What do you like best about Yotpo?

Yotpo has been a great partner to work with. The team is supportive and genuinely helpful. What do you like best about Yotpo?

Excellent customer service. Yotpo is a relatively new platform to us, but whenever I've had a question the customer service on the live chat has helped me everytime, really quickly so I can get back to helping my customer. It's really easy to make updates as well to our loyalty landing pages, especially as we've recently updated our branding and it took only a few minutes to do across 8 different online stores. What do you dislike about Yotpo?

What do you like best about Yotpo?

Yotpo offers lot of functionality to run loyalty and rewards be it account referral, order placement rewards and it offers great option to setup new rewards quickly without doing lot of coding and easily integrates with UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Yotpo?

We migrated to Yotpo from other platforms with minimal hassle. Integration with Shopify was seamless. The process was well supported and easy to manage. Having local customer support based in Australia has made a big difference for our team. Responses are fast, and it’s easier to solve problems in real time. It's my everyday tool.
