Nothing particularly about Gallabox. But since WA is a fairly new channel for Meta, they constantly throw in difficult changes that make it difficult for businesses. Would suggest businesses to stay on top of this as you will experience and see this first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Have been using gallabox from last 2 years. Added a new business recently. Got a hicup due to our mistake. Gallabox not only solved it but worked out of the box to fix the issue promptly. Till now, I did not find anything which I should complain about. It has been a good journey until now, and I am sure it will stay the same. No downside to any feature they offer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Gallabox support team is very responsive. Special shout out to Allavuddin from the onboarding team & Aswin from the Support team. They have been very supportive from the start. He helped us coordinate with tech team to deploy contact details masking feature for us which is not a GA feature. Glad I migrated from Interakt.

Unable to append Customer Contact Tags
The chat bot gets incorrectly triggered and the sequences are not getting triggered correctly. Still trying to resolve these teething issues.

We love the automation from our CRM system which allows us to automatically notify our clients at key points of their journey with us this has been a real time saver for us as we have had to manually do this in the past, which ment risk of error and also time and costs of staff members which is now free'd up. Clients are loving our messages too. We also like the ability to assign messages to staff so we as a team can work through messages received from clients. The support team are great at Gallabox, have helped us very swiftly with anything needed. Its an easy to understand system and train out to our staff, we implemented it very quickly into our crm. The notifications arent that great when notifying a team member when a message has been assigned to them. The mobile app often signs out and some notifications are missed but its not a huge issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ui of the dashboard is very gooad and the Apps support that we can download, Bots is easily implemented and the customer support is always available to discuss queries .There is no issues we are receiving daily customer queries and solves in very less time due to the gallabox. Chatbot is my favorite feature. it helped in collecting the feedback in realtime. It is helping us in connecting with Patients in less time. Response time is redued. We can see conversation history and all the user initiated contacts are stored.
