What note-taking software supports multimedia attachments?

Hi all! I’m exploring note-taking tools that can handle more than just text. For many teams, attaching images, videos, audio, and other files directly to notes is a must-have. I want to understand which platforms make multimedia support seamless without adding too much complexity.

These are some of the top options on G2 that seem to stand out:

  1. Microsoft OneNote: Known for its ability to embed drawings, audio, video, and files. For teams that lean on multimedia-heavy notes, does it scale well across devices?
  2. Google Workspace: Docs and Drive make it easy to attach or link files. But does this approach feel smooth enough, or do attachments get lost in the shuffle?
  3. ClickUp: Allows attaching documents, images, and recordings to notes or tasks. Is this a practical solution for teams managing both projects and multimedia notes in one place?

If your team relies on multimedia attachments for note-taking, I’d love to know: Do these platforms truly deliver, or have you found better alternatives?
