**What do you like best about Expedite Commerce?**

The upside is you can create quotes, send them to customers to be signed through Docusign.  You can create multiple templates for different order requirements.   The amount of options are vast.

**What do you dislike about Expedite Commerce?**

The program is slow.    Scrolling through the different services and options is slow.   Once the quote is created, you have to separately apply sales tax, quote document, and then save it.   Many extra steps.

**What problems is Expedite Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to send quotes without interfering with revenue recognition in our accounting software.

**What do you like best about Expedite Commerce?**

Most helpful are their response rate and demonstration. Expedite Commerce would demo the products to use, and if we had questions or issues - they would be quick to respond.

**What do you dislike about Expedite Commerce?**

They could be better at communicating the small details. We would ask questions about their products and if it could be this or that - and they would respond yes or no but would not explain in detail what work would need to be performed to achieve the task. We found ourselves with more work than anticipated, and that could have been avoided if appropriately communicated.

**Recommendations to others considering Expedite Commerce:**

I would recommend others to work with Expedite Commerce. They are a trustworthy partner and will help you where you need them. My only somewhat negative experience with Expedite Commerce was simply lack of communication.

**What problems is Expedite Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to improve the efficiency of our inside sales team when they create quotes in Salesforce. Salesforce is great, but it has its limitations, so with Expedite Commerce - we were able to speed up simple tasks such as entering in products or cloning quotes.

The professionals at Expedite Commerce invest the time to understand your business and become an extension of the team solutioning problems.  Expedite Commerce was specific on where they could help and what was out of scope to help focus project success.

**What do you dislike about Expedite Commerce?**

I'm not as familiar with Expedite Commerce product innovation or roadmap, having quarterly capability enhancement reviews to gain insight into Expedite Commerce innovation would be helpful to complement the direct customer project execution efforts.  Many times Expedite Commerce is great at delivery and focus; it would be great to continue layer in new Expedite Commerce innovations to product execution/enhancements.

**Recommendations to others considering Expedite Commerce:**

Focus the initial projects on highest value workflows for new products vs spending time optimizing legacy products so you gain new efficiency with each product release and stay focused on highest volume activities to maximize product.

**What problems is Expedite Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Expedite Commerce is evolving our business engagement, product & functional workflow management, and integration with CRM functionality to ensure tight alignment between our customer & product delivery.  It has been critical to our business process delivering a cross functional operational dashboards/reporting and business process approach that we didn't previously have.

**What do you like best about Expedite Commerce?**

Expedite Commerce has been a great partner in our push to modernize our inside sales platform. They joined in business facing meeting, worked with us on training, kept their promises and delivered on schedule. There's not much more you can ask of a technology company.

But I will add: They have worked hand in hand to solution difficult problems and get our internal development team up to speed so we can own our the application and our own future. Meetings were fun and informative. We've built a partnership with a friendship along the way. All while dealing with Covid lockdowns. Thanks to your whole team, but especially Cameron and Max who have given us a year of their lives.

**What do you dislike about Expedite Commerce?**

Documentation.   Expedite depends a lot on the native Salesforce functionality. When having discussions about how things work we were routinely pointed to Salesforce Trailhead docs and training rather than app specific functionality or their best practices.  This is good in that they are using native stuff, but tough on those of us new to Salesforce and trying to figure out specifically how their team implemented or would implement something. 

Secondly, They have a deployment process that seems very adhoc and doesn't provide a ton of detail about what's being deployed.  Because of this deployments are expensive and rare rather than small and routine. We struggled to incorporate their deployments into our CAB process.

**Recommendations to others considering Expedite Commerce:**

Make sure you are prepared to take on a Salesforce app, by getting your staff trained on Salesforce Administration and best practices.

**What problems is Expedite Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were moving our Direct to Consumer Sales team off of a legacy platform to provide a better way them manage products and configure quotes for new customers. Our goals were simple: improve retention of sales reps and reduce the complexity of the sales process. Both of those have been greatly improved.

**What do you like best about Expedite Commerce?**

The Expedite Commerce team is amazing to work with.  They are both personal and professional and work diligently to provide a business solution that meets their customer’s needs.  I have worked with this team for 6 years on an aggressive plan to make a better order management tool that allows automation and flexibility in a single resource.   Tyler and his team have provided several solutions to make my business processes more streamline and allow for large amounts of data to be migrated with ease.    Expedite Commerce has created an intuitive ordering tool that both my internal team and customers are able to easily manage to meet their telecommunication ordering needs.   I am grateful for the business partnership I have with this dynamic team.

