We use Gallabox daily to manage WhatsApp leads coming from our website and paid ad campaigns. The shared team inbox helps ensure that no messages are missed, and we’ve set up auto-replies for non-working hours, which has improved our first response time. One feature I find especially useful is the ability to assign chats to specific team members. We also use WhatsApp templates for common replies, which saves a lot of time. Recently, we integrated Gallabox with HubSpot using webhooks, allowing us to push lead details and chat transcripts into our CRM automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Gallabox works well for daily WhatsApp communication, there are a few areas that could be better. The reporting and analytics dashboard is quite limited, we can’t see things like response times per agent or how many leads each team member is handling. It would also help to have more visibility into which conversations are converting. Setting up automation journeys was also a bit tricky at first; the UI isn’t very intuitive in that area, and we had to rely on support to get it right.
