What I like best about Salesforce is that it gives us one clean source of truth and makes the work trackable end-to-end. In a fast-moving environment like ours, that reduces back-and-forth, keeps handoffs clean, and makes it easy to prioritize what matters through dashboards and reporting. I also like how customizable it is. Once the workflow is mapped properly, Salesforce can enforce consistency with automation, so the process doesn’t depend on who’s working that day. What I dislike most is that it can feel overly complex and admin-heavy for simple tasks—too many clicks, slower performance at times, and small workflow changes often need configuration to get right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