**What do you dislike about Expedite Commerce?**

The only downside is they are physically located in Dallas and I am in Olympia Washington.   This is a great group of people to work with and I am proud to be a business partner with such amazing people.

**What problems is Expedite Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are working on creating a ordering tool in a single resource with all the data stored in the same resource.  For over 15 years my job has required that I work in min of 3 different resources and manage orders manually via email.     I now have a portal for my team and my customers and the ability for large file uploads.   We have the ability to sync orders and projects together in the same resource and pull our contract and pricing details in the same tool as well.  I am excited about the new order management tool this amazing team has create for my business  and look forward to solving other business challenges with this team!

Expedite worked closely with us to put together a detailed scope of work.  The implementation of that scope was able to meet all of our requirements for both phase 1  (CPQ) and phase 2 (Billing).  Both deployments were on time and helped us improve our business operations.  Tyler and the Expedite team were of great to work with all along the way.

**What do you dislike about Expedite Commerce?**

There were initially some limitations on the number of fields/formats we could incorporate into certain views but they were able to address over time and today we couldn't be happier with the product today.

**Recommendations to others considering Expedite Commerce:**

If you are at all unhappy with your CPQ and billy processes today then talk to Expedite.  They can help with all your CPQ and Billing needs. They have worked with a wide variety of businesses and use cases.  Expedite is always happy to work through creative solutions and they can turn around demos for newly requested features very quickly.

**What problems is Expedite Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest problem was standardize (and track with metrics) the quote to cash process.  Expediate helped us with every step along the process from initial order creation through automated hand off to operations all the way through to billing and taxation.  The system runs smoothly and we're able to pull all sorts of valuable metrics.

**What do you like best about Expedite Commerce?**

One of the great things about working with Expedite Commerce is their ability to customize and then work within those customization's to make further changes. There typically are additional business requirements that come to light during development and testing, and EC is very flexible as well as responsive to ad hoc required changes to the customization's that they have developed for us when they do occur. 

**What do you dislike about Expedite Commerce?**

There are a few caveats that come along with a highly specialized version of Salesforce, and one of those caveats is that when there is a new rollout or update to the Salesforce platform and or with the EC customized version of that platform, testing is required prior to that release/update in qa and or testing environment. 

In some cases Expedite Commerce will have to troubleshoot and navigate minor post release issues internally, and typically they do so in a thorough and timely manner. 

**What problems is Expedite Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Expedite Commerce solved several issues for us at once when they built our customer quote to cash system. Prior to adopting that system we used three separate archaic systems in order to quote, bill, then invoice the customer for our provided services. 

The EC system now allows quotes to be generated out of Salesforce, customer billing to be updated via Salesforce, and a clean export of our entire billing is created post bill cycle (also ran in Salesforce). That export is then sent to our Oracle team to allow for quick and easy invoicing. 

The consolidation of theses processes all into one place has created incalculable time savings.

**What do you like best about Expedite Commerce?**

The product is slick and robust. It has proven to handle the needs of all of our sales channels greatly improving our speed to market for opportunities. Even more impressive was the Expedite team. They were fantastic partners during our implementation working hand in hand with our internal team. This partnership was a key factor in our extremely successful rollout to our entire sales team.

**What do you dislike about Expedite Commerce?**

No clear downsides to working with Expedite. If there was anything it's that you must be willing to do things the Salesforce way. Although Salesforce is a very robust platform, there are limitations and you must work within those limitations. The Expedite team was exceptional in helping us work around any limitations we ran into.

**What problems is Expedite Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were needing to replace a homegrown sales platform that was difficult to modify at the speed of business. Many functions that should be able to be handled by business admins were required to be done by the development team. We needed a system that was more stable and capable of enabling the business to administer how they'd like their sales process to work. All the needs were accomplished in spades.

Expedite Commerce does an excellent job to ensure their customers feel valued.  They listen to the needs and their customer's concerns and help in designing systems that address their concerns.  Knowing that the customer is #1 priority aligns with our corporate values, make the partnership logical.

Can't think of anything negative to say.   I know our organization has been working with the EC team for several years and the results have been very positive.

Have a team working with implementing services that understand and can articulate the business needs.

Our organization is working on a full orders to cash process.  The complexity of our product set and billing requirements for each all have their own challenges and the EC team is there every step of the way.

The vast technical experience EC provides which is unique to our business was invaluable. The ability of the EC team to hit the ground quickly and dig into the nuance of our how we run our business in an effort to call out the internal friction points. The EC iterative "sprint" type platform deployment allows for our company to see tangible progress during our deployment.

