**What do you like best about Safety Cloud?**

I like that this program handles most of our companies safety program. Allows us to coordinate subcontractor safety programs easily.

**What do you dislike about Safety Cloud?**

Nothing. There's not much to dislike. It's easy to use and does what you need it to.

**What problems is Safety Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improved safety coordination and oversight, improved sub safety program management

**What do you like best about Safety Cloud?**

It is a great product when the implementation is successful. It also works as intended, blocks serious threats without worrying about advanced threats that escape from networks. 

**What do you dislike about Safety Cloud?**

It requires a lot of customization at the start compared to other providers.

**Recommendations to others considering Safety Cloud:**

The support and technical contributions provided by Symantec are first class and the level of technical knowledge and experience available to us is one of the most important elements of the service.

**What problems is Safety Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We believe that advanced features have provided good protection and value with regard to phishing protection and Advanced Protection against persistent threats.
