"Powerful, flexible, and tailored to our exact requirements."

What do you like best?

We presented Expedite with a list of challenges and limitations. Their custom solution either solved our problems exactly as specified or else they proposed a different solutions which built upon our thoughts and proved more scalable and flexible. They took the time to understand our business needs and delivered.

What do you dislike?

We're all extremely busy juggling many tasks. There were periods where Expedite wasn't as responsive as I would have liked. This is common for every business and was more likely due to my impatience than any failures on their part. The end result more than made up for any challenges.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I'd do business with them again.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We had incremental revenue calculation issues and limitations. Needed additional links/relationships built to detail the product and service changes our customers made throughout our business relationship. We wanted more powerful reporting than our existing system delivered and the previously mentioned challenges kept us from being able to better automate reporting and easily analyze data.

"Simplistic and Very Intuitive!"

What do you like best?

Simple! Their CPQ does not require a manual! I enjoy how easy it is to work through each stage of our business, generate orders, manage inventory as well maintaining our customer base. For example, we just went through an upgrade with Salesforce and everything has been seamless! We had one small issue but it has already been resolved. Expedite Commerce is very attentive and detailed, I believe they have great customer care with all of their accounts!

What do you dislike?

I have not found any issues with the CPQ that I dislike or that I would change. Overall the product is user friendly, easily accessible because of the cloud capability's and very efficient! We are excited about the potential growth for 2019 and happy to have Expedite Commerce in our wheel house!

Recommendations to others considering the product

I would highly recommend Expedite Commerce for your next CPQ purchase! We have been customers of EC for over 10 years now, I contribute our growth as company to the support of the team at EC!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I think the ability to export important reports, charts, spreadsheets that impact our customers seems to be priceless to me! Also, to be able to accurately maintain our inventory and keep our customers on the leading edge of our industry!

"Expedite Commerce + Salesforce = Top notch CPQ performance!"

What do you like best?

Expedite Commerce's ability to utilize Salesforce's robust platform to run our business has been a home run for my business, my employee's, and most importantly, our customers! The efficiency provided affords me more time to worry about increasing sales and less time administering the organizational trail.

What do you dislike?

Any issues that may potentially slow us down are met and quickly resolved via User guides or submitting open items through the service desk. So far we have not found any dislikes!

Expedite Commerce CPQ will provide an extensive platform to help you manage your business from start to finish while keeping the "Fun" in functionality!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Expedite Commerce CPQ allows us to operate a software solution that provides our team the ability to deliver a better customer service experience to our customers. This keeps us ahead of our competitors and keeps our customers coming back to us more often. For my business, this has saved thousands in payroll and operating expense by simplifying the process and being able to operate with fewer people in the office!

"Expanding Proficiencies of a Dynamically Growing Company."

What do you like best?

Expedite Commerce provides a solution that fits a company growing through acquisitions. The platform helps enforce best practices and facilitate flexibility while integration of business processes. The Expedite Commerce Team have proven to be great business partners. Expedite Commerce demonstrates a keen awareness of our intricate internal processes and special business nuances. They have been excellent to work with all along the way. I’ve enjoyed the many phases of the projects I’ve worked with Expedite Commerce and look forward to working with them in the future.

What do you dislike?

As our business grows and our need evolve we face some challenges in our business. Though this journey (3+ years) our Expedite Commerce partners have always worked to help us reach solutions that otherwise would have be difficult to incorporate. I have never had an issue that Expedite Commerce hasn’t worked to get us to a satisfactory conclusion.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

TNS is working to replace unsupported legacy ordering and billing platforms all while integrating multiple global acquisitions. The Expedite Commerce is bridging the disparate systems while achieving tight timeframes.

"Best CPQ on the market"

What do you like best?

Expedite commerce's ease of use, utilization, & deployment pales in comparison to the competitors. I started using Salesforce one year ago as a novice and now I can run detailed reports, sales orders, and object creation without any training and minimal direction.

What do you dislike?

I currently can find nothing that I am not satisfied with. Anytime there is an issue, it is taken care of with an email. Anytime we want to change a development feature, we can get that done. They are very efficient and if it can't be fixed at that very moment then they will get it done by any means necessary.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I recommend this to anyone that is starting out with a new business or in the market to change providers. This is a great tool for all business types selling any type of product. You can get a firm grasp on you business and never let go tall the way to the top.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our customers are able to go to our site, create an order, and never have to pic k up the phone. This creates a less stressful work environment due to not taking phone orders all day and the customer being satisfied is paramount to our growth. I can get a dynamic grasp of how our company is doing with report building and what our future could look like. We have the power of a whole department in one program.

"Intuitive, Flexible and Feature-Rich CPQ Solution"

What do you like best?

Our relationship with Expedite Commerce started in 2016 as we searched for a CPQ solution. Early on we recognized the capabilities, flexibility, and expanding capabilities of their solution.

The software is flexible and feature-rich. System administration is simple and straightforward. Our end users find the CPQ features intuitive and easy to use.

Expedite Commerce continues to impress me with their continuous improvements and expanded feature set of their CPQ products and services.

What do you dislike?