Replacing of legacy CPQ platforms which were outdated and unsupportable. M&A integration into our companies back office platforms. On-line customer ordering for various service offerings.

**What do you like best about Expedite Commerce?**

Expedite commerce helps to form the website and further improve the ranking by tracking its details and it's the best application for social media accounts and can manage the detail with its good managing ability. Its an eCommerce application for business production and take care of bills, accounts, and price tags on the product. It communicates with members to sort out the information and tracking their ability to make good strategies. All benefits of eCommerce are under its control.

**What do you dislike about Expedite Commerce?**

There is a traffic of this application and that looks messy for newbies. On the other hand, there is no selection to alter the credit card were about and this feature can be a big problem for those who missed their card. There are many incomplete features to accomplish the task and this might be solved in the latest edition.

**What problems is Expedite Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company took the benefit of expert commerce by adding this tool to the eCommerce section. This software within days provided the best prices of products by tracking and comparing prices with other companies. Now our team is doing well with this tool and communicate the clients with the best possible option. This application manages the detail by controlling the selling and purchasing ratio. Everything is organized from billing for accounts in a specific manner. Our website is rated amongst the top-scoring companies.

**What do you like best about Expedite Commerce?**

A secure software to provide the best opportunities to communicate online with customers. Expedite helps to deliver the line solutions to integrate with authorized positions. Sellers can view the latest tendencies and can forge the best possible production by setting prices and requirements. It is important to upload the billing detail, then this software is entirely set to control the details and set the billing criteria and manage accounts easily. A swarm-based software to store all necessary data.

**What do you dislike about Expedite Commerce?**

What an amazing software to cover all online billing and data detail, but there is no help for raw users. I throw to explore its features by the owner. It’s not time taking but needs a quality time internet package. Its navigation key doesn’t respond to light practice. A unique application with some undefined features one must have to communicate with the Expedite team to understand its features that are really helpful.

**What problems is Expedite Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My mostly clients are from overseas so this application is a good change in my business. My online billing detail and accounts don't require to observe further. Every item is stored and easily available up till for one month. In one case I had to understand its features that were bitten tricky, but now it’s soft for me to manage all commercial enterprise ventures. I hope it would be easy for me in the future to create new contacts and enjoy its unlimited benefits.

Expedite Commerce has done a excellent job at making their customers feeling valued and have made the customer's concerns a #1 priority. We are a professional services firm and so finding a Salesforce partner who shares in valuing customer success was huge for us.  We quickly realized that Expedite Commerce also values that with their customers too, and with our first project completed, it's evident that we made a good choice.

**What do you dislike about Expedite Commerce?**

Honestly, we haven't come across any major downsides with Expedite Commerce. This team has always gone above and beyond when it came to answering all my questions, taking my call, or setting up meetings. The Expedite Commerce team has always been very thorough. We are looking forward to implementing more of their products!

**Recommendations to others considering Expedite Commerce:**

Expedite Commerce values their customers, their satisfaction, and most of all, their success. They will be generous with their time with you, even before you sign on the dotted line. They bring years of knowledge and expertise to the table and truly follow best practices within Salesforce to help their customers not only with user adoption of their products, but also Salesforce as a whole.

**What problems is Expedite Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a services firm that primarily provides professional services & managed services. Our managed services team desperately needed a ticketing system to better track support cases that came from our managed services customers. As a company, we found that Salesforce's Service Cloud would best suit our needs, and would need the help of a Salesforce partner to implement. Initially, we had looked into Expedite Commerce as a Quote-to-Cash solution, however Service Cloud was our bigger need as a business. Expedite Commerce really stepped up to the plate to hear our needs, recommending best practices and best workflows in Salesforce to get Service Cloud off the ground for us as well as set us up well for when we implement Quote-to-Cash next.

We definitely see the value of having Expedite Commerce doing this Service Cloud implementation for us. We are able to collaborate better with each other internally as well as with our customers, seeing cases real time as they come in, and automate reporting for our customers. We did not have this kind of insight into the managed services side of our business prior to this implementation with Expedite Commerce.

**What do you like best about Expedite Commerce?**

Our organization had very little experience when we set out to build a case management system for our managed services clients. After building our requirements and reviewing several solutions, we landed on Salesforce and Service Cloud as the best tools to meet our needs. We quickly realized we would need a partner to help us build Service Cloud out to meet our needs. After talking with several vendors, we were very refreshed and excited to speak with the Expedite Commerce team.

