**What do you like best about Veeva CRM?**

What I value most about Veeva CRM is the way it centralizes all customer information and interactions on a single platform. This greatly facilitates the tracking of activities, meetings, and communications, especially when working with multiple teams or multiple accounts at the same time.

I would also highlight the integration with business and marketing processes, as it allows for better visibility of the complete interaction cycle with users or customers. The automation of tasks and reports helps save time and reduces manual errors.

Another very useful feature is the ability to generate reports and metrics in real time. This allows for faster, data-driven decision-making, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement in campaigns or relationship strategies.

In general, the platform provides organization, traceability, and efficiency to daily work, especially in environments where relationship management and detailed tracking are essential.

**What do you dislike about Veeva CRM?**

One of the aspects I like least about Veeva CRM is that some functionalities can feel unintuitive at first, especially for new users. The learning curve can be steep if adequate training is not received.

I also consider that certain processes require too many steps or clicks to complete simple tasks, which can affect agility in daily work. In some cases, the customization and configuration of reports could be more flexible and user-friendly for the end user.

Another point is that performance can vary depending on the connection or the volume of information loaded on the platform, making some actions slower than expected.

Even so, it remains a very robust and useful tool for customer management and business processes.

**What problems is Veeva CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Veeva CRM helps solve problems of organization, tracking, and visibility in the management of events and interactions with attendees, clients, and internal teams. In the area of events, it is very useful to have all the information centralized, as it allows for tracking of registrations, communications, attendance, and activities related to each event from a single platform.

It also facilitates coordination between different teams, especially when managing multiple events or participants at the same time. Having access to the history of interactions and tasks helps improve planning and tracking before, during, and after each event.

Another important advantage is the automation of processes and the generation of real-time reports, which allows for measuring results, identifying opportunities for improvement, and making faster decisions based on data.

The main benefit for me has been improving organization and operational efficiency in event management, as well as having greater control and traceability over activities and communication with participants.

What I like best about Veeva CRM is its life-sciences-focused design, strong compliance features, and seamless support for omnichannel engagement, which together make it highly effective and easy to use for field teams.

One thing I dislike about Veeva CRM is that some configurations and enhancements can take time to implement, and certain advanced features may require additional training to use effectively.

**What do you like best about Veeva CRM?**

I am planning when and at what time I will visit my customers, I can compare with my past plans, I can see if there are any conflicts, one step ahead of the competitors.

**What do you dislike about Veeva CRM?**

There is no automatic sync, I manually sync every day, and so far I haven't experienced any system issues. Using Turkish characters can provide ease of use. I would like to receive updates via email and see them with an application video.

**What problems is Veeva CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A perfect platform for planning for my clients, with this product my customer visits are scheduled, working in a planned manner definitely increases my productivity, it greatly contributes to my work performance.

It´s very expensive; for each new functionality, you need to pay an extra feed.

Great vertical, offering a lot of out of the box solutions, but also gives IT the ability to customize the solution to cater to specific market demands.  Built on Salesforce, it also integrates well with other applications.

Price is the only part that isn't great about Veeva... it is not the cheapest CRM solution

**What do you like best about Veeva CRM?**

Working with the Veeva implementation team has been a pleasure.  The application is intuitivly designed and well built.  I would recommend Veeva to anyone looking to implement a CRM solution.  They are industry leaders and well versed in industry challenges

**What do you dislike about Veeva CRM?**

The pricing model across the different Veeva products can be confusing.  The application has limitations within the virtual detailing space as it is not a widely recognized platform.  The CRM platform is not designed well for devices other than iPads.

Veeva CRM is an industry-standard.

Veeva CRM is helping us solve our interactions and connections with HCPs.  We have been able to reach our targets more effectively and efficiently.

Veeva CRM provides lot of feature and quite a advanced tool in Pharma domain. Would recommend only if your internal process is matured enough and your field force is matured to use the tool.

I have used Veeva CRM in my previous organisation, Veeva was one unique platform with had a matured model for customer management and customer 360 view was very useful and helped us in segmenting the customers.

I like how the search function works and be used for easy searching of documents in the cloud. I like how you can easily view the interconnection between parent and child docs/forms. I like how my tasks are organized and easily visible for me when I log in.

 I don't like how it is not possible to see past versions of docs. Sometimes I need to see previous revisions but these do not seem to be saved or are not easily accessible on Vault.

Easy solution for pharma companies to manage docs.

We use Veeva Vault Quality Docs to manage our Quality documents for manufacture and licensing of pharmaceutical products.

**What do you like best about Veeva CRM?**

I specifically use this for submission of promotional pieces to the client and I like the ease of searching  for references based on reference number or  name of reference when linking references and supporting materials to the promotional  piece. I like the ease of submitting to QC quickly and effectively and being able to make updates and upload projects quickly with ease. The organization of the platform is also nice to search for references and see where certain references have been used in other promotional pieces and to view those specific promotional pieces. 

**What do you dislike about Veeva CRM?**

I dislike that when there are anchors in references that are already created (and sometimes incorrect) then you cannot modify them in anyway. Or if there are multiple anchors over each other you cannot delete or there is no option to prevent that from happening OR if an anchor was made in error it is there forever. I would like searching for an anchor with the reference number to show only the correct result, not all the results that contain all the words and reference values that I have searched.

Quickly and effectively tracking changes made by the client or reviewer and making those changes. Also being able to see version history, previous links, previous comments and responses to comment to see how a promotional piece has changed or why specific changes were made. Overall, the ease of use of this product is wonderful!

Vault makes it very easy to reference and annotate papers and presentations. It takes something that can be extremely time consuming, and makes it as streamlined and simple as possible to get your work done.

Sometimes when pulling annotations/comments through they no longer line up and make it hard for reviewers.

Simplifies the approval process for medical Communications.

I like how quickly you can switch views in this software and schedule weeks, routes, or simply a day at a time.

I wish there were more ways to edit fields inside the CRM. Some of that inefficiency may be company-directed, however.

It’s a way we’re able to track customers, add them, and watch their sales progress. I have grown relationships through using this and gotten th correct resources to customers because of the way we’ve been able to incorporate them with the software.

Needs more structure, would like a notes section for each account to keep track. Many changes made as a user to an account to not carry over to other accounts causing exceptions.

Solid, configurable, geared up for pharmaceutical sales activities. Great if you are familiar with SFDC. There is an iPad version app is called iRep, convenient and easy to use.

UI feels a little outdated, the system can be somewhat clunky or not particularly intuitive in terms of the user's journey.

If not fro Veeva, I could not perform my job to the best of my ability. It keeps all my customers in a detailed manner.

I wish the sync times would be cut down as it sometimes takes a long time to sync.
