I use Yotpo to manage images and customer reviews. I appreciate how it's very easy to use and set up. It was quick to get started, and I love how it makes it easy to showcase different customer reviews on product pages and category pages on our website, adding credibility. It's fantastic that customers get automated emails to leave a review, and we can send coupons too. What I value about Yotpo is its ability to highlight customer reviews, which not only promotes genuine interactions but also supports SEO growth and drives sales through firsthand experiences. Excellent customer service. Yotpo is a relatively new platform to us, but whenever I've had a question the customer service on the live chat has helped me everytime, really quickly so I can get back to helping my customer. It's really easy to make updates as well to our loyalty landing pages, especially as we've recently updated our branding and it took only a few minutes to do across 8 different online stores.