Expedite Commerce had a very knowledgeable, experienced services team that provided us great advice on what to consider when building out our Service Cloud implementation. By talking through our intended case management workflows before implementation, the Expedite Commerce team was able to help us identify potential pitfalls and inefficient workflows. Once we did scope the project requirements, their engineers worked quickly, effectively, responded well to our asks even when they stretched the scope, and did a great job with knowledge transfer. They were very flexible and transparent in working with us and made sure all our needs were being met every step of the way.

**What do you dislike about Expedite Commerce?**

We had no major issues in our engagement with Expedite Commerce. Pricing, scope, and project parameters were very clear as was the communication throughout the project.

The only minor downside was we connected with Expedite Commerce's engineers directly for knowledge transfer and some feature review discussions. This engineer was based overseas so finding an acceptable time for everyone on the team was a bit of a challenge. That being said, the engineer was very accommodating with working late/getting up early to join us.

**Recommendations to others considering Expedite Commerce:**

We originally reached out to Expedite Commerce for their CPQ and document building which we found to be best-in-show. We realized they had more to offer as a partner through their Salesforce consulting services which we found very fairly priced considering the level of expertise on their services team.

**What problems is Expedite Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a services firm that provides professional services, managed services, along with product resale. In our first engagement with Expedite Commerce they helped us build out Service Cloud to manage cases with our managed services clients. Using Service Cloud we are able to improve collaboration between our managed services team members, automate our reporting to customer, and provide better visibility to our customers.

In the future we are engaging Expedite Commerce again to automate our document building (SOWs, quotes, etc.), handle CPQ, and assist in other billing functions. This will save our account manager and solution architects hours of time - moving away from manual SOW and quote building into a structured, repeatable, and automatic process. This will allow our team members to focus on much higher value activities and get out of the document adjusting/number crunching world.

Expedite Commerce is a niche player in Configure Price Quoting (CPQ) with rich expertise in quoting and configuration of products. The guided selection tool for configuration is easy to use and very flexible.  Unlike big ERP systems, this product is easy to implement and maintain. The warranty entitlement process works seamlessly with not only for regular products but also with configure products. Great customer service with friendly and reachable technical resources.

Errors messages  in warranty engine is working good but there is scope of improvement.

Expedite commerce is a easy-to-use guided selection tool for all levels of Configured Price Quote (CPQ) options. The Warranty entitlement process works seamlessly with regular and configure products . It has a great guided selections process and visualization tool.  I like their friendly and knowledgeable customer service team.

Before Expedite Commence, we use to have notes & comments for configuration of products. 
The Expedite CPQ tool changed the whole game, customers and internal sales team now have the ability to configure the products on the fly with visualization. The downstream processes are much efficient as we get the exact list parts needed to build a configured product. The quoting tool also improves the customer experience by offering guided selection.

We presented Expedite with a list of challenges and limitations.  Their custom solution either solved our problems exactly as specified or else they proposed a different solutions which built upon our thoughts and proved more scalable and flexible.  They took the time to understand our business needs and delivered.

We're all extremely busy juggling many tasks.  There were periods where Expedite wasn't as responsive as I would have liked.  This is common for every business and was more likely due to my impatience than any failures on their part.  The end result more than made up for any challenges.

I'd do business with them again.

We had incremental revenue calculation issues and limitations. Simple! Their CPQ does not require a manual! I enjoy how easy it is to work through each stage of our business, generate orders, manage inventory as well maintaining our customer base. For example, we just went through an upgrade with Salesforce and everything has been seamless! We had one small issue but it has already been resolved. Expedite Commerce is very attentive and detailed, I believe they have great customer care with all of their accounts!

I have not found any issues with the CPQ that I dislike or that I would change. Overall the product is user friendly, easily accessible because of the cloud capability's and very efficient! We are excited about the potential growth for 2019 and happy to have Expedite Commerce in our wheel house!

Expedite commerce's ease of use, utilization, & deployment pales in comparison to the competitors. I started using Salesforce one year ago as a novice and now I can run detailed reports, sales orders, and object creation without any training and minimal direction.

I currently can find nothing that I am not satisfied with. Anytime there is an issue, it is taken care of with an email. Anytime we want to change a development feature, we can get that done. They are very efficient and if it can't be fixed at that very moment then they will get it done by any means necessary.

I recommend this to anyone that is starting out with a new business or in the market to change providers. This is a great tool for all business types selling any type of product. You can get a firm grasp on you business and never let go tall the way to the top.

