## FluentCRM Reviews
 ### 1. FluentCRM excellent email marketing tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicolas G. | Productor multimedia, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2026

**What do you like best about FluentCRM?**

I use FluentCRM for sending marketing campaigns and transactional emails. It has helped me reach more people by creating email marketing campaigns, and I can manage my customer database more clearly. Its interface is clear and easy to use. I like that it has features to create automations, which allows me to automate processes for certain email marketing campaigns. With automations, I can create certain events, such as tagging a new subscriber and sending them a series of emails to nurture them and gradually convert them into a new customer. The installation is very easy, you just have to add it as a new plugin in WordPress.

**What do you dislike about FluentCRM?**

Recently, I needed to create an automation to notify my clients when a new post is published on my business blog. Unfortunately, FluentCRM does not have that function available in its automations. It would be great if new triggers could be added to the automations, such as being able to send an email informing my users that there is a new post.

**What problems is FluentCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use FluentCRM to send marketing campaigns and transactional emails, reaching more people and managing my customer database clearly.

 ### 2. FluentCRM Pro: Easy WordPress Integration, Powerful Automations, and Top-Tier Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tonja H. | Owner and Technology Administrator, Health, Wellness and Fitness, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about FluentCRM?**

FluentCRM Pro is straightforward to implement and offers deep integration with WordPress. It makes it easy to set up a CRM with automations, along with many other useful functions. Their customer support is top-tier: communication is quick and easy to understand, and they’ve followed up thoughtfully, including asking for my input on how I would envision a specific feature I had queried about. Overall, their communication is very professional, and they’ve worked hard to earn my trust and my continued business.

**What do you dislike about FluentCRM?**

Some features could use an update—especially the email creation tool. It isn’t bad, but it does feel a bit antiquated and could be modernized.

**What problems is FluentCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FluentCRM is the backbone of how I communicate and interact with my website subscribers and buyers. It makes it straightforward to set up automated funnels, and it keeps tracking simple and easy to implement.

 ### 3. How I Eliminated $1,392 in Annual Email Costs: Kit to FluentCRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** William B. | Principal Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about FluentCRM?**

The shift from renting to owning. With Kit, my customer data lived on their servers and my costs increased every time my list grew. FluentCRM puts my subscriber database on my own server. I own the data, I control the automations, and my software cost remains $129 annually regardless of list size. That's a $1,392 annual savings, but the financial advantage is secondary to the operational control.

The performance is measurably better. The Vue 3 interface is responsive and immediate. Automations execute instantly because the CRM and database occupy the same server, not through external API calls. The administrative experience is dramatically faster than anything I experienced on Kit.

FluentCRM has evolved into a complete marketing system, not just email. The native integration with AWS SES and Twilio SMS means I can orchestrate campaigns across email and text from a single platform. The integration with FluentCart creates a unified commerce ecosystem. The new MCP connectors allow me to compose email campaigns with AI assistance (ChatGPT, Claude, Grok) without leaving the editor. The integration with FluentBoards creates a structured sales pipeline within the same system. These native connections eliminate the fragmentation of traditional WordPress stacks where data is scattered across separate plugins.

The support team is excellent and responds quickly to questions. The migration from earlier versions was straightforward, though the 3.0 release introduced many new features that require configuration. The learning curve is manageable, and the depth of capability rewards the investment in understanding the platform.

After six years of continuous use and training hundreds of professionals on this platform, I can state that FluentCRM represents genuine architectural superiority over the SaaS email platforms I started with.

**What do you dislike about FluentCRM?**

The infrastructure requirement is the only realistic consideration. FluentCRM runs on your own server, which means you need a VPS instead of relying on shared hosting. A managed VPS costs approximately $50 per month. You also need to integrate with an email service provider like AWS SES, Postmark, or Mailgun, which adds another $10 to $30 monthly, depending on your sending volume. These are not hidden costs or unexpected expenses. They are straightforward infrastructure expenses that are substantially lower than SaaS platforms, but they do require budgeting for hosting and email delivery separately.

If you want a completely hands-off email solution where you pay one monthly subscription and never think about infrastructure, a SaaS platform like Kit remains the appropriate choice. FluentCRM requires you to acknowledge that you are managing your own system. This is not a disadvantage for business owners who understand infrastructure; it is a feature. But it is worth stating clearly so potential users understand what they are accepting.

The learning curve exists with the 3.0 release. The platform introduced many new capabilities and configuration options. The migration is straightforward, but you will spend time learning how to configure the new MCP connectors, the SMS integration, and the FluentBoards sales pipeline. This is not a barrier; it is the natural result of moving from a constrained SaaS tool to a full marketing system. But it is worth acknowledging.

**What problems is FluentCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FluentCRM solves three critical business problems. First, it eliminates the scaling cost penalty. Kit charges more every time your subscriber list grows, creating a permanent leak in your operational budget. FluentCRM charges one flat annual rate regardless of list size. That solves the financial problem directly.

