**What do you like best about CallHippo AI Voice Agent?**

At first we were unsure about using AI instead of our team to handle calls. We thought it might create confusion and feels robotic. But after seeing many businesses adapting it,we decided to give it a try.

And callhippo's ai voice agent is one of the first tools we have tried. And we are impressed that its working well and it is solving our primary goal to communicate with customers who speak different languages. Multilingual support for us is the best thing as we are looking for a similar solution

**What do you dislike about CallHippo AI Voice Agent?**

There are few things that they can improve is the response time in different language and the voice in other languages can sound more human like as it does in English. If that gets better we will be even happier.
