**What do you like best about Neuron7.ai?**

It has helped me to accelerate my troubleshooting as it keeps on suggesting relevant articles and documents or even any known issues. Ever since we have integrated it with salesforce, it has increased overall efficiency and reduced SLA breaches

**What do you dislike about Neuron7.ai?**

Sometimes it may behave wierdly but I believe its still growing and developing as we keep on feeding it with the data it will tet better with time

**What problems is Neuron7.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can search for related Knowledge Base articles and product guides without any manual intervention. On top of that, since the Neuron7 integration, it has helped a lot with KB article creation because it pulls all the data from the SFDC ticket and drafts an initial KB article on its own.

**What do you like best about Neuron7.ai?**

Neuron7.ai as a business partner is highly receptive to feedback and willing to collaborate on finding creative solutions to business problems. They will spend the time to understand the challenge and propose means of resolution, rather than defaulting to a prefabricated software package and putting the request in an endless backlog.

**What do you dislike about Neuron7.ai?**

Neuron7.ai is developing their teams and processes, so their estimates on what can be done and how long it will take are not always accurate. While their optimism and motivation to please the customer is evident, it does create challenges when setting expectations for development. Technical issues inevitably occur when launching new features causing additional strain for end users. This is a balance between the push to launch new features versus taking the time to perform exhaustive quality checks, a decision based on the risk appetite of each customer.

**What problems is Neuron7.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The service organization uses a wide array of knowledge management tools and resources, using multiple applications and various SharePoint sites. It is a challenge for Field Service Engineers (FSEs) to recall the existence and location of content and be able to locate it quickly, particularly for new personnel. Neuron7.ai allows for quick and easy location of relevant troubleshooting content using the power of large language models to find relevant content more effectively than using legacy tools. Neuron7.ai also allows for the aggregation of knowledge from the global service team to allow all FSEs to benefit from the insights of their colleagues, rather than focusing on tribal knowledge from their immediate peer group. The result is an increase in process efficiency and reduction of stress and anxiety for FSEs.

**What do you like best about Neuron7.ai?**

'Personalized' service, response, availability, and a genuine ability to customize the product and support to meet our business's market-specific needs. Even during the early process of selecting this vendor, N7 stood out for their enthusiasm and diligence in striving to understand what our business model and current structure required to derive value from an AI solution. N7 has made good on this promise of a partnership throughout design and implementation and provides frequent touchpoints and opportunities for feedback and improvement. So far, our experience has been stellar with Intelligent Search.

**What do you dislike about Neuron7.ai?**

If I had to point to something, it might be that there is some difficulty in configuring/adapting some products to challenging IT and security environments. Challenges that were overcome, but identifying proper avenues for completion can be a little confusing. Specifically, making the Intelligent Search fully compatible(all features) with some mobile devices can be improved.

**What problems is Neuron7.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making tribal knowledge, extensive in our organization but not very well documented, and documented service history work FOR us more effectively to train and assist our front line workers, and to accelerate our service response and results. N7 will also help us to identify and fill knowledge and documentation gaps, plan effectively, and tailor continuous training, in addition to improving ease of access to knowledge tools in challenging environments.

**What do you like best about Neuron7.ai?**

They listened to our needs & built a solution for our team members who needed a tool to sit on top of OneNote & conduct searches for them.  They are open to ideas & questions and have met with front-end users.  They've been proactive about seeking ways to make the tool better.

**What do you dislike about Neuron7.ai?**

We have not yet encountered a situation that would qualify as a dislike.

**What problems is Neuron7.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our remote coworkers use Igels which have struggled to conduct searches in the hundreds (thousands?) of OneNote documents we have.  We save our department's tools, resources, references, policies and procedures in OneNote.  Once folks were sent to work remotely, the began struggling with finding anything in OneNote.  We first went to our internal IT team for assistance.  Then to our Microsoft rep.  Then to a couple of other vendors we thought might be able to help.  Neuron7 built a tool that sits on top of our OneNote files and that is where our remote folks enter their search criteria.  The Neuron7 tool finds the OneNote items that match the search and allows the user to click on the one they want.  They are then taken into the OneNote document that holds the information they need.  A dashboard was also built that allows leaders to see what types of searches are being performed.  The limitations that exist with the searches are related to Microsoft, not Neuron7.

Neuron7.ai has a lot of different features that allow the automation of the communication processes of the company and improve communication channels significantly.

**What do you dislike about Neuron7.ai?**

Neuron7.ai is completely based on AI, which is still significantly new invention and requires time to get used to its advantages. Hence, it is challenging to educate employees and show them the benefits of this tool.

**What problems is Neuron7.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dealing with the increasing number of customer requests is a challenge that every company faces. It helped us to resolve this issue and solve easy customer queries without wasting time unnecessarily.
