Although it offers automated tools and features, once someone wants to customize those there is a steep learning curve due to the availability of custom features. Not really a negative point. It has the ability to plug into almost any system and is built for very powerful ABM campaigns. and due to it's workspace features, it was agency friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Marketo-Based Systems for Growth-Driven Marketing & Sales Teams? the platform has a very long onboarding phase and required scheduled learning sessions to onboard. We couldn't actually use the platform for 60 days making the first 2 months a net loss. It also has no built in CRM feature which for the price and power for the platform lead the team to look for other solutions.
