For me it's very easy to navigate through different products and to edit them. Uploading assets and reviewing them is also a feature I like using a lot. **What do you dislike about Akeneo PIM?** Some features are not available as we need them. Automations for example don't feature every editing option. Fortunately the new tutorial platform has subtitles :) As I am not completly at ease with the PIM, I have some gaps for section comprehension. I think it could be great for users to have few words about each section to know what is it for. References should be able to hold additional information. Ex. Product A has a reference to Product B and Product C. The reference to Product C should be qualified by a description "upgrade for hot and wet environments" and a comment on how to use those two products together. With any IT project, but especially with PIM projects: plan your data very well. Data gathering, sources, onboarding, neutralisation, enrichment, validation and export - data is too often not taken serious enough. A lot of good projects fail because they undersetimated the efforts needed to have a acceptable data base. Start simple, take your lessons and grow continuously. With akeneo you can easily setup your system up and running in 3 months. Keep it simple and then when you release phase 1, you can start using the system and have early wins and gains. If you go live with a lean system, the users only need a short training and wil then have a steep learing curve.