Our customers are able to go to our site, create an order, and never have to pic k up the phone. The system is highly flexible and intuitive and has accommodated our needs to perform CPQ functions.  It has also supported our need to manage our Installed Base of products and to allow Parts Ordering after the sale (by both internal support staff and by our customers via ecommerce).  Even more importantly, Expedite Commerce has been absolutely instrumental in providing best practices and guidance all the way through the implementation process.  They've not just been a "vendor" but more than any software/hardware provider I've worked with historically, they've been a true partner.

**What do you dislike about Expedite Commerce?**

Generally, it's fairly easy to identify missed expectations, but that is not the case with Expedite Commerce.  The software and the company have accommodated our needs and exceeded our expectations. The issues we experienced along the way were most often associated with our data or with unclear functional definitions on our part.

**Recommendations to others considering Expedite Commerce:**

Expedite Commerce is the real deal.  They've been so intimately involved in every aspect of our implementation and provided very valuable insights and guidance.  I can only imagine the costs and heartache we'd have experienced if we had selected one of the bigger names in CPQ and engaged a Systems Integrator.  Expedite has a personal stake in the outcome.  This should be a very strong consideration and influencer of your decision.  The other recommendation would be to start with your data.  Understand how it will be consumed by the CPQ system and start the refinement process early.

We continue to drive customer-adoption which will further improve the ROI as customers enter their own orders.  Old habits die hard.  But the Expedite Commerce system is super simple and easy/intuitive to work with and we've seen adoption continue to improve month-by-month.  Our internal users have fully adopted the CPQ platform and they love it.  They consistently rave about the improved professionalism and reliability of information that is being managed through the Expedite Commerce system.  This has had a very positive impact on the sales of our customized products and has become a differentiator for us versus our competitors.  We're developing this competitive advantage and building on that story in our industry.

Expedite offered us extra value in their CPQ offering, which includes Quoting, Order Management, Install Base & Agreement Management. Excellent support during our planned "Launch to Lightning!" They offer an  expanded CPQ offering vs competitor products, Knowledgeable design team, Responsive support team, ongoing development & new features. The drag & drop configurator is also very easy to use.

The template builder was unable to fully model our unique Telecom needs but has continued to improve with each release. We hope to see expanded features in the coming release(s)

The Expedite team did a great job in getting us to the "Lightning Launchpad" and we hope to reach "light speed" very soon!  Helping our sales team build Salesforce quotes in a easy, streamlined, visual way has been valuable to us and the bottom line.

The CPQ product is very easy to set up and use out of the box, but EC has also been willing to go above and beyond in helping us to customize the solution to meet our unique business needs.  They have acted as an invaluable extension of our internal IT department in providing the right solutions for our company and our customers.

I don't have any significant complaints about the Expedite Commerce CPQ package.  Their Service Desk has quickly resolved all issues that we have raised, and they have steadily added features and implemented requested changes in a timely fashion to keep our projects moving forward.

You should strongly consider adopting the Expedite Commerce CPQ, eCommerce, and billing systems. Our company has been driving to digitize our quote-to-cash process while integrating multiple acquisitions.  Expedite Commerce has cut the time that we spend generating quotes and increased the speed with which we move orders through to billing.  We have reduced our reliance on email, spreadsheets, isolated legacy systems, and manual data entry.  Visibility of our entire pipeline from opportunity to invoicing has also greatly improved.  EC Billing has been flexible and easy to integrate with other legacy systems, allowing us to consolidate on a single global platform.  The eCommerce features have allowed our customers to view their installations and directly place and manage orders through a slick and functional interface.

The features of the CPQ system are great. The Guided Selection (as the name implies) allows for the user to move through a guided selling process. Beginning with a category of product, you make selections that narrow down choices, and then have the ability to customize the selected product.  The customizations are rules based to ensure that the correct options are always applied.

These are then saved to the standard Salesforce Opportunity to allow for normal processing of the sale.

**What do you dislike about Expedite Commerce?**

The only issue I can think of is that Expedite uses some custom objects within SFDC that mirror standard objects. After discussion with the Expedite Commerce team, I understand the need to use the package objects, but it was a bit of a frustration early on.

**What problems is Expedite Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have two use cases: 1) using a guided selection process to sell finished goods B2B through our sales reps and distributors, and 2) selling parts for those finished goods through our customer service department using a parts catalog or bill of materials for that specific product.

Our experience with Expedite Commerce couldn't have been much more positive. After an extensive review process where our company evaluated several CPQ systems, we decided to go with Expedite Commerce. Once the decision was made, they became our implementation partner in every way. Despite some serious challenges that are unique to our environment, they were patient, understanding and came with great ideas on how to make sure we were able to get the most from their platform.