Second, it integrates your entire business ecosystem into one system. I use FluentCart for commerce, FluentCommunity for engagement and courses, and FluentCRM for marketing automation. These tools communicate at the database level, not through external API connections. When a customer purchases through FluentCart, the CRM recognizes it instantly and triggers automations. When a student completes a course in FluentCommunity, the CRM tags them and initiates the next sequence. This native integration eliminates the fragmentation and latency of traditional plugin stacks where data is scattered across separate systems.

Third, it gives me direct access to AI tools for campaign creation. The MCP connectors integrate Claude, ChatGPT, and Grok directly into the email editor. I can prompt the AI, iterate on the output, and deploy campaigns in minutes without leaving the platform. This speeds up my content production significantly.

The SMS integration is new for me, and it is transformative. For the first time, I can orchestrate campaigns that span email and text from a single platform. I can send an email and set up automated SMS follow-ups if the email goes unread. I can have two-way SMS conversations where subscribers reply to text messages and trigger automations based on their responses. This opens an entirely new communication channel that was not available when I relied on Kit.

The benefit is operational clarity. I manage one system instead of five. My data flows seamlessly between commerce, community, and marketing. My automations execute instantly. My software costs are predictable. My business intelligence remains under my control.

 ### 4. Efficient CRM with User-Friendly Editor

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Satya V. | Partnership & Community Manager , Writing and Editing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about FluentCRM?**

I use FluentCRM for communicating and sending emails to potential customers and for outreach to brands and creators for partnerships. It's efficient and easy to use. I like its Gutenberg/block editor email writing area and the easy customization of names and email addresses while communicating. It is valuable to me because it works smoothly and didn't require much knowledge since I'm a WordPress user who regularly works with Gutenberg/block editors.

**What do you dislike about FluentCRM?**

I wish there was an option to include a file with the email as an attachment along with cc'ing another email, which would be great for reaching out to a brand.

**What problems is FluentCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use FluentCRM for communicating and sending emails to potential customers and brands. It's efficient and easy to use, with a Gutenberg/block editor that's familiar and smooth for me as a WordPress user.

 ### 5. Easy Setup for Automated Lead Follow-Up

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about FluentCRM?**

Easy setup for automated follow-up of online collected leads

**What do you dislike about FluentCRM?**

The name, in my opinion, is not really a CRM

**What problems is FluentCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated follow-up / warming up leads that we collected via Fluent Forms on our sites

 ### 6. Unique value in WordPress email services. Most of it works most of the time.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucas H. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2024

**What do you like best about FluentCRM?**

We appreciate being able to manage our email campaigns and lists from the dashboard and--more importantly--integrating signups with user account management. The automations are pretty good. Email sending is reliable.

**What do you dislike about FluentCRM?**

The block editor is very limited. Even though we've been using the Fluent system for nearly a year, I don't really understand it very well--I'd call the user experience less than frictionless. We've had an issue where Unsubscribe didn't work for our users--may have been a problem with how we set up the list. I think that's sorted.
Perhaps the worst issue is that there is no autosave for the email editor. I've lost work several times because of this.

**What problems is FluentCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use FluentCRM to hook into WordPress account management and maintain email lists.

 ### 7. A full-fledged CRM that integrates seamlessly with Wordpress

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darío M. | Certified YNAB Personal Finances Coach, Professional Training & Coaching, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2023

**What do you like best about FluentCRM?**

FluentCRM comes packed with all the features that a good CRM must have and many more. It's easy to configure and integrates well with WordPress. Even the free product is quite useful, but I would suggest anyone consider the Pro version.

**What do you dislike about FluentCRM?**

While you can use FluentCRM for free, many of the good features are on the Pro (paid) version. That's normal, but I found it quite limiting. I wish they allowed more liberty for free users to benefit from the power it conveys.

**What problems is FluentCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are many CRM solutions for WordPress. I evaluated a number of those, including Jetpack CRM, Hubspot, Zoho/Contact Form, and others. FluentCRM was my choice because it aligned better with my workflow and allowed me to have a solution up and running very easily and with little tinkering. I knew upfront that I was going to use a paid solution, so I also considered the pricing of all the options I tried. So FluentCRM came on top in that field too. After one year of using FluentCRM I am still amazed on how versatile and useful this software is for my use case. For context, I run a personal coaching service.

 ### 8. Self Hosted Email Marketing for WordPress

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikunj C. | Digital Marketing Consultant, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2024

**What do you like best about FluentCRM?**

1. Self Hosting Email Marketing
2. Privacy of your list is mained on your hosting
3. Automation is far better that other platforms

**What do you dislike about FluentCRM?**

1. It is self hosted so you have to maintain your own backup

**What problems is FluentCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Email Marketing and Email Automation of List

 ### 9. Most Affordable CRM for your WordPress site

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2023

**What do you like best about FluentCRM?**

It has tons of features that allow us to plan email campaigns, schedule autoresponder emails, and manage our contacts in one place.