There will always be features, functions, and capabilities you want to see in a business system. In the short time we have been working with Expedite Commerce, we have found a continuous delivery of enhanced and new features/functions, adding business value to our investment with them as a Trusted Partner and solution provider.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Consider engaging Expedite Commerce in a "Conference Room Pilot" demo'ing samples of your data in the CPQ product.

"Great CPQ Platform and Overall Value Proposition"

What do you like best?

The system is highly flexible and intuitive and has accommodated our needs to perform CPQ functions. It has also supported our need to manage our Installed Base of products and to allow Parts Ordering after the sale (by both internal support staff and by our customers via ecommerce). Even more importantly, Expedite Commerce has been absolutely instrumental in providing best practices and guidance all the way through the implementation process. They've not just been a "vendor" but more than any software/hardware provider I've worked with historically, they've been a true partner.

What do you dislike?

Generally, it's fairly easy to identify missed expectations, but that is not the case with Expedite Commerce. The software and the company have accommodated our needs and exceeded our expectations. The issues we experienced along the way were most often associated with our data or with unclear functional definitions on our part.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Expedite Commerce is the real deal. They've been so intimately involved in every aspect of our implementation and provided very valuable insights and guidance. I can only imagine the costs and heartache we'd have experienced if we had selected one of the bigger names in CPQ and engaged a Systems Integrator. Expedite has a personal stake in the outcome. This should be a very strong consideration and influencer of your decision. The other recommendation would be to start with your data. Understand how it will be consumed by the CPQ system and start the refinement process early.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We continue to drive customer-adoption which will further improve the ROI as customers enter their own orders. Old habits die hard. But the Expedite Commerce system is super simple and easy/intuitive to work with and we've seen adoption continue to improve month-by-month. Our internal users have fully adopted the CPQ platform and they love it. They consistently rave about the improved professionalism and reliability of information that is being managed through the Expedite Commerce system. This has had a very positive impact on the sales of our customized products and has become a differentiator for us versus our competitors. We're developing this competitive advantage and building on that story in our industry.

"More than just a CPQ... Expedite includes Quotes, Orders, Install Base & Agreements in one!"

What do you like best?

Expedite offered us extra value in their CPQ offering, which includes Quoting, Order Management, Install Base & Agreement Management. Excellent support during our planned "Launch to Lightning!" They offer an expanded CPQ offering vs competitor products, Knowledgeable design team, Responsive support team, ongoing development & new features. The drag & drop configurator is also very easy to use.

What do you dislike?

The template builder was unable to fully model our unique Telecom needs but has continued to improve with each release. We hope to see expanded features in the coming release(s)

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The Expedite team did a great job in getting us to the "Lightning Launchpad" and we hope to reach "light speed" very soon! Helping our sales team build Salesforce quotes in a easy, streamlined, visual way has been valuable to us and the bottom line.

"Fully featured, easy to use CPQ and eCommerce/billing platform"

What do you like best?

Their customer service is probably the best part about Expedite Commerce. The CPQ product is very easy to set up and use out of the box, but EC has also been willing to go above and beyond in helping us to customize the solution to meet our unique business needs. They have acted as an invaluable extension of our internal IT department in providing the right solutions for our company and our customers.

What do you dislike?

I don't have any significant complaints about the Expedite Commerce CPQ package. Their Service Desk has quickly resolved all issues that we have raised, and they have steadily added features and implemented requested changes in a timely fashion to keep our projects moving forward.

Recommendations to others considering the product

You should strongly consider adopting the Expedite Commerce CPQ, eCommerce, and billing systems. The company is a terrific partner, providing solutions that meet your needs along with customer service that can't be beat. They work with you to solve the your business problems in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible. It has been a real pleasure to work with the EC team.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our company has been driving to digitize our quote-to-cash process while integrating multiple acquisitions. Expedite Commerce has cut the time that we spend generating quotes and increased the speed with which we move orders through to billing. We have reduced our reliance on email, spreadsheets, isolated legacy systems, and manual data entry. Visibility of our entire pipeline from opportunity to invoicing has also greatly improved. EC Billing has been flexible and easy to integrate with other legacy systems, allowing us to consolidate on a single global platform. The eCommerce features have allowed our customers to view their installations and directly place and manage orders through a slick and functional interface.

"Great CPQ Platform from a Responsive Team"

What do you like best?

The features of the CPQ system are great. The Guided Selection (as the name implies) allows for the user to move through a guided selling process. Beginning with a category of product, you make selections that narrow down choices, and then have the ability to customize the selected product. The customizations are rules based to ensure that the correct options are always applied.

These are then saved to the standard Salesforce Opportunity to allow for normal processing of the sale.

What do you dislike?

The only issue I can think of is that Expedite uses some custom objects within SFDC that mirror standard objects. After discussion with the Expedite Commerce team, I understand the need to use the package objects, but it was a bit of a frustration early on.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have two use cases: 1) using a guided selection process to sell finished goods B2B through our sales reps and distributors, and 2) selling parts for those finished goods through our customer service department using a parts catalog or bill of materials for that specific product.

Our experience with Expedite Commerce couldn't have been much more positive. After an extensive review process where our company evaluated several CPQ systems, we decided to go with Expedite Commerce. Once the decision was made, they became our implementation partner in every way. Despite some serious challenges that are unique to our environment, they were patient, understanding and came with great ideas on how to make sure we were able to get the most from their platform.
