I love how it keeps so much data and information. I also love the amount of items you can customize or edit. I use it to find phone numbers, group people for easy information exchanges and to contact members.
Some of the customizing takes some getting used to. In other words, getting to know the system takes a bit of time, but once you do, it is SO useful.
If you want all of your information for your members in one locations, this site does it. You can access anything as well as group members and send information to them. Extremely useful. As a connect group coordinator, it has allowed me to organize connect groups on the site, create new ones, as well as prospects. I have used the site to create excel spreadsheets to have a hard copy of member information on-hand in case of an emergency or with no access to technology. It is easy to update information and add new logins. If anyone needs a phone number or email to a new member, I have access and can help them reach that contact. It groups households together as well so I know which members are related, who their children or grandchildren are and married couples. This keeps confusion to a minimum especially since I am newer to our church.
I am solving the problem of centralizing information. Phone numbers, emails, addresses and households are all accessible in this program.
