

Utilize all their features!

The synchronization of GMail, TaskRay, and Salesforce with Cirrus Insight was truly a great tool.  I don't think to switch tabs to copy/paste information.

I love that I can see how many times prospects open my emails. Often, they will click it open upwards of 5 times, and just forget to respond. It let's me know there is interest in what I said, prompting a follow up in person walk in or phone call.

I have had issues with it disappearing from gmail and I have to restart my computer to get it back. Could be a me problem, but no one else was able to figure out why it was happening. 

**What problems is Cirrus Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm solving the problem of knowing if a prospect got my email or not. For example a manager gave me the owners email to send a quote to. After several days of it not being opened I went back to the restaurant and realized it was just a generic email address he gave me by mistake instead of the direct contact. If I didn't have Cirrus, I would have thought the prospect was ghosting me, or not interested when he actually just did not get my email!

**What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?**

It gives an easy access to Salesforce within Gmail, I can easily update my contact in the same window.
I like the tracking of emails and to be able to send them at a certain time in the future.
I know that my colleague who uses more of the Salesforce action tracking can easily add emails in SFDC through Gmail.
It is mostly user friendly.
I haven't used the appointment scheduling tool but that is a game changer!

**What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?**

Sometimes it made me create contacts that were already in SFDC, I don't know how come. So I would need to go in the SFDC interface first to make a research anyway.
It is user friendly but I would need a little more training to fully use it and understand the tools.
The tracking tool is cool but I don't know how to view older sent emails to see if they were read.

I have no idea about the pricing but this is a nice tool to have, it speeds up my work and adds useful tools to my Gmail.

The main point is to be able to schedule email in the future. I didn't like to send emails late at night or while people are on vacation but to leave them in my draft was a risk to forget to send it at the right moment.

**What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?**

Cirrus Insight tracks each and every e-mail if you allow it to. It allows me to focus on interacting with customers/clients versus logging every task as I used to. It literally saves me half the time that I once took to work with a customer by automating the task of logging each interaction. Furthermore, I can see who and when my e-mails have been opened. This is a GAME-CHANGER.

**What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?**

Although minimal, sometimes Cirrus does slow down my web browser. It's not a big deal but from time to time, I'll have to close another application just so I can run Cirrus Insight effectively and without lag.

Connect it with your CRM and e-mail and save SO MUCH TIME!

Efficiency and time management. Cirrus Insight helps me save at least half the work day which is HUGE. Also, knowing who has opened or not opened my e-mails is extremely helpful so I know when to reach out to a client.

The simplicity of auto-recording Outlook or Gmail messages into Salesforce.com was why we invested in Cirrus several years ago. 

**What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?**

The auto-populate feature (to create new leads or contacts in Salesforce.com) is very, very weak. You can have an entire signature sitting there in an email from a new lead (or contact) but Cirrus only picks up the absolute minimum number of fields (often with errors).

Look at alternatives. This company once had it going on, but now it's headed to the dumpster

The application, like all of these email/sales enablement tools, saves a lot of time in getting emails recording into Salesforce.com

**What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?**

I have been using Cirrus Insight for 4 years in various roles with my company. It has been paramount to my success and moving up in my sales organization. My favorite feature is the ability to track email opens once something is sent. 

**What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?**

In some instances, we are not able to glean much about a particular email open when using Cirrus. Sometimes we are only able to see that is was opened but it does not share the location or the device used. 

**Recommendations to others considering Cirrus Insight:**

I would strongly recommend Cirrus to any organization that has a sales staff. In this ever-changing world of sales, we are becoming more remote every day. Cirrus Insights give your sales staff an opportunity to know that their messages are being read and insights into customer buying habits. I could not imagine my daily life without Cirrus at this point.  

**What problems is Cirrus Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To date, I have experienced very few problems with Cirrus, though I think the calendar function could be more intuitive. As a salesperson, the greatest benefit I have realized is being able to know when someone is reading or forwarding my messages. This has helped me in so many ways including when to follow up, who to follow up with, and when to pick up the phone.

I seem to get logged out of Cirrus Insight somewhat frequently - I'm not sure why this happens but sometimes it takes a while for me to notice and re-login, leaving me vulnerable to missing a few contact touchpoints from that period of time.

Logging of emails is totally seamless, and entering a new contact into Salesforce is also pretty easy to do.

**What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?**

Sometimes the plug-in crashes or slows down Gmail. Also, if you have the Gmail tasks bar open, it hides the Cirrus Insight panel. Because of this, I sometimes miss that I'm not logged into Cirrus Insight.

