**What do you like best about Gallabox?**

What I like most about Gallabox is how easy it makes managing customer conversations on WhatsApp. The automation features, like chatbots and workflows, save a lot of time and help respond to customers quickly. The shared inbox is also very helpful for teams, as it keeps everything organized in one place. Overall, it improves efficiency and helps in better customer engagement.

**What do you dislike about Gallabox?**

One downside is that some advanced features can take time to understand, especially for new users. The pricing can also feel a bit high for smaller businesses as usage grows. At times, customization options for workflows and reports feel limited, and there can be occasional delays in message delivery or system responsiveness.

Gallabox is helping solve the problem of managing a large number of customer conversations manually. Earlier, it was difficult to keep track of leads, respond on time, and ensure no customer query was missed. **What do you like best about Gallabox?**

We use Gallabox daily to manage WhatsApp leads coming from our website and paid ad campaigns. The shared team inbox helps ensure that no messages are missed, and we’ve set up auto-replies for non-working hours, which has improved our first response time. One feature I find especially useful is the ability to assign chats to specific team members. We also use WhatsApp templates for common replies, which saves a lot of time. Recently, we integrated Gallabox with HubSpot using webhooks, allowing us to push lead details and chat transcripts into our CRM automatically.

**What do you dislike about Gallabox?**

While Gallabox works well for daily WhatsApp communication, there are a few areas that could be better. The reporting and analytics dashboard is quite limited, we can’t see things like response times per agent or how many leads each team member is handling. It would also help to have more visibility into which conversations are converting. Setting up automation journeys was also a bit tricky at first; the UI isn’t very intuitive in that area, and we had to rely on support to get it right. They were helpful, but better self-serve documentation would save time.

Before Gallabox, our WhatsApp leads were managed manually, across personal phones or a single device. This caused delays, missed follow-ups, and no visibility into who was handling what. been using Gallabox for several months to manage our WhatsApp customer communications and overall, it's been a very positive experience. The platform is intuitive and easy to set up, especially if you're looking to integrate WhatsApp Business with CRM-style workflows and automation

**What do you dislike about Gallabox?**

1)The reporting/dashboard features are a bit limited. More detailed insights into campaign performance and message metrics would be helpful.

2)While functional, the mobile app feels less polished compared to the desktop version.

3)The pricing structure could be more transparent, especially regarding API usage and add-ons.

Customer support has been responsive and helpful. We had a minor issue during onboarding, but it was resolved quickly. The platform is generally stable, though there have been occasional minor lags.

Gallabox is one of the best WhatsApp API tool to use for the marketing activities. It's seamless integration with HubSpot CRM also works very well.

I have been working with Iswarya Gunasekaran who is our Account Manager and she is very responsive for our request. They have smooth onboarding and training provided.

Their tool is getting updated as per the market needs and use case which are beneficial for the businesses.

I would certainly recommend to opt for this tool if you are looking to onboard WhatsApp API service for your business.

To be honest nothing as of now. The tool is very user-friendly so no dislike

The ease of signing up and using the product along with constant updates and features. Also a great team that tries to help the customers with the ad-hoc changes Meta throws at businesses.

**What do you dislike about Gallabox?**

Nothing particularly about Gallabox. But since WA is a fairly new channel for Meta, they constantly throw in difficult changes that make it difficult for businesses. Would suggest businesses to stay on top of this as you will experience and see this first.

The bot flow and it's features are simple and great. Also the integrations available out of box (when I signed up a year ago) with other tools like Zoho and Razorpay made things very simple.

Gallabox support team is very responsive. Special shout out to Allavuddin from the onboarding team & Aswin from the Support team. They have been very supportive from the start. He helped us coordinate with tech team to deploy contact details masking feature for us which is not a GA feature. Glad I migrated from Interakt.

The team had supported me with customizations that I required. Now I have connected my D365 and it working smoothly.

Unable to append Customer Contact Tags
The chat bot gets incorrectly triggered and the sequences are not getting triggered correctly. Still trying to resolve these teething issues.

Team is supportive and responsive so I am confident that they'll help me through this.

**What do you like best about Gallabox?**

We love the automation from our CRM system which allows us to automatically notify our clients at key points of their journey with us this has been a real time saver for us as we have had to manually do this in the past, which ment risk of error and also time and costs of staff members which is now free'd up.  Clients are loving our messages too.  We also like the ability to assign messages to staff so we as a team can work through messages received from clients.  The support team are great at Gallabox, have helped us very swiftly with anything needed.  Its an easy to understand system and train out to our staff, we implemented it very quickly into our crm.  We use the system daily and is integrated into a lot of our processes.

**What do you dislike about Gallabox?**

The notifications arent that great when notifying a team member when a message has been assigned to them.  The mobile app often signs out and some notifications are missed but its not a huge issue.

**What do you like best about Gallabox?**

Chatbot is my favorite feature. it helped in collecting the feedback in realtime. It is helping us in connecting with Patients in less time. Response time is redued. We can see conversation history and all the user initiated contacts are stored.
Resolution of our queries is instant.

Unable to collect the invalid response from bot.

Initially we were not able to get in contact with our patients. As we have a huge data base., to connect with our patients on whatsapp and get engaged with them in real time was a game changing for us. 
as sms is not providing engagemnet in realtime. 
our customers are getting solution and it is easy for them and us to communicate via whatsapp. 

Would like to explore more opportunities to automate the journey. so far so good.

The implementation of the bot was very easy & the customer support was really good. Thanks to Lowkya from Gallabox for helping me out at every tickets I raised. The Dev team offers imminent support at customizations & other aspects associated with the business.

There are some limitations with the bot like dynamic  features, Calendar pop-ups, I hope which can eventually be resolved in the future updates.

Gallabox has direct integration with Hubspot. Not all WhatsApp APIs in India have that. They also give link click reports which again is rare in other WhatsApp APIs

It's a bit complicated as it has a lot of features. But their support team is very reliable so your queries get addressed.

We wanted to trigger Whatsapp messages as per our sales pipeline and for that CRM integration was a must. That's where they come in, they have direct integration with Hubspot.

Gallabox is a perfect solution for retail brands that are looking to take their marketing operations online. The ease of creating new campaigns and broadcasting WhatsApp messages was a vital ask for our company to engage our customers and leads, we received a seamless dashboard to help our team execute just this. We generated multiple orders through campaigns and also employed their bot builder to automate conversations and reply in real-time. 

The team at Galabox is very accommodating of customised requests based on usage and dashboard features. They are quick in response time and always put their client's needs first. 

Definitely recommend their tool for all digital marketing professionals/ sales teams.

The team is always iterating and rolling out updates as per their client's needs so, there is nothing to dislike. They are clear in their feature improvements and are open to new updates.

The efforts were carried out by team members but they were reviewed individually which was a time-consuming process.
