Frustrating Support Experience, Considering Alternatives **Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Mark T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2026 **What do you like best about Trackunit?** The initial setup of Trackunit was simple enough. **What do you dislike about Trackunit?** The support is terrible. No one answers the phone, and it's all online now. So if a machine has a problem and I suspect a Trackunit issue and phone the number, I am either on hold or there are no agents available, which results in a call back being activated. Then, there's no communication until hours later, by which time the Trackunit product is deinstalled and the machine is working again. The online support system is long-winded, and I think they should have a call center in the UK so we customers can call and speak to someone. **What problems is Trackunit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Trackunit creates problems with poor support. Calls often go unanswered, causing delays in addressing machine issues, leading to Trackunit being removed for troubleshooting. ### 2. This would be a big thing. I might be looking in the wrong place but I would like to see the fuel level / Battery level more easily, **What problems is Trackunit solving and how is that benefiting you?** With a lot of fleet it's great having an insight on the condition of the machines, we can check breakdowns (If custoemrs are saying the battery is dead) And for general safety of our equipment it's good to see where they are and how there being used. ### 3. Last times we call them they Said that they will start a Geofence for a machine. But it Never work! ### 4.
