The design-yourself options for pages are a bit limited. One hurdle is that when you want to design a custom page (with video, different styles of graphics. etc) you sometimes have to work with a classy designer to build that for you. That is very expensive for a small nonprofit. We had a custom page designed because we wanted to add a video banner and it cost over $1000 for classy to build. While Classy is extremely user-friendly, easy-to-use, and aesthetically-pleasing, the most impressive part of the platform is the excellent customer service. There's nothing I can even think of that I dislike about Classy. The biggest asset is the ease of use. Classy is straightforward and fun to use after you get acclimated to it. I'm a particular fan of using the event pages for fundraising events. You have a lot of control over the event and I've never had any issues with tracking ticket sales for events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