**What do you dislike about FluentCRM?**

The integration between their Fluent products is not so smooth. For instance, when you connect FluentCRM with FluentSupport, the data is not fully synced, such as the contact's name. If you end up changing the name on Fluent Support, it will not reflect in Fluent CRM

**What problems is FluentCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us to manage email contacts within WordPress.
It saves us from the hassle of using separate email marketing tool like Mailchimp or Brevo.
Includes scope for syncing users between WordPress and FluentCRM

 ### 10. An absolute must have tools for business owners!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennie V. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2023

**What do you like best about FluentCRM?**

This application ensures the leads are tapped and converted with the minimum hassle of going through the filtration process and keeps the business on track.

**What do you dislike about FluentCRM?**

Unnecessary repetition of the lead being entered for other services and upselling. There should be an option to review the calls and connections accurately so as not to make the business calls offensive

**What problems is FluentCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool has been beneficial in keeping track of the lead details and services rendered based on customers' queries and needs. It also configures well with extensions that help in keeping tabs on the activities performed on each lead. So notification-related activities are received in your business emails without missing the upcoming essential tasks.

 ### 11. Powerful & affordable CRM for WordPress

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2022

1) Contact Management: FluentCRM allows me to manage all my customer data in a central location. It's easy to categorize these emails and segment them for future needs.
2) Email Marketing: FluentCRM includes a powerful email marketing platform that allows you to send newsletters and automation sequences. The workflow builder is quite handy.
3) Custom Fields: FluentCRM allows you to create custom fields for your contact records, so you can capture and store any additional information that you need.

**What do you dislike about FluentCRM?**

1) PRO gateway: So many useful features are gated to be available only in the PRO version of FluentCRM
2) Extending use cases: The filters and actions available are limited and make it difficult to extend for custom requirements.

**What problems is FluentCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) Customer & Leads Management to handle their email subscriptions & bounce handling
2) One solution to handle all email marketing campaigns
3) Email automation could be done at scale

The FluentCRM team is so focused on improving the current platform that it's sometimes a challenge to keep up with all the changes and improvements to the current system.

**What problems is FluentCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluent CRM allows me to use the CRM on multiple websites and funnel all of my leads into the same platform. The platform is setup to allow you to use the SMTP of your choice.

 ### 13. Useful and Practical CRM Program

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Seda G. | Kıdemli Öğrenci Operasyonları Uzmanı, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2023

**What do you like best about FluentCRM?**

We are very pleased that it has facilitated our customer follow-up processes. In addition, we can manage all processes easily and easily on user screens, and we can make changes whenever we want.

**What do you dislike about FluentCRM?**

It would be better if the prices were more affordable. Other than that there is no problem. It would be nice if the prices were cheaper.

**What problems is FluentCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our customer follow-up processes have become easier. We can access our data from anywhere with internet. If the prices are more affordable, it will be just right.

 ### 14. Best CRM ever used

Easy to capture leads from different marketing sources and having very detailed documents of API

 ### 15. A sleek, affordable, and fast email marketing and CRM system

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew B. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2022

**What do you like best about FluentCRM?**

The software is so fast and easy to use. I used to use Active Campaign - which was so slow and cost me a lot of time. It's also very affordable for sending newsletters when you integrate it with Amazon SES — the savings could knock you off your seat!

**What do you dislike about FluentCRM?**

I would like it if there was a click-to-call dialer. But that's more of a wish than a complaint. It would be great if there were a few more options - with the Gutenberg blocks - when it comes to constructing emails. However, I love how the email designer works, because I can copy blog posts from WordPress straight into the newsletter creator.

**What problems is FluentCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me send a regular newsletter to people. Helps me automate the delivery of lead magnets to leads. It also helps me be more productive, as I'm not wasting time, waiting for the system to load.

 ### 16. Overall positive

**Reviewed by:** firas z. | Senior Data Governance Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2023

Could have more settings customisation for its users

CRM manual workload and reducing turnaround times

 ### 17. Really good service

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deborah L. | Deborah Lenzini, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2022

**What do you like best about FluentCRM?**

I really like that the service is always improving itself. In 2 years, the team released so many new functions. It's a really good partner and we are so happy to work with.

**What do you dislike about FluentCRM?**

I would like to have a Fluent only reading version, that now is unavailable, to give it to our stores, checking out orders, payments and so on. Sometimes, in addiction, we have some problem with the Service POint version, cause the Return button disappear with no reason.

**What problems is FluentCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it to support our e-commerce platform, based on Salesforce. They have their own CRM but it is not so good as Fluent is, so Fluent system is helping us managing all the data.

 ### 18. FluentCRM - Best WordPress Marketing Automation Plugin

Super fast to setup marketing automation using FluentCRM. Very clean and easy to setup inside WordPress dashboard. Included almost every feature possibly the system needed. I found no bugs whatsoever. Dashboard include analytics with a beautiful look.