Remembering to add new contacts and tracking communications with them had always been a tedious task I didn't want to do. People in my organization would also not do this, which made Salesforce less useful to us. Now, we're using Salesforce more consistently, and our contact management is more consistent.

Multiple times it does crash and I have to reload and sometimes update/reinstall to get back to it's original state of being helpful which takes up time

Not sure of the cost to the company, but the quickness of the product in terms of ease of use and making my day so much more fluid is super helpful.

Benefits are not having to manually log all the activity onto salesforce and being able to customize the type of activity and send flights to multiple contacts is HUGE and super helpful. Some problems include that it does crash and then those activities have to be re loaded and tracked, takes up extra time. LOVE the time calendar scheduling as well directly with gmail calendar

The two features that I like best are calendar integration and specifically giving our customers the ability to schedule time on my calendar themselves. The return to inbox if unanswered feature is also incredibly useful. 

**What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?**

Button placement, having the start a flight button in between the calendar & time based functions is a little awkward to me. I also do not like that when a customer schedules time on my calendar that it doesn't recognize that as a "response" with the return to inbox feature.

**What problems is Cirrus Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've saved a great deal of time on making phone calls to schedule meetings, which also empowers my customers to take a more effective approach in managing our communication. The ability to have reminders in the form of the return to inbox function has also help increase the time I have to focus on important issues and not just button pushing.

Cirrus Insight makes our email tracking from Outlook to SalesForce seamless. With the Cirrus Insight Outlook add-in right in your Outlook app, it allows you to see your clients details immediately and allows you to see if they have opened your email as well.

I honestly do not have any dislikes about. From the installation to daily usage, we see no problems utilizing this great tool. With 50+ users taking advantage of this software on a daily basis, I highly recommend other companies to utilize it.

I'm able to easily determine the success rate of cold email campaigns and have that strategic advantage when following up via phone call. I do it in salesforce, it pops up on my Google Calendar, which I live by. Sometimes you just have to re sync it -- but it is worth the application for that feature alone.

Utilizing the maximum capacity of Cirrus, I dont know how to do that! The blue bubble that pops  up next to my emails is sort of annoying also... I dont understand it.

None! I love the product, I just don't utilize it to its maximum potential.

It really helps you to know everything that happens related with your mails (statistics of open rate, response rate, ...). Also, the integration with Salesforce it's awesome: when I send an email to one of the customers, tracks automatically the event and the content.

Sometimes my gmail account becomes a little bit slower due to Cirrus, i guess. Also, I realised that the statistics that I get in "Performance Monitoring" are always 0%.

Cirrus Insight saves so much time getting my emails into Salesforce. They also have a really nice calendar booking function that I can place right into my emails I send out of gmail.

I feel like the gmail extension takes up way too much space. Slimmer would be better in my opinion.

I send lots of emails with gmail and this Cirrus Insight gets them into Salesforce automatically. This saves me so much time. I also use the calendar booking feature so I can send a prospect times to book directly on my calendar. That is my all time favorite tool and has saved countless hours and made me good money.

Get notified when my prospects read my emails and the stats about the opening rates of my templates. Complete features with the attach tool which let you know how long a prospect spent on your docs.

Really change the prospecting experience with great insight about the reactions of the prospects. Opening, replies, clicks rate let you know more about the engagement of your prospects and adapt your pitch.

Better timing in relaunching cold prospects. Prepare the calls better, knowing that they actually read my emails. And A/B testing new email templates.

I can view who has opened my emails and links, and the tracking capabilities are second to none.  There are lots of other features for your calendar, etc. that I don't even take advantage of, but it is very all-encompassing!  Also, love that I can add contacts to SFDC directly from Gmail.

Sometimes the plugin gets a little wonky with Gmail and I have to refresh/restart the make sure it works properly

I only wish the wait time to sync was completed faster. Sometimes I feel like to wait even 10 minutes is too long.  I get that it is not real time but I if I am going to dream...

I can schedule emails to come back later, send later, or show me if something has been opened. This is really helpful to keep things straight, hold myself accountable for following up on easy-to-lose emails

Cirrus often logs me out without my knowing. It can be confusing to figure out how to get it loaded back into my email provider. Thankfully there is SSO which makes that process a bit easier. I've also heard from other folks on my team that the scheduling feature can be buggy, so I haven't risked trying that yet.

I'm able to hold firm on customer concerns by knowing which emails they've opened and clicked into. This eliminates the question of "did you ever get my email?". I can also track follow ups in SalesForce, which is critical at our company.

Cirrus provides efficiencies by automatically adding emails into SalesForce which helps with tracking of client engagement.  The side panel in the email inbox also allows for easy access to valuable info about the client.
